I don't doubt they can do a fine job... just their practice is unethical. I was told I needed a bite guard from what looks like grinding, and 3 fillings from what looked like could be cavities forming. The dentist gave a very poor explanation while pointing at my x-rays. The hygienist wasn't very friendly and kept hyping up how I need to come back for all of that. I didn't buy it... I take great care of my teeth and I've never had a dentist mention grinding. I'd like to avoid drilling holes in my teeth if I can. When I got to the front desk, as I waited the secretary asked me to scan a QR code and leave a review. It would have been awkward not to... (that's why they have so many 5 star reviews). I had a weird feeling in my stomach when I left. I chose to go to another dentist 5-6 months later, and they said there's basically nothing wrong with my teeth. I don't need any fillings now and it does not look like I have been grinding. I don't normally write reviews, but this made me so angry. Dentistry on Queen is out to take your money. They caught wind of my benefits plan and wanted to take full advantage, at the expense of my teeth. DO NOT go there. I cannot reply to the message below from the owner - but here's my response: My new dentist did mention I have some things presenting as the very very early stages of a cavity, but we are no where close to the point of needing to drill and I can likely solve the problem with good care. I can update if it gets to the point of needing to drill. Your other comment about the insurance thing doesn't makes sense...You tried to get me to pay MORE, and at a 90% coverage, I'd be forking out a few hundred dollars for the treatment and bite guard you said I needed. Its also interesting that you didn't mention the bite guard in your response... Also, I don't understand your comment about your patients having a high IQ...... how do you know your patients have a high IQ? Your secretary makes everyone give you good reviews. That's it. That's why you're so highly rated. You know your rating is inflated for that reason. You know you try to milk your clients for money. This is a SHADY place and I do not trust their recommendations.

I had the absolute best experience at Dentistry on Queen and I am totally blown away by how amazing the entire staff is. From the moment I called to make the appointment, the receptionist was so lovely, she booked me in right away and was so knowledgeable and professional over the phone, right away I was impressed. I had the pleasure of meeting Hailey, my dental hygienist and honestly I could not have been more impressed. She was so gentle with her touch and words she made me comfortable right from the start which is not an easy thing to do at the dentist. She was so amazing not just at her task at end, but making me feel like I was always welcome, and at one point it felt like I was chatting with a friend. She was so knowledgeable and skilled but her warmth and kindness is what stuck out to me the most. You are very lucky to have her, never let her leave and maybe a nice raise will be in her future soon! The doctors shared thr same kindness and warmth, taking time to explain next steps and answering all my questions. He didn't make me feel rushed or unimportant, he was just so lovely. I never leave reviews and in my personal life I have had some struggles, I never would have imagined that a trip to the dentist would have me laughing and having fun the whole appointment, or that it would leave smiling for the entire day. I want to thank all of your staff for going above and beyond to make me feel so special and cared for, thisnis very rare in this day and age and other business should be following your GOLD standard of outstanding customer service. Keep doing what you're doing, I appreciate you all!

I've had two experiences with this clinic. In Aug I was experiencing jaw pain and called to make an appointment as a new patient. They were great, and got me in within a few days. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Today, I just tried to get help for a front chipped tooth. The receptionist was polite and friendly - "yes we can help you!" And when I said I had been there once before and was on odsp, all of a sudden there are no appointments and they're not actually booking appointments, and we can put you on the cancellation list but you will probably be seen sooner elsewhere. Also, this is the first time I've been put on a cancellation list where they didn't even bother to confirm my name and number. They're good, so I get that they're busy, but this feels discriminatory and left a bad taste in my mouth. I won't be trying again. Edited to respond to the owner: I say I feel discriminated against, and instead of proving to me you are not being discriminatory by helping me, your response is to say I'm judgemental and you don't want me for a patient? You tried to deflect my point by calling me a name but all you did was show how discriminatory you really are.

Poor customer/client service, been trying to book/make an appointment for the last 6/7 months. I even received an automated email saying "We haven't seen you In 6 months and to book my next appointment".... The receptionist NEVER replies to emails or calls/voicemails. I needed them to finish the job that they had started. The caps/fillings they put in have already fallen out. I mentioned in my msgs that i'm in a lot of pain, but no one seemed to care. I finally got through one day by calling multiple times and the receptionist said she couldn't help me and just suggested finding a new dentist after all this time... Managed to get a new Dentist with professional friendly staff and already on my 3rd appointment to fix/repair Dentistry on Queen's mess and wasted time. Also Dentistry on Queen failed to provide recent X-Rays to this date to my new Dentist office when they requested them personally.

This is my first time leaving a review anywhere—my experience here was just that lovely! :) The receptionist, dental hygienists, and dentists here are so amazing! I had to call back and reschedule multiple times due to complications in my schedule and the receptionist was so incredibly patient and sweet and, even the next day, remembered so many little details to change things around and fit us into the best times for me and my family. She was so kind and my mom and I couldn’t stop talking about how she’s so wonderful at her job because her attention to detail and problem solving skills seem so great! The dentist worked so efficiently too and made my wisdom tooth removal feel like a breeze! The dental hygienists made sure to make us all feel comfortable and have a good time and we shared laughs too! I would definitely recommend this place to more people I know :)

An excellent dental clinic that has treated our family of four for the past five years, including some of us with more complex dental needs. Not only is Dr. Abdullah an extremely skilled practitioner who is also compassionate, he also always takes the time to explain his approach and answer all questions. The assistants and hygienists have also all been skilled and knowledgeable Finally, I will mention that the administrative team is top-notch. Sana is kind, professional and friendly. She is always quick to find an appointment on short notice should you need one and I have never had any issues with insurance processing or billing. Scam for newcomers and international students, be careful going there! We went last week to book an appointment with my wife (who is taking English classes at the university) and we asked if her insurance covered it and the receptionist said yes, it covered 75%. Today my wife went alone to attend to herself and once the service was finished they charged her 100%, taking advantage of the fact that she cannot communicate in English. In addition to this, they only did half of the cleaning, to be able to charge double the following week, I went a few months ago with my school insurance and they finished in one day. Don't go there! There are other good clinics with better prices.

Had an amazing experience from start to finish, had not been able to see a dentist for two years and had a issue I needed cleared up and they were quick, friendly and professional about everything. I have the unique opportunity to post as both an employee and patient! I had my very first root canal this week and it was a breeze (seriously!). The procedure took a bit longer than expected, due to my cranky canals, but everything went really well. Dr Vik was methodical and meticulous, ensuring only the best results! Am I biased because I work there? A little ;) But I was pleasantly surprised at how painless (even the needle!) The whole procedure was. My visits to Dentistry at Queen were great. The first was a consultation only, my third one, but my first with Dr. Omar. His recommendation was very different than the previous two and my husband and I were very impressed with his knowledge and understanding and personality. His recommendation saved us a lot of money too. It was not all about the dollars this time. I havehad my first of two or three visits. There was very little discomfort. The staff are just great, pleasant and un derstanding. I am not afraid of the dentist anymore. Many thanks for a pleasant dental visit to all the staff.

I have dental anxiety and a lot of dental problems, too. But every single person I've interacted with has been patient, kind, professional, and knowledgeable. And Dr. Omar was able to identify a problem that my last dentist didn't notice, and fix a problem with a filling, in minutes, that my last dentist caused. I would recommend this practice to anyone! I had a few procedures that needed to be done before I switched jobs & lost my benefits. Dentistry on Queen made sure to squeeze me in so I could get everything all done. Sana at the front is very lovely and helpful, and each and every hygienist & dentist I met was wonderful! I had a root canal done, a cleaning and a wisdom tooth extraction all pain free. They even let me put something on Netflix in the background so I could feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible. I can't say enough good things about this place!

More people need to come to Dentistry on Queen. I was recommended by a friend and a major reason for coming was they took the Queen’s undergraduate insurance. The accessibility is perfect, I called and was given an appointment for a couple days later. I arrived and I was met by a very king dental hygienist named Margo. She talked me through the entire process and gave me an amazing cleaning. I was given advice for how to care for my teeth. The dentist was also very kind, 10/10 experience with the staff.

I had a wonderful experience at Dentistry on Queen. The appointment booking, courtesy of Marinelly, was very efficient. The clinic is conveniently located and accessible to commuters. The facility was incredibly clean and well-maintained, and the staff were very welcoming. I was most impressed with Hailey, the dental hygienist, who was very thorough, kind, and knowledgeable. The dentist was also very professional. All in all, I am very pleased and I highly recommend this dental clinic.

They are amazing! I have not had the most pleasant experiences at other dental offices in the past and have a lot of anxiety around going to the dentist. My young son had to get his first filling today. The staff were absolutely amazing!! No tears - not even when he got his local anesthetic! He had NO idea that he got a needle in his mouth. We had a terrible experience with a pediatric dentist with my daughter ( very traumatizing ), so I was really nervous about how everything was going to go at Queen. They totally surpassed any expectations that I had. Absolutely wonderful dental team - could not recommend enough!!!!!!

Amazing experience here. Visited to a dentist after a long time. The front desk was very accommodating and booked my appointment right away. No wait times in the clinic. Dr Vik took his time in explaining the procedure and made sure I was comfortable before starting the procedure. I had my wisdom tooth removed. They also followed up in few days and made sure I was doing good. Would highly recommend anyone around the area to visit here without any hesitation.

Dentistry on Queen is AMAZING. They’ll get you in for an appointment as soon as possible and will stay open late for their patients if it’s important. Sana, the receptionist, will respond to messages at any hour and is extremely kind and remembers every patients name. I needed my wisdom teeth urgently extracted and had them out within days, had two follow-ups and am perfectly healed three weeks later. Couldn’t recommend them more!

The staff here are amazing! When the Dentist I normally go to told me he could not get me in for a while and that I should see if another one could I Called Dentistry On Queen. They got me in the same day and even did a root canal right then. The Dentist I saw was amazing I didn't even feel that little pinch we all know it's not a little pinch when that first needle went in. They are amazing and I look forward to my next visit.

Great experience with this clinic! Welcomed by a very nice receptionist who was able to answer many of my inquiries. I needed my wisdom tooth extracted and Dr. Omar did it flawlessly, no pain experienced, and it took a couple of minutes! I am honestly not sure why this place is so highly rated. This is by far the most expensive dentist I have ever been to. My insurance normally covers 100% of a cleaning and at this place I got charged an extra $60. The facilities are fairly unremarkable and it doesn't feel modern at all. The rooms have no TVs in them. The staff aren't friendly. And they really push unnecessary xrays on their patients.

I took my 8 year old there for fillings. My kid enters calm but then becomes irrationally anxious and can not be reasoned with. After my approach to calming them down failed, the staff offered to try something different. They were able to expertly get through the appointment with my anxious child, who calmed well to their approach. My child even complimented them when it was done.

I was experiencing severe jaw pain which was resulting from my a wisdom tooth impaction. I was able to be seen the next day and had all four teeth pulled a week later. All the staff were incredible! They were very professional and able to cater to all my needs. Dr. Omar and Maria completed the procedure very quickly and it was an overall smooth experience.

Amazing first experience here! I originally went to have an assessment as I needed my wisdom tooth removed - however we ended up doing the removal the same day! Absolutely can' not say enough about them.. I had a badly decayed and infected back molar that needed to be removed ASAP.. the staff didn't waste any time. The staff at Dentistry on Queen were very lovely and informative. I felt very comfortable which is rare for me at a dentist. It was very expensive, which isn’t so bad for me since I have some benefit coverage. I think maybe inflation has something to do with that though. But all and all great place to go

I would NOT recommend this dentist to ANYONE. I was taken advantage of as a college student. I went in and was told I would be getting 3 fillings done on my cavities and ended up being charged for 5 fillings , still having to pay $500 for an appointment that should of been no where near close to that price.
