You want something done right, and learn stuff along the way ? Go with these guys, hands down!! They came to our house for the quote and were just immediately a calming and professional presence amid a frazzled family. They told us stuff the other contractors failed to mention, like the fact that we needed a wider pipe for a shower in the ground. If we had went with the other contractors, our inspection would have probably failed and we'd have been back to square one. They had so much insight about what kind of plumbing fixtures to buy. For example, they advised us that brand of rain shower we bought might not have replacement parts, and would be tough to fix down the line if needed. These amazing fellas foretold all our wrong turns, probably saving us thousands! You can just really tell they care about their customers and doing the right thing. One of the guys noticed even mentioned we should be changing our furnace filter more regularly with all the construction we have going on in our basement. Seeing as how we have young kids, this advice was so appreciated. They also gave us a few other pointers to help our basement project be successful, and it was stuff that they didn't "need" to say - but damn, it was helpful. They also answered all our questions along the way. One thing I notice is that (as a woman), they made a point to be just as respectful to me as my husband. Elvis from Apollo Plumbing came out to check a problem we had with our hot water tank. The pipe at the top of the tank was not staying on properly and he fixed the issue for us and it was a big relief to find out that other plumbing repairs were not necessary as told to us by two other plumbing companies. Elvis was pleasant, professional and competent and we were very pleased with the service. It took less than half an hour for the repairs and it was a bit costly given the time required but most things are unaffordable in todays economy. It was a good day to have the problem solved. I had a main line plugged in my home, and the washing machine was running, and filled the basement up with a few inches of water. I phoned around, and was turned down by another company, because they did not have access to an auger. I called Apollo, and they had a service technician expected within 2 hours, and he arrived in less than 30 minutes. Was able to run the line all the way out to the city main, and clear the issue with my drain. The man was polite, pleasant, explained everything, and refused a tip at the end of the service call. I would highly recommend, and know who I will contact if i am again in need of plumbing services.

Excellent! My toilet was running and I didn't have time to try and fix it myself. I phoned another well known company I had used before first, and the guy came in and tried to sell me all sorts of nonsense so I said no thanks. I then called Apollo after reading positive reviews and Anthony came over within a couple of hours. He looked at it quick, said I just need this one part and he fixed it in probably 20 minutes. We used Apollo Plumbing twice over the last month and both times they were exceptional. Great first experience with Apollo Plumbing, I called with no heat on a very cold morning, and this company was so responsive and caring to my concern. We had drilled through a waterline installing a microwave ourselves above the stove and we chose Apollo Plumbing because they were available to come out that day, for free, to assess the repair and give us a quote. Our kitchen sink was backing up and leaking, and they were able to get someone out Friday afternoon within just a few hours. Anthony quickly found and fixed the pipe that had leaked from the pressure of the plug, but the backup ended up being so so much worse than expected (needing to even have additional tools brought out) but Anthony stayed late into the evening until he got it fixed. Fantastic service! I called this morning for help with a clogged tub drain and the (very friendly!) receptionist was able to book me in for this afternoon. My old hot water tank was leaking. I just heard that water dipping noise. I did google search no one was available that moment.Luckily Apollo Plumbing had technician available during that emergency time and saved us.They showed up with in a shortage period of time and replaced our old hot water tank with new one. They also installed humidifier in our house.100% satisfied with their work and recommend them.

Our water heater died so we had no hot water in this frigid weather! I took a chance on Apollo Plumbing and 2 hours earlier than our agreed upon time, Connor arrived! I had an emergency plumbing problem on a Sunday and even though there were no appointments available until the following Thursday, Ziad, the on duty Technician, made time to come and look at and repair my problem. He was knowledgeable, professional and able to explain everything to me in a way I could understand. I was very happy with the experience and will be using Apollo's services next time.

I called Apollo plumbing after another plumber didn’t come to look at my toilets even though I scheduled an appointment. Anthony came and advised me to change out the toilets instead of trying to repair them. He got me the new ones, installed them and was overall extremely fun and easy to talk to. If you have a home BOILER system BIFF with Apollo is your guy. PERIOD. An error with a tank installation from a previous plumber resulted in me making an emergency late night call to Apollo. We had a minor leak in our basement due to a problem with an outdoor tap. We called Apollo, and they sent Connor the next day. He was courteous, professional, and efficient. The kitchen sink and the laundry room drainage was clogged, so I called Apollo Plumbing to take a look at the issue. Anthony was able to unclog both pipes and clean out the main line. He was able to show me through his camera the potential clogs in the main pipe as well as watch the snake clear the debris. Would call him again for any future clogs.
