From start to finish she assisted me with this completely VIRTUAL PURCHASE I didn’t even have to step foot my in the building & my bed was delivered within 2 days! Dani B is the TRUTH!!!! My spouse and I came in looking for a bed unsure of what we wanted and Dani was the first person to greet us! She got us approved and we were able to get an entire King Size Bed with the NICEST mattress!! We were not expecting to get anything but she wash such a great help!! Super sweet and sassy! They would get a 5 star but being put on hold and hung up on or when I try calling back it goes to voicemail automatically like a cellphone. Kind of rude. I have questions about my purchase and trying to see if I can add and/ or buy more products. It’s okay I’ll wait until my man comes home and we will go up there personally and advise of bad communication among reps.
