I had a very unfortunate incident and had to move some of my belongings into storage and this place being the nearest to my family home. I had to make a quick decision to use this business and at first it seemed ideal, however they have a ridiculous policy to notify them 2 weeks before leaving the unit and a overpriced deposit for a very small storage unit. And after using the service, they were condescending, rude and unhelpful on the phone after being charged a hidden fee. I would not recommend.

Tricia has been an absolute angel and has helped me sort everything today whilst having a million things going on. Nothing was too much to sort out. From the moment I sent off my reservation to getting my fob it’s been seamless and so quick and efficient! Also Olly who I originally spoke to was a great help whilst I was deciding which space to pick. Fantastic team and the best service!! 100% would recommend to anyone considering storage in Manchester! I urgently needed to move my furniture into storage whilst awaiting new home. Got an immediate online quote followed by a call, which helped me in choosing the right sized storages unit and got me thinking about insurance. Mike and Olly were amazingly helpful and informative. Storage priced reasonably with great offers. Excellent location with plenty parking space, easy access and very clean site. Also has good equipment for moving stuff. Highly recommend it

Affordable price, and decent sized for the prices, with offers for additional services for internet and late stay at a reasonable price it's worth the money you pay for storage/ office space. When is best about the place is the staff, in particular Olly and Ellis, who both are incredibly friendly, informative and helpful. It was easy to get booked on and even easier for when you finish your time there, does what you need it to do perfectly, 0 issues so 5/5.

It is my first time needing to use storage and so I didn’t know what to expect from the whole process. When I looked at the reviews for Storage World the things that jumped out from those were that it was a clean, secure, friendly, and welcoming place. The Storage World Team certainly lived up to those reviews. They did everything they could to help during what were a stressful couple of days for me whilst I moved everything. I am currently using a 75 square foot container for storage at this place and so far it's worked out well. My unit is easy to access, parking onsite, lift equipment to use in conveying from the car to the unit. And also impressive, is the service from the staff that help me setup my account. Location is great and easy to locate, no problems for the delivery guys that brought my orders to the storage

The offices are great, the storage facility is always clean, safe and staff are very friendly. Best storage facility in Manchester IMO.

Sade was amazing, she was very helpful and resourceful, she went through all the steps with me and my mom multiple times to make sure I understood everything. She also recommended a moving company Chris and van and he was very helpful as well. I am very happy with my storage but wish that there was AC on the second level as it is very hot up there. Sade definitely deserves a raise!!

The team at Storage World provide an excellent service.They are professional and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. The store is secure and clean. They provide units of different sizes to meet your needs. Also they help you to find a proper size when you are not sure. There is onsite parking so it is easy to bring your things and just move it comfortably. Highly recommended.

Absolutely brilliant customer service. Had a small unit last year for my daughter to leave her stuff between student accommodation moves. Mike and others were very helpful. Renting another unit this year. They remembered us which was lovely. The facility is immaculate and very secure. Would highly recommend Storage World. Price is very good service is outstanding.

They provide a range of unit sizes and have a forklift, pallet trucks and trolleys onsite to make the process of moving items in and out your storage unit easy. The process of renting a storage unit was very quick, easy and simple. Customer service was incredible. James was wonderful and a pleasure to chat with. He was very clear with what was involved in renting with Storage World and answered any queries with clear information. In the future, I would definitely use Storage World again.

Do not take the employees words on how to get your refund if you want to leave early , you will get a fine if you leave early if you dont give them two weeks notice. The employee told me i could leave anytime and i will get my refund back but after i took out my stuff and returned the unit, i got fined £90.

Clean, tidy and plenty of sizes and floors to choose from and plenty of parking spaces. I had issues that were dealt with in a satisfactory manner. Dealt with Mike and Tricia, both were lovely and always willing to help and support. Would reuse again and highly recommend.

We used storage world for a house move. Sade was great, everything was super clear and she was top bants. Only advice I would give is be mindful of match day traffic it can slow you down so plan ahead.
