I did a reservation with Wizz AIr. As European I am travelling Europe only with my official ID card. This company will not let you to take your car if you do not have your passport. (Updated: I received a comment and a letter from the company saying that it is possible, unfortunately it was not the case on the spot) I am able to travel through all the Europe with ONLY my ID but to rent a car I need my passport??? I needed to cancel my reservation. In the confirmation email from Wizz Air the ID card is authorized to rent a car but the man working in the office requested the passport. (Updated: In my email there is written ''Toprent'', once you call them, they send you to ''entreprise - Rent a car company'' to take your car. Once they do not accept neither my ID, neither my card I did the booking with, they are saying that they cannot cancel the booking as it is done via rentalcars.com) = THERE ARE SO MANY PARTIES INVOLVED, I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED MY REIMBURSEMENT. Moreover the company name indicated in the reservation was TOP RENT (nowhere found) so we needed to go to ''Enterprise'' company desk. Very disappointed! ID is authorized to travel all around the Europe!!! Here you need to have your passport... NOT recommended!!!

I recently rented a car from this location and the great service completely changed my mind about what had been a difficult trip. I arrived late due a flight delay on Easter Monday (10 April). Emily was the only one working and she could have been upset or frustrated, as she was obviously doing lots of work on the holiday (she was at the carwash when I arrived). She was incredible! She was so kind and so helpful. She was clearly intelligent and professional about her job. She helped me understand driving in Lithuania better and made me less stressed and more excited for my visit. An exceptional, professional, and very friendly welcome to Lithuania. Emily is a superstar and made me want to continue renting from Europcar! Oh - and the car was super clean and in great shape. Exceeded my expectations on all accounts!

I've consistently had issues with the staff at this particular office. The guy at the front desk is not customer-friendly and lacks proper mannerly communication etiquette. Moreover, they often omit crucial details that customers should be aware of. For instance, in my recent car rental experience, they persuaded me to let them handle refueling, promising a 40-cent per liter discount due to their alleged partnerships with petrol stations. However, they conveniently omitted the fact that they charge for this service, making it considerably more expensive for customers in the long run. This recurring problem with their service is quite frustrating.

Verry Bad experience. I was Booking by the App, When arrived there, they dont Want to give me a car Because their scanner machine for id is not Working, than we try with the id from my Friend only to be sure that Its not the error with my id, Its was also not Working. So i was in verry Bad Situation, Without car in Vilnius and Lost all my appointements, i was obligate to Return to France.

Autovermietung mit freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern. Direkt am Flughafen Vilnius (300 Meter ausserhalb der Ankunftshalle). Übergabe und Rückgabe waren einfach und ohne Probleme. Das Auto war technisch in Ordnung. Hatte jedoch schon einige Kilometer hinter sich und auch einige Kratzer und Dellen. Und war leider nicht sauber (deshalb ein Stern Abzug).

Sehr gute Autovermietung. Das Personal ist ehrlich, freundlich und kompetent. Sprechen auch fließend englisch. Das Auto war auch besser als gedacht. Das Büro und die Garage liegen direkt gegenüber vom Flughafen Ausgang. Sind sehr zufrieden. Haben das Auto allerdings erst heute abgegeben. Hoffen dass da nicht noch irgendwelche bösen Überraschungen kommen.

A very rude and unhelpful male staff member (I assume the same one as the review below) greeted us when we arrived to rent a car so we went next door instead to someone helpful and rented from there! I’d avoid if you want to get treated in any way respectful.

Smooth transaction. Be ready for the insurance to cost more than the car rental, but worth the peace of mind. Car ran great, was clean, dropped off when office was closed, convenient airport location, speak english, and most of all.... no problems.

Accueil et service parfait. Quelques mots en français agrémentent parfaitement la prise du véhicule. Celui-ci est en parfait état et correspond à notre réservation. Le retour se passe parfaitement aussi, super rapide et agréable.

Very quick and pleasant car pickup. Car was good, the only downside was that they didn't provide Liquid for washing windshield and one tire had significantly lower pressure so we had to fix it before going on the road.

We rented a car for 5 days. We received not the car we wanted. We were not informed about it before. Car was clean, good, just no GPS, if we wanted GPS we should pay for it. Price was allright too.
