I've used these guys during university holidays and it's always incredible service. Very accommodating when there's been an extra bag/box than what I paid for. Student storage includes free pick up and delivery which has always been very speedy with minimal fuss. The best thing that I find is that whenever I ring, Matt always knows who I am and what my stuff is immediately and doesn't mind scheduling a delivery at short notice. This year I had a problem moving into my flat due to keys and he waited all day until it was sorted on a weekend to make sure I had my stuff when I moved in. Boxes are always in perfect condition and delivered right into your living room. I honestly can't recommend them enough.

I very recently had a very positive experience with Manchester Storage. I gave them very little time in terms of collection and they were available and very communicative, often with just a day of heads up needed. This was apparently during a 'quieter time' and the costs reflected this. The entire program offered (collection, storage, delivery) was absolutely perfect for what I needed and the prices fair. A lot of help on the day and always very polite/professional. Would recommend to anyone looking for such a service. Will probably be using when I move again!

This is honestly the cheapest and the most convenient storage company there is. I've compared their prices to many other companies and theirs is always the cheapest. Matthew (the owner) always responds very quickly and resolves anything that comes up. I also needed to have my boxes delivered from Manchester to London and he sorted it out for me with the best price you could as for. The company is very professional and their service is room to room so you don't have to lift the boxes yourself as they have trollies. I highly recommend their service.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TO STUDENTS. Since 2019, my friends and I have trusted Manchester Storage with our belongings. They are reliable , friendly, and have excellent communication skills. I accidentally left my passport in one of the boxes one day before flying home, and Matt (The Owner) was extremely helpful by standing by in the storage location early in the morning and helping me open few of my boxes. Amazing service! After contacting and dealing with many other storage companies in Manchester, I can confidently say this company was the best by far. They were highly organized, polite and efficient. I was even able to directly contact Matt, who was extremely helpful! I did this entire moving process while I was at home (in Canada) and they were able to move and store my belonging without any issues and it was all completely stress-free. Best storage service in Manchester! I've used Matt's service already twice and as a student it has made moving in and out of flats a very easy, pleasant and quick experience. My boxes always came back in the same condition as I left them, and my clothes never smelled of damp (which is common in some storage places). Owner, Matthew was extremely rude to me even after a written agreement that he would deliver my stuff at a stated time, instead was accusatory and refused to wear a mask. Insinuated I lied about my booking and flat out said he had never heard of my name when I originally provided the name under my booking reference. Failed to even apologise/acknowledge poor service.

I had the pleasure of liaising with Manchester Storage during my time at university, and truly appreciated their affordable, reliable and responsive service. On top of handling the transportation and storage of goods well, the staff are also very friendly and great to work with. Definitely would recommend their services to students and professionals alike!

I honestly didn’t know about them until a friend recommended that I should try them and it is fair to say that I was pleasantly surprised and happy with the service I received and at the price it was given at. From coming to collect my boxes to delivering them back to me after, I was honestly so happy and thankful, it made the move so much easier.

We used these guys services when my Daughter had to leave her apartment in Manchester during the pandemic. We prepared a list of our belongings and they went and collected and boxed all the stuff. Stored them for 11 months and then transported them to Essex and offload them in her new apartment ready for her when she arrives. Great service

10/10 would recommend! Manchester Storage was such a lifesaver when my flatmates and I suddenly had to leave our accommodation to go back home. Despite our short notice, Matt was able to drop off the empty boxes and picked them up from our place in a few days' time. Also, he sent the boxes back to us in good condition.

Would highly recommend Matthews services, he could not have been more helpful for our booking in July, we used this storage unit as we hosted an event at the Etihad Stadium and it was the perfect location, really easy to access and Matthew was always available for calls if we had any queries, 5 star service

Best provider ever! I have used their services 2 years ago and the whole process was flawless! Their price is the cheapest I have found so far. Furthermore, having unused boxes refunded is VERY convenient. It's like pay-as-you-go (or rather, "pay-what-you-use"). The staff are very friendly and helpful btw!

They don't state they have a minimum charge of £50 on their website, my computer came back damaged after putting heavy and fragile on the box, my speakers were broken and my girlfriends suitcase has a rip in it, how does that even happen? All the stuff I put in storage smells of damp too.

I have used Manchester Storage on and off for a while and find them to be a very professional company. The facilities are clean and the containers are easily accessible. Will carry on using them and would definitely recommend to anyone needing a safe and reliable storage service.
