For 20 years I was a patient of a general practitioner affiliated with the hospital. I got a physical annually, and when I needed a referral, I stayed within their system. Never a dispute, never a problem, never a major illness. But when my GP retired, they told me I was on my own. I needed to find a replacement doctor elsewhere.
Horrible customer service. I called multiple time just want to know why they didn’t post my blood test results on the app and they transferred me too many one and they didn’t let me to finish what I want to talk. They hang up the phone. So disappointed with the big hospital.
Quality has plummeted in the 12 years we've been using this hospital for major and minor surgeries. Beware the arbitrary rules which appear to be waived based on ethnicity, nurses who yell at people in front of patients, and reckless valets
Their billing department is BEYOND AWFUL. We were very happy with the care we received from the medical staff here. However, I was double charged for a bill I paid, and am owed $3500+ from almost 3 months ago. Their billing department is
I have never been treated so horribly in a professional setting in my life. Especially in a situation that was life threatening and terrifying. I was not taken seriously and was laughed at while I was gasping at every breathe, profusely
My husband just said, “if something happens to me, don’t take me here, please.” My Grammy is undergoing chemo at this hospital and has been dealing with incompetent nurses and doctors the entire time. They caused an infection in her arm
Feb 2023 had major spinal surgery stayed for 9 day when I finally left without discharge and pain medication. If someone can leave not caring about pain medication after a massive spinal surgery (Google most painful surgeries) know the
I am speaking only of the adult wing of the hospital here. Unless Peyton Manning has also changed drastically, they get a solid 3 stars. Furthermore, I'm speaking only of the emergency department. When I was admitted in June, it wasn't
The hospitality and care these ladies and men have shown me has been outstanding. With my circumstances they have been nothing but understanding. Thank you to the Ortho trauma team.
This review is in regards to the mobile mamogram service. I called and requested info on a free or low cost mamogram for my wife do to no insurance. We ended up paying $303.00
The worst experience for my loved one ever. Bottom line, one of the doctors called me to say they would keep her for a couple more days then she could home.
