I just canceled a washer and dryer move because the professionalism is seriously lacking here. I have had to track this person down to find out if we were confirmed for this morning for the pick up at 9 AM. When he didn’t show on time, I texted him multiple times asking about his ETA and then he saif he has a flat tire and now will be an an hour & 20 min away after already pushing back to 10:15. He did not notify me of any of this on his own. I had to text him and ask him where he is and what was going on. If you want something done on time, skip this company.

We were so thankful for the company! Home Depot dropped off our refrigerator and said they couldn’t bring it upstairs for us. :( The Appliance Moving company helped us move up our new refrigerator and discard of the old one. Not only were they responsive, but was able to provide an accurate estimation on amount of time needed to complete the job. They arrived on time and were incredibly friendly. I will be utilizing this company in the future!

Great family owned business! Ricardo and Carlos were very kind and honest the moment I spoke to them on the phone. I needed my fridge moved to my new house but it wouldn't fit through the kitchen. They knew how to take the french doors off and reconnect the water line and electrical wiring. They even helped connect my washer and dryer. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, reliable company!

We needed someone to move our washer and dryer upstairs as we just barely moved into our new home and most movers charge an hourly rate. I called Appliance Movers and they were fast to schedule a same day appointment with a flat fee that was very very reasonable. They provided excellent service and are very professional. They got the job done and were careful. I would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent experience with Carlos and his teammate. They provided me with pick up at a distribution warehouse in Houston and delivered to Huntsville, Tx. I did not require install. They were on time (even early) and delivered efficiently. Great service.

I called this company to pick up a large refrigerator and delivery. I appreciate Carlos and Alberto for their help. Despite some hiccup (traffic) was able to deliver the item and set it up. Thank you. And would recommend you to anyone.

Nice company help you moving but one of their worker Luis took some stuff from kitchen While I was gone for two hours , so be careful , but overall the company is real good . Max is the manager real nice guy
