Really very good car rental company, I am totally satisfied. The prices are nice. Customer service is also on high level. I had an issue with booking a car via website, but they solved the issue the best possible way and very quickly. The car was neat and clean. No questions while returning it. The deposit was fully refunded in several days. Just one thing that could be better - the website and app. It is an awesome idea, but completed not the best way and I hope it will be upgraded. First of all, there not every available cars on the website Second, when you book a car, you never know, if it is really available, and the other car may be assigned, which may be an unpleasant surpise (but in my case it was solved) Third, the website and the app are not integrated between each other. When a person confirm finally a car for you, you can see this car in the app, but you don't see it on the website Fourth, when you paid a reservation fee, you can't see if this payment was successful, and it is needed to bother the company's employees to be sure of that. Anyway, the idea is really awesome. It is helpful, when you don't have desire to spend a lot of time for phone calls, and you don't have to go to the company's office and start the rental at any place

Dissapointed. Firstly,after completing reservation and payment, I received an email that dropping off a car in another city (Klaipėda) will cost extra 50 euros. I don't mind to pay for leaving the car in another location,but it should be stated clearly when making the reservation. Secondly,the reserved car was not ready for a pickup at the agreed time . I had to call a few times to get it sorted. The car arrived within 45mins, but it would have been nice to receive a profesional apology for the poor service. Lastly,I rented a car from this company a 2nd time. The first time,two years ago was perfect and good price too . This time, the price for exactly same car was more than 2 times higher. When asked why,I was told that it is simply due to the high demand. Maybe,but for me it seems that most focus and budget is being put into marketing and the core product/service quality have dropped. I hope this company will reconsider their approach.

Got the cheapest price around in town for a week rental. Great communication via email and car was ready 3 am when we landed. Car was squeaky clean and drove great. One thing though, would have been helpful if they gave us heads up that you might not be able to get out of the secure parking lot that easy. I had to call the guy early in the morning and wake him up for him to tell me to call airport parking lot security. This could have been avoided if we were advised the gates might not open. Upon return of the car we were also not advised no one would be there in the morning so we waited around passed opening time to call them and find out no one is coming and we are ok just to drop the keys in. Other than that the transaction was great, they were pleasant, car was good and well maintained for good price. Would go to them again.

Naudojomės pirmą kartą, bet dabar visiems rekomenduoju ir keletas pažįstamų jau užsirašė rekvizitus po mano pagyrų, kadangi iš kitų firmų nesulaukė nieko panašaus. Esame labai dėkingi ir ateityje naudosimės tik jūsų paslaugomis.

Mašinų parkas jaunas, automobiliai techniškai tvarkingi, prižiūrėti, aptarnavimas puikus. Dar vienas privalumas: Automobilį galima gražinti bet kuriuo paros metu, raktai paliekami sutartoje, saugioje vietoje ir viskas - jokių problemų. Kartą palikau savo automobilį jų aikštelėje, išsinuomavau autobusiuką ir grįžęs po dviejų dienų kelionės radau savo automobilį išsikrovusiu akumuliatorium, tai Autocom vyrai ne tik padėjo pasikrauti akumuliatorių, bet ir įsigyti naują. Didžiausios rekomendacijos!

2023-05-27 nuomavomės automobilį kelionei į Vokietiją ir atgal (viso apie 3000km). Atsižvelgė į kelionės ilgumą ir davė metų senumo auto su maža rida, taip pat sakė, pagal tai, kad kelionė ilga ir į užsienį automobilį atitinkamai patikrins. Auto gavom švarų ir paruoštą kelionei, ją suvažinėjom be problemų. Pats darbuotojų bendravimas malonus ir informatyvus. Pasiėmus papildomą draudimą stiklams, žibintams ir padangoms + 0 išskaitą frančizei įvykio atveju, važiavom ramūs. Užstatą galima pervesti pavedimu ir nereikia kreditinės kortelės. Nuomosimės ir dar, jei kada reiks, patikima nuomos kompanija.

Preis- Leitungsverhältnis top, genau wie das Personal und die Autos, für mich ist das Service " Pur " weil auch mein Bekannter hat hier über die letzten Jahre schon zu vollster Zufriedenheit gemietet, toll wirklich toll das es solche Anbieter gibt :-) Ich würde jeder Zeit wieder hier mieten.

Iš šios kompanijos automobilį imu nebe pirma kartą. Labai geras ir greitas servisas. Kiekvienas nesupratimas greitai būna išsprendžiamas. Kažkada buvau pripylęs netinkamo kuro į jų automobilį, gan greitai gavau pakaitinį, o už remontą buvo paskaičiuota tikrai protinga kaina. ( tik filtro pakeitimas ir pilnas bakas kuro, nes ji teko visą išleisti). Galiu pasakyti tik tiek kad viskas pas juos sustyguota ir nėra ką daugiau pridurti.

The delivery of the car in Vilna was fast and efficient, Rokas was very nice, he explained everything very good, gave us some advices for our trip to the country, and even sent me later an SMS to check everything it was ok. El coche estaba en perfecto estado. El coche lo recogimos en Vilnius centro y la devolución estaba prevista para Tallin centro pero nos comentaron que si podiamos dejarlo en el aeropuerto ellos nos pagaban el taxi de regreso, como así fue.

Gali būti . Mašina turėjau nemokamai nuo draudimo bet vis tiek už ala plovimą pinigų išviliojo 30 europos. Ir dėl duomenų apsaugos tai gudrauja . Minus žvaigždė už feedbackus. Pakartotinai rašau minus už atsakymus.
