Sadly, once great GreenMotion is now total scam. I used and still use GreenMotion around the world (great experience in France, Switzerland and Iceland recently) and I never had any issue with their head office in UK. In the past Lithuanian franchise was run by different company as well and was alright, but nowadays it is run by scammers. .. and I don't mean they are just bad rental company... NO, their primary business is not car rent at all. Their primary business nowadays is scheming some sort of scams. Refusing rents for non-existent documents (like Lithuanian IDP for UK license), or absurd charges - 250 Euro for speeding, 100 Euro for providing driver details, 100 Euro cleaning or Refuelling fees. But their favourite (and this is increasingly common in Lithuania) - rent a car they don't have and then find the reason not to rent it, if all fails, then they simply not going to be at their desk and claim that you didn't arrive in time. Not to mention that if you are genuinely 15 minutes late they will cancel your booking and keep the money - this is their terms and conditions. Normally "no show" is considered 2.5h for GreenMotion around the world. As for me specifically, I have booked BMW 5-Series for a week including their own "Premium+" package, meaning like only 100 Euro deposit, no excess etc. Full package basically and it was great price because I had voucher from previous rental with GreenMotion in another country. When I arrived I was suspicious right away because the parking lot was empty, there was Toyota Camry (or maybe Corolla) and RAV4 belonging to GreenMotion, but in general the parking lot was quite empty, there were few other cars owned by other rental companies, but none similar to BMW 5-Series, not even close. As soon as I got to the desk their employee told me that they won't rent me the car because I don't have IDP (I have UK license and there is simply no IDP for Lithuania, such thing does not exist and UK license holders can drive in Lithuania for up-to 6 month on British license). It was quite apparent that he was already prepared to say that as he told it whilst I was still pulling the licence out of the valet. Note here - GreenMotion asks you to upload the documents before traveling on their page and I booked directly via their own page. So if I didn't have valid documents they would not have accepted my booking, the problem is that the page is international and controlled by UK head-office, but Lithuanian franchise has their own scam rules. Long story short - they refused the booking, told me they won't refund as I didn't have "mandatory documents" and I had to walk over to Sixt and rent Toyota Camry instead of BMW, because obviously prices where higher on the day and Sixt simply didn't have equivalent car available. Once I got back and got in touch with their UK head office they refunded in full and gave me 30% discount for next booking, but did not address the issue with scams going around in Lithuanian Franchise. As well, I insisted that they have to compensate the difference between the cars as I had to drive much cheaper Camry instead of BMW, because Sixt is just generally more expensive company, but even their HO did not address that in any way. Basically, the BMW was ~440 Euro from them and they had Camry for 170 Euro, whereas Sixt Camry was 328 Euro. So I wanted for them to refund the difference as their scamming franchise forced me to get alternative, however UK head-office told me that if I would have rented BMW for say 800 Euro, then fine - it would be legitimate claim for 360 Euro, but because my alternative arrangement was actually less, despite much worse car they can't compensate me anything else. They simply refunded and gave me discount, but obviously it is only good if I book again with them, which I don't have intention to do now. Whatever you do don't rent with GreenMotion in Lithuania (as well Panek).

This is my first one star review ever. I don't like to write negative reviews, because often the jambs are one-time and do not deserve special attention. But in this case, the stars aligned in such a way that I just can't help but write. It started with the fact that I arrived in Vilnius a day earlier and asked to give the car a day earlier. I'm used to the fact that such additional days are priced at the same rate. But no)) I was charged a 50% higher rate for an extra day. Then a lady from their office kindly sent me the "exact address", which I entered into Google Maps. The route was built, but the travel time on foot ... 20 minutes! Good thing I didn't go there and called them again! It turned out that there are several buildings with the same address and clients often go "nowhere"... Then they demanded an "international" driver's license from me. Fortunately, I had it. Otherwise, of course, they would have given me a car, but with the purchase of "full insurance", which would have cost 490€. Then I asked if I could travel outside of Lithuania. Yes, they say you can. Latvia - 50€; Estonia - another (!) 50€, Poland ... drumroll ... another 400€!!! And, of course, then I listened to the story that "it is necessary to read the voucher more carefully." Okay, I almost agreed to this whole nightmare, but then I was asked a question that completely baffled me: do I want to wash the car inside and outside, or do I want to pay 30€ for not doing this?! Together with an employee of the company, we studied my voucher and did not find even a hint that I need to wash the car before returning it!! It was the last straw. I canceled my lease with this company. Needless to say, I will never rent a car from Greenmotion again.

Achtung ABZOCKE, das Unternehmen bietet wirklich günstige Autos an, die man aber später mit Schaden in meinem Falle 7fach zahlt.Als erstes wird natürlich versucht vor Ort deren Versicherung zu verkaufen und ein Reinigunspaket für 14,- zusätzlich, bei Rücknahme muß das Auto Blitz und Blank sein, sonst kann man nochmal zur Autowäsche und Saugen, sonst wird das Auto nicht zurückgenommen bzw. erhöhte Reinigunsrechnung gestellt. Sorry Leute, wenn ich mir ein Auto leihe fahre ich auch damit, es ist ja wohl auch euer Job das Auto sauber zu halten dafür zahle ich ja die Miete! Das soll nicht heißen das ich es absichtlich verschmutze, aber wo gearbeitet wird fallen auch Spähne.Hatte mir diesen Toyota Avensis für vier Tage geliehen, der auch wirklich in gutem Zustand war . Nach Rückgabe und Ankunft zu Hause habe ich dann eine Schadensmeldung von Greenmotion für angebliche Kratzer unter der Stoßstange, eine überteuerte Rechnung von 489,10€ erhalten. Ich hatte natürlich auch Fotos bei der Abgabe gemacht, jedoch nicht unter der Stoßstange (wer bitteschön legt sich auf den Boden und macht Foto´s von unten!!!!). Sogar in Deutschland hätte ich beim Lackdoktor max 100,- € dafür gezahlt aber ich denke es geht in Litauen etwas günstiger. Glücklicherweise hatte ich über Aurumcars in Deutschland die Premium Schutz im Preis von 78,- mitgenommen, daher hat sich AurumCars (volle 5 Sterne von mir und auch an Herrn Patrick Watz) vorbildlich den Schadensfall für mich reguliert. AurumCars immer wieder gerne, Green Motion - NEIN DANKE!

I usually never post a review. Use another company! I made a reservation via RyanAir as the price was so attractive. It was prepaid, and I was told to bring my lic, my cc and passport. When I arrived everything was going smoothly. They then asked for an international driver's license. As it is not required for rental in Lithuania for US licenses as a temporary visitor ( Google it), I did not have one. I was then told I needed to pay the severely overpriced CDW insurance with 0 excess bacause I did not have one. The additional coverage took the good rate and more than doubled it. Coverage was redundant as my Platinum credit card covered this. They referenced some obscure websites of theirs that mentioned this requirement that I should have read. I refused to rent. The rep refused to let me speak with their manager and refused to even give me their name for reference. I asked to cancel the reservation and they said it was not possible and sarcastically told me, "good luck getting a refund with your third-party booking company" Lesson I learned, use a brand name company, don't prepay, and read reviews of the company. I went to a company next door, rented a car for the week, no international license requirements, no garbage insurance fees added, no hassles. Trying to save a few bucks cost me alot. Reading other reviews and the poor review score the company has, I guess this is their business model and how they choose to operate.

However, upon arrival, a guy ant the reception announced an additional €400 charge for a specific insurance, catching us off guard. This unexpected financial burden significantly exceeded our budget, causing unnecessary stress. Again had to leave without a car, having to waste our time trying to find a last minute option. The recurring issues I have faced with this company and customer service have eroded my trust in their reliability and transparency. I I strongly caution potential customers to carefully consider these experiences before choosing this agency for their car rental needs. I STRONGLY CAUTION POTENTIAL CUSTOMER TO CAREFULLY CONSIDER THESE EXPENSES BWGORE CHOOSING THIS AGENCY FOR THEIR CAR RENTAL NEEDS. All they are concerned about is how to get every penny of you!!!

Tai yra pirmasis mano Google įvertinimas ir blogo atsiliepimo veltui tikrai nerašyčiau. Su draugais išsinuomavome automobilį iš Green Motion. Pirmoji klaida buvo ta, jog darėme tai per "tarpininkus" -- CarRental.com. Kaina buvo pernelyg maža, net ir su tarpininkų siūlomu draudimu. Išsipirkę minėtąjį tarpininkų siūlomą draudimą, atvykę į nuomos punktą sužinojome, jog jis "nieko vertas" ir mums buvo pasiūlytas naujas, brangesnis "viskas įskaičiuota" tipo draudimas. Ok, tarkim. Ketinome važiuoti į Estiją. Mums buvo papildomai priskaičiuotas šalies kirtimo mokestis: Latvija - 50 eurų, Estija - 100 eurų. Palyginimui, Lenkijos sienos kirtimo mokestis - 400 eurų. Už ką? Taip pat prisidėjo vėlaus automobilio paėmimo mokestis - 40 eurų. Nejaugi taip sunku visa tai parašyti išklotinėje, besinuomojant automobilį arba bent pranešti elektroniniu laišku? Teko dirbti kemperių nuomos punkte Amerikoje; nuomotis automobilį svetur- visur juntamas žmogiškumas; visur, išskyrus šitoje įmonėje. Nors buvome pasirinkę Toyota C-HR, šio automobilio tuo metu jie neturėjo ir darbuotoja jautėsi padarydama mums itin didelę malonę pasiūlydama VW Taigo, nors būtent tą ir teigia sutartis- Toyota C-HR arba panašus automobilis. Tarp kitko, iš kur tiek gerų atsiliepimų? Panašu, ir tie bus suklastoti:) Išvada- nuomojantis pasiskaitykite kiekvieną įmonės vidaus taisyklių pastraipą, su šitais būkit atsargūs. Sėkmės!

I wish I could have read reviews before renting with this Agency. I have rented a car for 1 week for a very attractive price, but when I arrived to pick it up - my Debit card was not good enough for deposit booking neither was my credit on my Iphone (because apparently they need a physical Credit card...)The worker suggested to buy 200Euros full insurance - in this case I can get a car with no deposit. I have had 2 small kids with me and I had no time/energy to go and look for another car rental agency. And it was no problem to use whatever card I had for these 200 euros... Anyway, I have also booked child seat - which was not ready in the car and employee asked me to provide evidence if I have really booked it (weird that they cannot see it in their systems). I showed my booking confirmation and he just gave me a seat, saying that I need to install it myself (it was not an easy isofix seat, but the one with belts that I have never seen before). It did not work and he would not help, I needed to go up 3 times to him until I got isofix. I have had 2 small kids with me, where 1 is 9 months old baby that was tired and was crying. All this picking up took over 1 hour, very stressful and super not helpful. Awful awful service, not transparent costs - I will never ever book with them and will inform all of my friends not to do so.

It's a scam, do not rent here. I booked with Opodo (I will write a review for them as well) and the price looked really attractive. However, as all the other customers leaving their reviews here, once at the agency the things started becoming interesting. First of all, my Visa Premier credit card was refused for a deposit due to the expiration date which is in 3 months, as they require it to have at least 6 months of validity, which is written somewhere in small text. Of course, you cannot use your Debit cards. Also, it's a late pick-up (23h00) so now I have to pay 40€ for it. After saying that I actually arrived before 23h the price was reduced to 25€, nice. I clearly stated that I'm arriving at 23h00 and provided my flight number during the booking and there were no hints towards the impact on the price. Again, it's written somewhere in terms and conditions. As my card was refused and I really needed car I had to pay a 100€+ insurance fee, which is a double of what I was paying for the car itself. Magic, you can pay for insurance with your soon to be expired Credit card. The agent was understanding and friendly, it seemed that he was visibly uncomfortable with the process himself. Anyway, either read carefully the terms and conditions, or rent with a big-name rental service (which I will do next time).

GREENMOTION, a well-known auto rental company in VILNIUS AIR PORT, is asking for deposit 600 €, which is NOT GIVEN BACK!!!! It happened to me too !!!! I rent a car in this company for 24 hours, for which I paid a deposit of 600 euros with a credit card, which should be returned within 10 days, but still nothing !!!! Ignoring my Emails !!!! Be carefull!!!!! Dear friends share  this message !! VAGYS!!!!!! ATSARGIAI!!!!! Apiplėšinėja Lietuvos piliečius ir jos svečius!!!! Gerai visiems pažįstama mašinų nuomos firma GREENMOTION, esanti VILNIAUS ORO UOSTE už mašinos nuoma prašo 600€ depozito, kurio NEATIDUODA!!!! Taip atsitiko ir man!!!! Grįžusi per šventes, nuomavausi šioje firmoje masina 24 valandoms, už kuria Sumokėjau kreditine kortele 600€ depozitą, kuris turejo būti grąžintas per 10 dienų, tačiau pinigu ne kvapo!!!! As a regular Green Motion user around Europe, I must say this is the worst by far and I shall never use it anymore, as I also suggest you to stay away. The main issue is hidden fees which you can never stay away, even though you do everything right. Probably checking a few comments will help you understand why this branch is a scam. I was forced to pay for full insurance, which they call “stress free” or my reservation will be cancelled with no refund. This is due to not having an EU driving license at that moment. I do regularly rent cars from both Green Motion and competition in EU & UK and never faced such an obligation. Even if I had that, I would have needed to pay for some other fees which you cannot avoid, such as cleaning fees that is as high as 30€. Service at the counter is another grief and they do not claim any responsibility saying you need to contact a certain e-mail addresss for complaints. Even if you find a good price online, you should know for sure that they will make you pay a hefty more amount even before you get the car, and who knows even more at the time of check-in. NEVER AGAIN.

Automobilius tenka nuomotis įvairiose Europos šalyse ir iš įvairių nuomos kompanijų, tačiau blogiausia automobilių nuomos patirtis yra su šia kompanija, nors neturėjau jokių nuobaudų iš jų, tačiau nuoma iš šios kompanijos kiekvieną kartą suteikia daugybę nepatogumų. Pastarąjį kartą reikėjo nuvaryti automobilį į plovyklą, nes automobilis buvo per ne lyg apdulkejęs jog tikrintojas pamatytų galimus pažeidimus, antraip būtų reikėję sumokėti papildomą 15€ mokestį už sutvarkymą. Nenorėdamas mokėti šio absurdiško mokesčio, gaišau savo laiką plovykloje (nors automobilio nuoma turėtų taupyti kliento laiką) Atvaręs automobilį atgal į aikštelę, nuėjau į ofisą, kad dabar, kai automobilis nebeapdulkejęs, darbuotojas galėtų apžiūrėti galimus pažeidimus automobilyje. Jis atsisakė eiti apžiūrėti, teigdamas jog tam nėra būtinybės. Buvau abstulbintas. Nuomos kaina iš šios kompanijos tikriausiai mažiausia Vilniaus oro uoste kaip ir jų pagarba ir vertinimas savo klientams.

Total rip off. They charge extra for cleaning which I've never experienced with any other rental car company world wide and I'm renting cars nearly every week per year. 1st the woman told me that it costs 25€, when I should pay, it was suddenly 30€, which I claimed. After reading the contract I found out it costs 20€. When I checked the 'clean' car, I found out it was dirty inside and outside. I claimed that, but I was being told that it will be checked when I return. I tried to call them in the morning prior dropping off the car, on the emergency and only number to ensure that they are there. But no one picked up, nor called back. When I returned the car no one was there at 1830 even though they are open till 2300 according Google. I called them and was being told that they are only open for picking up the car. The only answer was that I should drop the key in the box and after arguing he just quit the call.

ESPELUZNANTE. Pongo una estrella porque no me deja poner menos. ESTAFA PURA Y DURA. Aunque los precios de alquiler son badjos, es un engaño porque te cobran extras por absolutamente todo. Al menos en la oficina y att. Al cliente del aeropuerto de Vilna, trabajadores mal educados y prepotentes. Al recoger el coche nos cobraron 154€ más para añadir el seguro porque sino te cobran hasta la limpieza del coche! Pero lo peor vino cuando al llegar a Riga nos cobran automáticamente en la tarjeta de crédito 1500€ sin margen de movimiento por cruzar la frontera a Letonia sin avisar. Estafadores y mentirosos ya que al contactar con ellos me dicen que siempre preguntan al cliente si va a conducir sólo por Lituania cuando es mentira y absolutamente nadie nos preguntó nada. Y así es como se hace el dinero. Estafando a la gente. Sólo les deseo lo peor.

Teko nuomotis automobilį šioje įmonėje, transporto priemonė patiko, darbuotojai mandagūs, patarė pasidaryti mašinos nuotraukų pačiam, pasirodė keista, nes automobilį turėjo sužiūrėti jie, tačiau paaiškinus kokių klientų priekaištų sulaukiama, nusprendžiau apsidrausti. Eksploatacija vyko kelias dienas, per šį trumpą laikotarpį teko susidurti su automobilio apgadinimu ir rašteliu už valytuvo. Su kaltininku ir nuomos kompanija buvo susisiekta, už bamperio pažeidimą sumokėjo kaltininkas. Šiuo atveju man pasisekė, tačiau reikia suprasti, jog automobilį gali apgadinti kažkas kitas ir rizika prisiimame patys, o Greenmotion savo turtą saugo ir prižiūri. Būkime atidus ir skaitykime ką pasirašome, tik taip nekils problemų ir nemalonių konfliktų. Ačiū Greenmotion už kokybišką aptarnavimą ir prieinamą kainą.

Suspect that the negative reviews are fake. They were very professional and helpful with a staff of at least 5 people, the cars were standing right outside the main airport entrance (see my picture from view from the driver's seat). It was a bit snowy, so I did have to clear the car with a snow brush. It was new car model with 25.000km, with plenty of space. I also got an E-mail confirming that return was in order next day after return. I often read very bad reviews about GreenMotion elsewhere in the world so I normally don't dare use them - but took a chance in Vilnius as the ratings were OK on the rental agent page I used. Maybe I'm a bit naiv, I generally have a good impressions of Lithuanians - a bit like Nordic people, reliable from my experience :)

При покупке билета на самолёт Ryanair, через приложение забронировал в этой недоконторе машину. Они заранее попросили пройти check in и я заполнил форму на сайте и прикрепил фото всех необходимых документов.В итоге в 12 часов ночи , когда прилетел, они заявляют , что помимо уже оплаченной аренды я должен заплатить им ещё за страховку140 евро, так как у меня водительское удостоверение выдано в Украине . Я работаю в Литве дальнобойщиком и езжу по всей Европе и везде мои права всех устраивают .От них так и не получил ответа почему при chek in их все устраивало , а когда я прилетел они разводят на деньги . И почему их особые требования к правам не были указаны при регистрации на сайте! В итоге послал их и через дорогу без проблем арендовал машину.

the Green Motion is a total scam sold the car for £80 for 9 days via broker and then wanted to charge me £250 extra by selling their additional insurance to me. The reason for it was that they requested an international paper licence to confirm that my UK Driving licence is valid. They scammed me by telling me that I cannot legally drive in Lithuania without an international permit. Hidden in their terms to ask for it as "might be requested". I needed a car just to get to the hotel and then to the hospital... God bless you guys for making money from the air, I am glad I did not take the car from you as on my arrival someone already complained that the car was given to them with an extra dents on the bumper... Never again ;)))

Sveiki , norėčiau padėkoti visam Greenmotion kolektyvui ! Parvykęs atostogų išsinuomavau automobilį Vilniaus oro uoste, kelevau ne tik į tėviškę, bet ir po Lietuvos apylinkes. Deja taip nutiko jog šiek tiek apgadinau automobilį. Net ir gilios nakties laiku pavyko prisiskambinti, ir jau ryte man pristatė kitą pakaitinį automobilį, nors buvau toli nuo didžiųjų miestų. Kadangi turėjau brokerių draudimą, tai iškart vietoje susimokėjau už automobilio apgadinimus, ir taip sutaupiau netgi 72,60 € Nepraėjus nė 48 valandoms nuo įvykio, man atsiuntė pilną invoice ir kreipiausi į internetinę įmonę kurioje rezervavau auto,ir taip susigrąžinau visus žaloms sumokėtus pinigus. Taigi Ačiū už visokeriopą pagalbą, patarimus ir nuoširdų darbą.

Keine Empfehlung! Es ist eine große verarsche! Angeblich wurde unsere Karte nicht akzeptiert, obwohl die Karte bei jeder andere Autovermietung ohne Probleme funktioniert hat, dementsprechend wollten die eine Versicherung von 250 Euro verkaufen, da angeblich die Versicherung von check 24 ebenfalls nicht gut ist. Im Vertrag stand dass die Kaution 700 Euro beträgt, was kein Problem ist, aber bei dem Gespräch kam raus dass weitere 500 Euro abgebucht werden könnten falls ein Unfall passiert, aber von den 500 Euro stand nichts in dem Vertrag?!?! Wir haben bei greenmotion vor ca. 2 Jahren einen Wagen gemietet und es lief alles reibungslos, wieso das Unternehmen jetzt begonnen hat die Menschen zu betrügen Keine Ahnung.

Dealt with them at the Vilnius airport. Customer service was horrible. They refused my perfectly legitimate Canadian driving license, didnt even attempt to validate it. They said I needed some "additional European validation" which sounded more than absurd to me. As a result because I "didn't have all the required documents" I was denied a vehicle and - of course - all the brokerage fees (over $50) were NON REIMBURSABLE because of that, as per their "contract". Nowhere in the voucher did it say that I needed an additional EU validation for my Canadian license, and nowhere else in Europe did I have a similar problem! Sounds like elaborate scam to me. Bad karma may come around for them

The staff was reasonably friendly and welcoming. It would help if Green Motion had clear signage on the way from the airport, as there are a number of fences and barriers on the way. Second floor with no elevator is not great for travellers who arrive with luggage, either. The car I got was "technically" from the same class as reserved but not nearly as good as the model originally offered with an "or similar" promise. The comprehensive insurance rates are exorbitant compared to those at other companies. Having to phone(!) a number to get the gate to open (both on the way out and back in) is also not exactly convenient, especially for foreigners.

Po penkiu dienu gavau is ju el. laiska, kad nuomos laikotarpiu buvo apgadintas galinis kairės pusės sparnas. Suremontuoti šį apgadinimą kainuoja 227,17 EUR. Žalos administravimo išlaidos 70 EUR ( į atsakomybės dydį neįskaičiuotos). Viso nuo kreditinės banko kortelės yra nuskaičiuota 297,17 EUR. Nuotrauka prisegta su vos matomu ibrezimu kurio noredamas nepadarysi, toks vaizdas kad patys paeme astru daikta ir ireze, tam kad pasipelnytu. Problema ta, kad auto grazinau kai buvo tamsu 4 val ryto ir neisejo kokybiskos foto padaryt. Tai irodymo kaip ir nera, kad ne mano kalte Laikykites atokiau nuo tokios firmos. Aferystai nr.1!!!!

It is an impertinence that certain things are not immediately visible even via secondary providers, e.g. costs for collection after a certain time and that you have to return the car washed is really cheeky. They should rather make such things directly visible so that customers don't experience any nasty surprises when picking up the car. Arguments from the service staff like it's in the terms and conditions are impudent and then to discuss it with the customer is even more impudent. For me, it's all a hidden rip-off to outdo other providers at the first attempt. I will never rent anything from you again.

Scammers!!! Stay away from this company!!! Way too many hidden fees! Been charged 40 euros just for picking the car up after 10pm which should be their job, shouldn't it?! They knew that my flight was after 10pm! I had a speeding ticket during the hire - fine was 6 euros but they charged me 72 euros for ADMIN charges! REALLY??!!! Returned the car clean and hoovered and they dare to say it wasn't clean as the bloke said there's few flies stuck on the number plate and charged me another 40 euros!!! Maloniai nustebino. Išsinuomavau per kaip paaiškėjo "brokerį" porai dienų mašiną ir tik tada perakaičiau atsiliepimus, išsiganau bet jau buvo per vėlu atšaukti. Na dabar galiu pasakyti, kad nesuprantu tų kurie skundžiasi. Labai malonus personalas. Kai atėjau dar ir eilė buvo, tai ten vaikinukas kitai klientei kantriai kokias 15 min aiškino kodėl reikalinga kreditinė kortelė nuomojantis automobilį :D man net gaila jo pasidarė. Šiaip mašina normali tikrai buvo, personalas akivaizdu kad labai malonus ir paslaugus. Nekreipkit dėmesio į negatyvus. Tikrai super kompanija. Rekomenduoju

Prix d appel très bas mais attention aux petites lignes de contrats. Surprise une fois arrivés à l agence, avec une carte bancaire normale impossible de louer une voiture sans l assurance maximale. La location était de 32€ l assurance de 45€. Soit plus que le prix de la location elle même. Et un procéder pour le moins discutable… On ne peut pas non plus dire que m accueil soit des plus chaleureux (euphémisme..) Je ne peux que déconseiller fortement cette agence de location de voiture. Il y en a plus d autres a l aéroport de Vilnius où tout se passe bien sans surprises payantes.

After very late cancellation by Wizz Air I had to find a car to drive all the way to Vilnius airport. Hired the car at Palanga Airport and returned at Vilnius airport. All the desks were closed at Palanga airport, but this was the only company offered me a car in 20-30 min. A lovely, cheerful lady turned up with a great smile (not easy to come across many cheerful people in baltic countries) and she even helped me to book a hotel in Vilnius. The guys at the Vilnius car returns were also helpful. I had my reservations about this company but my experience was very good after all.

Straight forward. Strange situation, kind of went wrong not as a expected. The guy who worked at the office could not find car by my name I have already paid. Is a complain about. When I got to the office everybody who were waiting for car was very unhappy about custom service. The guy was very rude! On the end he waste a lot of my time, broke my day appointments, mood and money. I had to rent car from brokers next to it. I got to Lithuania with my wife for holidays and this guy broke my day time, energy, mood, money. So loss is big compere to money wise. Kind regards.

AVOID THIS COMPANY EVERYWHERE! You lied about not needing an international divers permit, but then charged me extra $400 for not having it. This is a consistent problem with GreenMotion, they are scammers. Utter trash, will never use them again. This scamming behaviour has been consistent with you over my last 3 bookings with you, as you scam people out of gas and extra services. I literally provided my drivers license information and asked if they'll need extra documentation... Your rep told me that all was good, just to charge me extra $400 for the full coverage.

I encountered difficulty locating the office, despite indications that it should be at the terminal. Upon arrival, no one was present, and I waited for an extended period before resorting to a phone call. Despite having opted for the premium plus service, which was supposed to include a full-to-full fuel policy, I was provided a vehicle with only a 3/8 tank. Additionally, I had selected a Sat Navigation system, but the staff member was uncertain if it was available in the assigned car, expressing only the possibility. This experience left me quite disappointed.

Me encuentro a las 2am solo y que me han cancelado la reserva y el coche ya lo ha alquilado otra persona y perdido 600€. Porque no me he presentado a la hora del alquiler. Es alucinante. Booked through third party for a reasonable price. When we got there however we were told we need to pay €800 and it all has to be on a credit card. Hidden cleaning fees. Being told we need to take another insurance out with themselves because it's better. Just a load of time wasting. Never got the car in the end went over to the main rental car place opposite airport and the people told that this happens to a lot of people. And they always get complaints about them. Ended up using a well known car renting place and worked out cheaper and better.

This company is a scam. They tried to take over 6000€ from my card. They claim it was for unauthorised travel but they were aware of our travels from the booking. Paid for extra fuel 70€ which is more expensive than at the pumps. Paid for an additional driver, the full insurance and the satnav which our car did not have. No answer to my complaint about my card being defrauded. Bank now stopped all payments to the company which do not even show as green motion on the bank statement. This company needs to be stopped. They are criminals.

Tikrai nerekomenduoju. Nuvykus atsiimti automobilį, jo negalėjo atiduoti, nes neturėjau kredito kortelės ir kitais būdais palikti rezervacijos nebuvo galima. Nors kiti konkurentai, kuo puikiausiai leidžia su debeto kortele nuskaityti lėšas. Buvo pasiūlyta įsigyti draudimą už kosminę kainą ir jokių kitų alternatyvų. Tai tiesiog sumokėti pinigai nuplaukė. Nemanau, kad taip reikėtų elgtis su klientais, situacija tokia, kad įvyko legalus sukčiavimo atvejis. Linkiu kuo didžiausios nesėkmės versle.

A total disaster. They charged me 1.500 EUR (YES, 1,500) for crossing the borders with Latvia for few hours because I did not advise them. I repeat, 1.500 EUR penalty paid for for a 180€ car rental. Note that cross boarding is totally fine, but they want to be advised (?!?!). I should have looked at the review here before booking with them. I confirm, stay away from them, it should not be legal to operate with such policies in place (like for example 25€ for cleaning the car!). UNBELIEVABLE

With third party excess insurance, 45 photos of the car (at pick up and return), a car wash before returning the car, and a clear inspection with a member of staff before and after rental, I was NOT charged for any damage. I got my credit card clearance hold released 2-3 weeks after return. Why three stars? Because they need to stop charging others for virtually invisible damage. Once folks are no longer paranoid this company may be legit. I will rent from them again :)

Too expensive, book with time because they will not give you your car if you are 15 minutes late (even if your plane got delayed or you are waiting in to be attended). But you might need to wait even if you are on time, I waited 30 minutes because my car was being clean. You also need to return the car clean, you can either do it yourself or pay for it. You will end up paying more than what you had planned.

Booked a car and upon arrival and did not have my credit card with me. Suggested to pay the full deposit/excess with a another debit premium card (they say they accept debit premium plus in their website) but the guy did not want to do so. He said the only way i can get a car if I bought their insurance which was 4x the amount I paid for the rent. At the end I did not get the car and lost the paid money.

Was told to pay 25 euros as a cleaning fee ahead of time or bring the car back the same way it was given to me. The car had light dirt on it from the parking space (it's winter in Vilinus and its a small parking lot) and I was then charged a 40 euro "cleaning fee" after because it now needs a 'full clean'. Terrible way to do business... Never using this company again.

Good service for very reasonable price, just make sure you have CREDIT card with enough balance to cover deposit. Cleaning car yourself before return a bit upsetting term especially for foreigners who not used for such a rules. There is no quick hand car washes in a close distance, so find and book one in advance! Especially during winter time...

Hidden charges! €25 extra for collecting a car after 19:00 - it doesn’t state this at the point of booking. €30 extra for car cleaning services at the point of collecting a car? Hidden in small print in T&C's. No self-respecting car hire company does that. At least advertise it at the point of sale and don't hide it buried in a small print.

A scam company. If you book via them you have to sign that they charge a cleaning fee when you return the car ‘dirty’ . Basically, for them everything is dirt. We drove 160km on the motorway, and the car was still super clean except the flies you ger on windscreen. They sent me a video of the ‘dirty’ car and charged my credit card w 40 Eur.

Absolute rubbish rental car company that I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Renting infant seats that are broken, dirty and missing seat belts. Literally breaking a law !! Cancelled reservation without any notification, offered old outdated cars and not for so cheap as you would expect. You are far better to go elsewhere like we did.

Not flexible at all. My credit card expiring in 5 month, but by the rules they need 6 month. I asked to switch reservation to my wife's name - not possible. I asked to keep the car overnight till I figure out something, but no success. And they advertising Toyota RAV4, but giving KIA Sportage instead. Quite a difference.

Alquile un coche con ellos, me cobraron 30€ por limpiar el coche y ellos me lo entregaron sucio, el líquido del parabrisas vacío lo tuve que llenar yo y la gasolina me lo entregaron 6/8 de el tanque, ws muy difícil calcular la gasolina que debes poner cuando no es lleno.

The car was supposed to be cleaned and sanitized. If you look at the pictures you will see it's not the case. Eventually the staff cleaned it (only interior) but I lost time. So if you want a smooth service, even though the staff was helpful, you'd probably go elsewhere

Staff was tired, but still friendly. Car was nice. It was a bit challenging to find them, but they send all instructions beforehand. The only unpleasant surprise was cleaning fee, that I had to pay or clean the car myself. So cheapest offer in the end got expensive.

Good cars condition (I rented 5 times in 2023 different cars). Pleasant staf in Vilnius airport, also as in Kaunas airport. Insurance price could be more affordable-now it is a bit too expensive.

Nebloga masina, bet kaina su visais draudimais buvo daug didesne negu tikejomes. Nebuvo ipilta stiklo valimo skiscio. Jeigu nera pasirinkimo galima drasiai imti, bet teks gerokai permoket.
