I was a new patient, Auden park family dentistry is an excellent dental clinic here in Kingston. The clinic is clean and abiding all COVID-19 hygienic regulations. Dr. Mahip is one of the most caring doctor. She's a very patient person who genuinely cares about her patients. She always takes time to explain things to me in terms that I can understand. She is digillent in making sure my dental issues can be fix to best it can be. Dr. Mahip and Ms. Aimee have the highest standards in dental care, and a team and office equipped to deliver. Clean ups are very thorough. They bring great attention and care to more advanced procedures. The entire staff is friendly and professional. I would recommend Dr. Marie Mahip to anyone seeking for a good doctor.

Today I had to take my son to have a filling done. Needless to say he was nervous! We requested "Nicole" , who always cleans our kids teeth, as she is amazing with children!!! She brought me to tears after she remembered that my son collects hockey cards, and surprised him with two new packs before his procedure!!! Needless to say, the appointment went very well after that. Dr. Polaris went 'above and beyond' to show him the tools he would be using and the sounds they make before doing anything. I cannot recommend this dental clinic enough for making your experience a positive one. Thank you so much to all of your amazing staff!

I recently visited Dr Polara’s office for what was originally a very minor filling, requiring no freezing. A week prior to my visit I had to advise them of a partial filling that fell out to change my appt, allowing for more time. Then 2 days prior, I had a back molar crack on me. I went to my appt with 3 issues - not 1! Dr Polara was very accommodating and fixed all 3 issues with clear and sound advice on what to expect and proposed future treatment for the 2 unexpected issues. I incurred no undue waiting time and left very grateful and happy. Very friendly and professional office in all my experiences here.

Dr Marie, Michelle and Aimee and everyone at Auden Park Family Dentistry offered amazing care to my five year old son at his first appointments. They were so patient and caring and really took time to answer ALL of his questions. They explained everything they were doing in an age appropriate way. They made it such a good experience that he was excited to go back and was calm and happy having a cavity filled an experience that could have been very stressful for him. Since his appointment he has been excited to brush and floss at home which used to take a lot of persuasion. I can’t say enough about their care.

The staff at Auden Park Family Dentistry are incredibly welcoming, friendly and patient. Going to the dentist during the pandemic and new restrictions is a bit different, but the staff were very patient with questions we had and made going to the dentist a very comfortable experience. My daughter loved Nicole and had a wonderful experience! She was so excited that nicole gave her a pink toothbrush after mentioning her favourite colour was pink. I highly recommend this dental clinic, especially for families with children.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Polara and the staff at Auden Park. They handled an emergency extraction fast, professionally and with compassion, on short notice. I have been back for a follow up and a hygiene appointment since the beginning of December and was impressed with their adherence to all COVID-19 protocols and felt completely safe at all times. Office is cozy and very welcoming, and staff listen and address and concerns you may raise about your dental health. This has been my dentist office for almost thirty years... Every single one of the employees are amazing! Every experience I have had has been perfect! No matter what the issue they're always there to help. In any case of emergency they book you in as soon as possible. Both Dr. Maheep and Dr.Polara are very patient, explanatory and accommodating.

The entire staff is accommodating, friendly, professional, and gentle. They take it upon themselves to go above and beyond to make your family's best interests their top priority. Excellent experience here. My son had an accident at school and broke his tooth. The staff here are amazing. It was a traumatic experience for him (and his mother!) But they were wonderful and took great care to explain everything. They even stayed late, passed closing time to help. Highly recommend.

Receptionist had no mask on. The plastic door on the room I was in was not closed. Tried to tell me that the rules were such that staff did not have to wear a mask if they were behind plexiglas. This is not true. Absolutely will never go back due to this.
