Wife, Mother in Law, and i Went in to store late Sat night, almost closing time. We had been looking for couch, love seat, and chair set for family room all day so thought we would just look real quick and comeback later as it was late and we didnt want to keep staff after hours. We really were not considering buying because it was so late. Jason (coincidence), greated us warmly as if it was the middle of the day. He wasnt bothered by the late hour at all and asked us a few non envasive questions but were specifically designed to find out what we really wanted. He found something we all liked in about 5 mim but offered to show us similar sets to make sure we were happy. He put up with our indecision/indecisiveness, like a pro. About 45 min in we were back to the set we started with.He was awesome at explaining everything we needed to know about each piece we looked at. He was extremely knowledgeable and asked good questions to make sure we got what we wanted We offered to comeback and let him go home but he stayed late, finished out transaction and made my family very happy. It is not easy to find professionals today, at any age yet Jason is a young man, 20, and just started a fee weeks ago. We would have never known. We went to many furniture stores that day and he was the most mature, professional, and knowledgeable representative we met. I wisb i could give 6 stars A very happy customer.

I just want to say how happy I am with how we were treated. I cannot commend Eric enough for his professional and his eagerness to help. From the time I stepped foot through the door, Eric was beyond helpful. He helped us configure our ideal furniture set, while making sure we were happy. I was updated from the time I paid for my furniture to the time it was delivered with nothing but first class customer service. Upon delivery, my furniture was slightly defected from the factory. I reached out to Eric to let him know, not knowing it was his day off. Once I got off the phone with him, he immediately got to work to rectify the defect and was able to get an entirely new piece of furniture sent to me. Mind you, all was done one his day off. From my past experiences elsewhere, I was completely expecting to be out of luck and have to deal with the faulty furniture. I was caught off guard by Eric’s professional and amount of customer support he demonstrated by getting me new replacement furniture. Enough words and praise cannot justify my gratitude towards Eric. Because of Eric’s actions, Ashley Furniture has him to thank for my lifetime of business. Simply, thank you, Eric!

My family and I had the most pleasant shopping experience with David the other night! Upon walking in, we were instantly greeted by David and Sean, the GM who was so kind and accommodating. I’d researched the Ballinasloe LAF sectional and ottoman online but wanted to come in the store and feel the couch in person. Unfortunately, David informed me that they didn’t have it but immediately let me to a sectional that was the same exact color and fabric. He let me know that his in laws had the same sectional and they loved it, but it was small. I then told David that we host our friends and families, and he then led me to two great pieces that he thought we would love. In the end, David assured me that my original piece that I researched was perfect for me - it was the right size, color, firmness, and within my budget. Overall, I was amazed at David’s patience and hospitality. I felt like he was a friend who truly wanted me to have the best sectional for my home - basically I didn’t feel like I was another sale. First of all, comforting soon as you walk in the door, as i’ve been greeted with a smile by everyone that’s sat at the front The vibe is very silent but caring. Though it’s a place of business, you can tell the workers like to interact and get a bit personal, as they should. Evvy handled me the first day and I was crazy indecisive, but she was patient, and I let her know that I couldn’t choose that day, BUT she didn’t hound me for the sale like most, she advised me to think about it and come back when i’m ready. Same with Mike, as they’re both amazing to work with and talk to. There wasn’t a question they couldn’t answer, as if they didn’t have the answer, THEY got it from someone who knew. Great energy, great team, keep up the great work and thank you so much fir the new mattress! Definitely about to sleep until next year!

This Ashley has some of the friendliest employees I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. My fiancé and I came in to try out some mattresses. Without pushing us to buy, they listened to what we were looking for and showed us options that met our needs. After we narrowed it down to two, they explained the pros and cons of each and answered all of our questions about the mattresses we were interested in. They were prompt and efficient in our check out process and got us a great delivery timeline that fit our needs. Thank you Sean and Adele for all of your help and for making our shopping experience so pleasant!

The sales associate I worked with was great. He left me alone while I was checking out the furniture. However, the quality of the furniture is LESS than admirable. Within a month the cushions had SUNK in. A tech came out to replace the cushion, but he said it would fail within the month, due to the 2.5# density of the cushion. Three days to change your mind about the furniture doesn't provide much comfort when it fails and fails again. I have never had this type of bad quality furniture. NO furniture should "breakdown" within a month.

Gerard Taylor welcomed us as soon as we walked into the store. We ask for a dining room bench that we wanted to buy and he walked us through to show us what he had on the floor. I showed him the one we were interested in and unfortunately they didn’t have it in the store. We looked at other options on the big screen and finally decided to order one we truly liked. The purchase process was quick and smooth and we were on way home. Gerard was very professional and courteous throughout the whole process. Thank you Gerard Taylor.

Charles is awesome!! My girlfriend and I recently purchased a beautiful sofa with him and he was so helpful along the way. When we first started looking, he knew all the products and everything about them. He helped us find pieces in our budget and didn’t try to be pushy to make a sale. After a few weeks, we decided to purchase a couch and we wanted Charles to be a part of it. He is the best employee in the store. He deserves a promotion or some sort of reward for how great of an employee he is.

JOSH was awesome and very patient when it came to us shopping here at Ashley! Only thing me and husband came with was that we wanted a sectional and we wanted it to be comfortable Lol! My husband asked him which sectional he thought was the most comfortable in the store and he showed us this one! Once we sat on it we were SOLD. Ashley Jacksonville, FL Town Center is fantastic! Alda and Shawn were so knowledgeable and helpful. They took their time to work with me to make sure I found exactly what I was wanting. They helped me pick out pieces that are not only beautiful, but will last! I have always loved Ashley’s furniture and will be a customer for life and I will continue to go to the Town Center location for Alda and Shawn’s incredible customer service.

My husband and I spent ALL day (including two visits to Ashley with our toddler) deciding what we wanted for our living space. Gerard was our go-to, and John assisted us as well. They were both very helpful and extremely patient with us. Charles is a great man! He was polite, patient, and thorough in his explanations to us.
