"My family and I made a visit to the above store's pharmacy for spectacles and to shop for odds and ends; it was quite enjoyable and carefree, together with a diverse range of shoppers and their needs; I found that there is something for everybody, well done Asda !"

"Good Asda the former Sefton general hospital site have been going to this Asda for over 20yrs"
Everything you need in terms of food, home decors, medicines and so on are suitably categorized and easy to find. Pricing in terms of the clothes and dresses on the top floor are a bit high as they are of the same quality which you get in a Primark but more expensive. Other than that the parking area is really big.
Checkout staff miserable and robotic. Prices are higher than expected for a lot of common goods. Pharmacy never seem to have stock of common products and never call you to tell you it's in stock after leaving mobile number. Although polite most times. Only shop if I need to due to prices.
My family and I made a visit to the above store's pharmacy for spectacles and to shop for odds and ends; it was quite enjoyable and carefree, together with a diverse range of shoppers and their needs; I found that there is something for everybody, well done Asda !
No staff on hand, very little help, though one staff member did help me. This store doesn't deliver electrical goods, even when they deliver your food produce. Big store with lots of stuff on 2 levels. Expect little of sales and helpfulness. 4th time of going.
Good Asda the former Sefton general hospital site have been going to this Asda for over 20yrs. Most of the staff are nice and helpful, but they need to go back to not locking the customer toilets at night and preventing customers shopping on
Avoid the pharmacy if possible, incredibly unorganised and risk of overcharging. Waited 20 minutes for my flu shoot that was booked in a month in advance when they decided to see to someone else instead who only just arrived. When I went to
Absolutely shocking service rude obnoxious staff make you pay for shopping then remove them from you whilst members of talk cheeky you obviously I’ve already PAID for my shopping and because very cheeky staff don’t like to hear home truths
This store ıs absolutely horrıble nıght self serve staff are so rude 2 woman with Glasses on older women are so moody and vıle they obviously don’t lıke there job they should not work wıth the public the shop was empty and I asked for help
I was picking up an uber delivery today at 3:10 pm. Stood outside waiting for 10 minutes, no acknowledgement. Then this woman appears and is immediately dismissive. Tells me that I have to wait 15 more minutes (this is unacceptable even in
So, went for my monthly shop at Asda Smithdown road on Saturday, normally no prods. Sat 16 Sep, an utter disaster! The store has moved the stock around to different alses and shelves, I think this is due to new cold shelves/fridges at the
Was in here today with my 4 year old son self check out service . The lady with the blonde shoulder length hair is so rude ! My son is really shy and I’m trying to improve this he went and asked the lady for a bag politely. she shoved the
I live over 100 miles away (I was on my way back) and was desperate for a poo. I found a Tesco, no toilets. I found this ASDA store, toilets! Brilliant. Or so I thought. I walked into the men's room, and was greeted with the sight of what
It’s very annoying that the prices in your receipt are completely different to those at the price tags. Not only some of the promos are not working at the till and you pay the full price, but some of the actual prices are higher. Everyone
Really great store with a wide variety of everyday food, household & hygiene products - they also have clothes and homeware upstairs, as well as some garden, electrical items, and stationery, etc. I’ve never needed help when in-store but
Really amazing store with lots of hygiene products, makeup, food, clothes and even toys - perfect for you everyday needs. Despite the tags price being slightly different than the receipt, trying this store out has made day better! As for
I mean, it's ASDA. It's generally got everything you need, or it even has things you don't need. I'd say this ASDA provides you with a rich cultural experience, as it seems that they cater for a multitude of cultures. It can feel really
I'm a regular here. It's fine. The pharmacy is outstanding, with great staff (I'm there quite often). My reason for dropping a star is the tendency for baskets to be unavailable at the entrance when the shop is busy. There can be piles
Never seen ruder staff anywhere than this supermarket. Living locally, I frequent here quite a bit, and every time the staff seem to have a chip on their shoulder, never speak to you with manners or decency, making it seem like you’re
my fave place to do a food shop. the only issue i have when coming here is the screaming kids that literally won't stop. can the staff/security not ask them to stop or ask the parents? they literally don't care, they run around, into
Used the scan as you go and entered my personal details and got the scanner which was then linked to me. Didn’t realise I had to scan the Asda app at the till AS WELL (unlike other large supermarket) so missed out on £100 of points
Where do you even start with this Asda? The biggest problem they have, apart from the extortionate prices right now, is the staff. Granted, there’s one or two that are helpful, but the rest that I have the misfortune of having to
Went today and tried to buy create your own pizzas for tea but left empty handed as they were only doing deep pan when we wanted thin and crispy, yet they had thin and crispy bases as they were on display. Tea plan ruined!
The store is big and nicely organised with plenty of offers however the staff seem to be exhausted and not enjoying work atmosphere. Would really like to see managers do something towards their employees
Wide range of home accessories, cooking, toys, clothes, and especially grocery. Also has a cafe upstairs. Fair prices and (mostly) friendly staff. Perfect for your weekly shopping. Definitely recommend.
IM DISABLED CANT CARRY MUCH AT ALL NOT SUPPOSED TO NEITHER!!!! No baskets.!!! NO trolleys!!!! Heaving with new students an parents ( not the problem) staff standing around 3
Has everything you need. Great prices and some good deals. Didn't like the fact that you have to check out yourself as no one was on the tills but it is what it is.
I have been shopping at this store for five years and it was all good, but the customer service has become a joke and most of them have become very rude.
I like it, you can find everything you want, it is clean and tidy, the staff are helpful. You can find Halal meat here.❤️
Good place to shop as they had an Asian choice of vegetable, like cassava, chayote, yam, and lady finger, easy to find
Long queues. Very busy. Self checkouts were nightmare. Only had 3 items and no option but to queue.
