"Click and collect shocking"
"My go-to supermarket for groceries"
"A large sainsbury's, big selection of products, good home department, staff smoking outside the doors wasn't a good look, places should be provided for them in a staff area so they can have their break in peace, quite often seems to be a police presence there"
"Large store with great selection"
"A good Sainsbury's superstore with nearly everything that you would want"
Click and collect shocking. Waited 30 minutes and nobody brought me the order. Rang the store 10 times no answer. Couldn’t leave the car as I had a baby with me. Rang Head Office who said they’ll process refund (£120) and still no refund. This is my 5th attempt of using Sainsburys click and collect. Every single time there is an issue.
My go-to supermarket for groceries. A good Sainsbury's superstore with nearly everything that you would want. They have good offers especially if you have the Nectar card to get Nectar points and offers. Smart shop enabled. Click & collect available. Loads of free parking spaces for customers.

Large store with great selection. Ample parking. Other facilities nearby. Gutted that the pizza oven has been out of order on our last two visits! Barcode scanner to activate the barrier leaving self-service section, shame that's necessary... …
A good Sainsbury's superstore with nearly everything that you would want. Just some of the price labelling and stock organisation is a little haphazard. That is to be expected with such a wide range of stock. The quality of produce is good.
Excellent range of stock. I like this Sainsbury's and the one on Rice Lane as the aisles are wide and clear from obstructions, giving good wheelchair access. It is also one of the cheapest places to buy fuel, petrol and diesel. The nectar
I received an email stating I need to contact Customer Service when I arrived. Only to be told there was no order under my name. Then the lady informed me I need to go to the pizza and hot food counter. Here the 'gentleman' said he can't
I like this Sainsbury's, the isles are wide, which really helps if you suffer from anxiety when out shopping. The staff have always been very helpful and for the size of the branch (which isn't huge) it has a good range of products.
First time in this branch, not totally impressed. For the size of branch I expected more range. Middle of the afternoon and no white mushrooms. Some things I couldn't get that I would have expected in a large store like this.
Expensive shop - but you get the quality for your money! Huge shopping floor, with all kinds for our everyday needs. Argos inside, for pick-up option. If your budget allows it then go here instead of other cheaper options!
I didn't like the way they have you self service. Then have a member or staff check your self service and then have a member of staff check your receipt 3 feet away while you scan it to get out of self service.
Been in here on a number of occasions, staff are really nice and friendly but the cigarette/ lottery/returns counter is a joke , There can be a queue of 10 people and only one member of staff serving and if
Lack of basic products. Looking for empty shelves? -thats the place!!!! .... fortunately Lidl is built just opposite...so Sainsbury's you can start packing up your stuff ... goodbye soon …
Big store in a small retail park, surrounded with a variety of other shops. Very close to the city center so very easy to get to if you've got a vehicle. Everything you need from a Sainsbury's.
Well over priced to the point we're you feel like your being robbed. 1L bottle of Baileys on offer £22.50 yey. Tesco price 1L bottle Baileys £10 do sainsbury have to completely rip us off
Reasonably big Sainsbury's on the 26/27 bus route. Has an in house Argos. Some of the shelves were empty . There is b&m and home bargains across the road directly opposite. …
I loved it so much. Good value for money. High quality products. I love Sainsbury's doughnuts. Felt happy when I found Halal meat and food. Argos inside the superstore as well.
I was followed around the whstore by a security guard from the moment I entered the store, and was with my elderly grandfather who got very worried and agitated by this
Popped in for frozen peas, ended buying a very expensive indulgent dessert and Mackies ice cream, was so worth it, even though I'm cutting down on sugar!
Never seem to have much fresh fruit/veg/meat in stock. Lots of stock spread around thin to make it look like there’s more. Not much choice as a result
One stop shop for all your groceries, household items, and supplies . A little bit higher prices than Aldi and Lidl. Quality products …
This is the best -: meal deal, I've ever got from here, Sandwich / wraps also Caters for Vegetarians Snack Crisps Caters for Vegetarians
Customer service really good, and you can fund products here that usually you can't in other places. Prices could improve though
Didn't have a token for a trolley. Very few staffed check outs. Limited chilled food for such a large store. Stressful shop.
It's never overly busy, but oddly, due to its layout, it is more interesting than most shops of similar type.
Toilets were a disgrace, the poor cleaner was cleaning like a lunatic but people were just trashing them.
Plenty of parking here and loads of choice in store. A little on the expensive side for my taste.
Very well organised and with ample of parking space it’s the best place to go for your home needs
I like this shop always plenty of variety some items bit on the expensive side but a good shop
Summary: This is my go to Sainsbury's given its location, facilities and the surroundings.
A very large shopping Centre. You can get virtually everything you want from here.
Good selection of food and drink so you can do a big Christmas shop in one place
Nice place to walk around to grab few bits and have a nice selection of clothing
You can't exit this store without scanning your receipt, won't be back here.
At tills They don't throw items in your face like in Aldi well done …
Nice big place, never too busy. Well stocked, good choice of products.
Too expensive and doesn't always have what you need but otherwise ok
Nice shopping experience, self checkout was a dream, so easy.
Love to buy clothes at the store, great value for money
Lovely clean store with helpful staff
