I recently visited this IKEA and faced challenges with not receiving an eGift card purchased directly from the IKEA website. The initial staff at checkout were courteous and helpful in redirecting me for assistance, but both customer service phone lines were unable to help. One automatically hung up on me whenever I tried to dial it, and the other sent me back to receive help in-store. Most representatives tried to assist, yet one interaction was particularly disappointing. The final staff member I spoke to was dismissive and rudely interjected into my conversation with another staff member to suggest that I go take this up with a manager over the phone, as I was actively explaining that I’d already tried to contact IKEA’s toll-free lines to no avail. He seemed quite distracted with other tasks, and creating tension in the situation without offering any practical solutions does not demonstrate a collaborative and solution-oriented approach to customer service. As both a customer and someone who works in the customer service industry, this experience left me feeling particularly undervalued. However, I believe in second chances and hope that this feedback helps improve IKEA’s customer service. I look forward to a better experience in the future at this IKEA.

I've been to IKEA Jacksonville a few times, and I've always been impressed with the selection of products and the level of customer service. I've never had a problem finding what I'm looking for, and the staff has always been happy to help me with any questions I have. One of the things I like most about IKEA Jacksonville is that the store is very well-organized. The products are displayed in a way that makes it easy to find what you're looking for, and there are plenty of signs and directions to help you navigate the store. I also like that IKEA Jacksonville has a variety of displays and showrooms that give you ideas for how to decorate your home. The displays are always changing, so there's always something new to see. Overall, I highly recommend IKEA Jacksonville to anyone looking for affordable and stylish furniture and home goods. The store is huge, with a wide variety of products to choose from, and the prices are very reasonable. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the store is always clean and well-organized. Amazing!! Definitely exceeded my expectations. The show room is beautiful, so much pretty to look at. I attached a couple of pictures. The prices are very reasonable as well. If you haven't been, go! Even if you don't buy anything it's an awesome adventure just walking around looking. There's even a little play room for the kids, I didn't look into that much because I didn't have my son with me. This place has everything to deck your place out if your looking to furnish a room. Like I said, if you haven't already, check it out you won't be disappointed. Just make sure you have plenty of time to waste because you're going to be in there a while!! So much to look at!

Great place for shopping furniture for apartments, I didn’t communicate with the staff pretty much all shopping was self service. Some items are not available, some doesn’t have price tags, no staff available to help us. I noticed short staff at the registers for check out, only one counter was open, food was okay, and contacted a person for online pickup and he was quick. The store located close to interstate 285 and middle of Jacksonville. Plenty of free parking. I will try again.

Where should I start? Easy access parking, well marked directions to guide you through the maze of over 25 themed marketing focuses. Thorough coverage of each targeted area of your home. The staging almost seemed at times like someone was living in that section, but not so perfect that seemed over realistic. We didn’t eat there this trip, but I did see people carry the food to tables. It looked impressive. I’m certain we’ll be back again.

First visit to this Store location. I had not been in a IKEA in 15 years, since I left Texas. I love this store brand. This location was very nice, clean, organized and packed with all things Home Furnishings. We ordered a book shelf online and was able to pick it up next day. Their pickup was efficient and quick. We picked up a few other items. They also have a scratch and dent area. You surely will not be disappointed when you visit.

IKEA is absolutely great, multiple options to choose from, they have indoor and outdoor decor, furniture as well as multiple color themes and options. It’s in a great location, and plenty of parking place! I come here at least once a month to see what’s new and I always leave with something. The workers and staff are very friendly and helpful, and their prices are reasonable. Definitely recommend stopping by if you haven’t already!

Ikea is an experience whether it's your first or 50th visit. There's a very tasty and affordable cafeteria style restaurant in the middle of the store. If you only want a meal, then you can go around the left of the store and go straight to the cafe. A smaller snack area is right by the exit with touch to order screens. Not to mention the ever-changing room decor and merchandise.

Hej! I’m so happy we have an IKEA store in Jacksonville Florida. We just went shopping for a dresser today and found exactly what needed - at a great price and in the color we wanted. Now to test my assembly skills again. Piece of cake. IKEA has some awesome seasonal items and it’s always fun to have a meal there too. Quite tasty and very reasonable.

I love IKEA. I'll go in for a veggie dog or the meatballs and leave with $100 worth of stuff... But not stuff that I won't use. I find seasonal gifts as well. I've done one full guest bedroom in IKEA, one closet and my bookcases in the loft. I love that I can have big orders delivered and taken upstairs so I don't have to!

I love coming here. The food is delicious, and they have gluten-free options! Plus, there are so many decorative ideas. It's nice to come here and just dream about what the future could look like. :) The people who work here have been very helpful to me when trying to find good sturdy furniture while on a budget.

This IKEA is setup very nicely. It had everything we were looking for. The only negative was the food in the food court area had been sitting out for a while and it didn’t look very good and was dried out. The bathrooms were not clean even though the person just signed off the checklist.

Pretty unique store. Picture whole household rooms of different styles spread out through an elaborate maze that is not hard to get lost in. Everything in these rooms are for basically for sale. See an item or a whole room that you like you can literally buy it for your own house.
