Not a good car wash ...I got the all on package for 170 dollars....the inside wasn't done good, the outside so so...I went back and they redid it. It was an ok job. A couple month later I found out that my heavy duty radget straps, rope, some tools are missing. I mean I appreciate that they took everything out to clean but then put it back. I am 100 % sure it happens there because they have always been underneath the back seats and i didnt even use them once since i bought the truck...thats their just in case ....And for sure nobody knows something. That's around 100 bucks right there I lost. If you ever bring your car there just make sure everything is still in your car when you pick it up. I definitely won't use it anymore.

Very dissatisfied. Bought the most expensive interior clean package. $70. They finished super quick, but then I had to re-wash the interior myself. I asked them to thoroughly clean my seats after my toddler, and they barely wiped them. Didn’t do the middle cup holders. Didn’t even vacuum the trunk even though it was included in the price. Left my seats in a thick layer of some grease that I didn’t even want to touch. CHUNKS of this grease were sprinkled all over the seats and floor. All my mats are soaking wet, great way to get mold in the car…. Vacuuming wasn’t done properly - dust and crumbs easily seen in the folds of the seats and the seatbelt clips. I would not return, not worth the money that I paid at all!

OMG, $40 and when the car was supposedly completed, windows were streaky, vacuuming was terrible, floor mats had puddles on them, didn’t vac my trunk, which I paid for When I complained.to manager it was horrendous, he accused me of being picky and complaining unnecessary , he screamed at me all while other customers were watching, accusing me, calling me down, ended up having his employee drive it outside curb-side to Barton st, where a dry cloth was thrown at me to finish it myself I am a 70 yr older lady with a disability posted on my windscreen, as I have trouble walking People beware! I don’t know why he went on the attack with me, but if he is having a bad day, he is capable of it I will NEVER return!!!

I am new to Hamilton, this place is very close to my house so I decided to give them a try. I went with the Works 1 for $30 and it was the worst car wash I've ever paid for. I asked them to clean the seats and they said they don't do that. But yet their sign days car wash and detailing. $30 and you don't wipe down the friggin seats...are you kidding me. When I told him it was the worst car wash I've ever had he said don't come back. I don't plan to tips. $30 for external wash and terrible interior clean. And they used dirty smelly rags inside now I have to go somewhere else to get it done properly. Total waste of money. ZERO STARS if I could.

Went to Barton Carwash as I was given a car wash voucher from a friend my car was VERY dirty (2 kids and carseats). Considering I went a Thursday morning at 9 am I thought they would do a Really good job as they werent busy. The job was pretty good, right off the batt I saw they missed a few things inside. Under my dash was half done, and the bumper on the outside wasn't great where the hatch closes. I'd go back, but nothing to rave about. On the upside... the waiting area was very clean and comfortable, lots of snacks, clean washrooms. Edit: Returned on a Sunday. Don't go on the weekend! My car was only half done. The trunk wasn't even vacuumed

One of the worst car washes I’ve experienced. I asked for the top of the line Luxury wash, don’t mind paying more to get the car looking new, but these guys just rushed and didn’t not even do what I paid for. The seats were supposed to get conditioned, etc. instead it looks like a kid went sprayed water all over the inside of my car and used a dirty rag to just quick wipe everything down. Well every screen has streak marks, and nothing was cleaned as the dirt is still there. I can go and literally wipe it off with my finger. Even the outside, simple dirt marks I can scrub with my finger. Save you time and money and go somewhere else!!!!

I will start off by saying 95% of the time this place is amazing and does a great job! Today (November 22, 2019) they were terrible! I understand it gets busy here, but when customers are paying $50.00 to have their car washed inside and out then the car should be cleaned inside and out. My seats were not vacuumed nor wiped down. The exterior was not wiped down properly and the floor mats were just tossed in. The staff seemed overwhelmed and stressed out, I didn’t see the owner today so I am not sure if the business is now under new ownership or if he was away today!

I recently paid for the supreme package for my friend's car and unfortunately, it was the worst service I have ever received. Despite the initial impression of a clean interior from a distance, the closer inspection revealed a lack of attention to detail. I was extremely disappointed with the service and cannot understand how they have received positive reviews. In my opinion, I could have done a better job myself. Overall, I am not impressed with the service provided so far.

I recently visited this car wash and was extremely impressed with the service. The staff was friendly, and seen Sim, the owner, get involved and making sure the car was cleaned, that right there is priceless, very professional, and they did an excellent job cleaning my car. I would highly recommend this car wash to anyone looking for a great experience. It even makes me feel like if I'm driving a brand new car!!!! Let's gooooo Sim!!!!

Can’t express enough how incredible of a job was done on my vehicle! The interior was my priority and I came back to an unrecognizable interior upgrade! My car was purchased in need of a proper interior detail and the team at Barton went above and beyond. I’m very thankful for the service and would recommend this to everyone looking for any type of cleaning for their vehicles. All odours and stains were GONE! Thank you so much guys

terrible car wash experience. The customer service was awful, and their work was extremely unsatisfactory. I mean, how difficult is it to properly vacuum and give a quick wipe down? I paid $30 for their service, but they didn't even clean my windshield properly, let alone do a decent vacuuming job. It was definitely overpriced considering the low quality. My advice: save your money and find a better car wash option.

Paid over $150 for an "exceptional" wash and detailing. Intake employee gave me hand signals and grunts only (couldn't even see him because of the sun so he grunted loud instead of walking out where I could see him). These are photos of my car immediately after. Will not be returning! Very worse customer service! Not recommend it... Please check all interiors and exteriors of your car after your visit here.

I went here for the first time to get my car washed and was a little disappointed. I have weather tech floor Matts and when I got into my car to leave, there were puddles in them. Not a goog idea as now my carpet is wet underneath them. They didn't wipe anything other than the windows. Everything else was just blown with an air hose. For $35 I expected more.

Excellent service!! Excellent job I went yesterday morning and brought my sisters car to be washed and detailed for her Christmas Gift. The guys did a fantastic job……she loved it. Poor excuse for 'exceptional' car wash. The exterior missed what other car washes would have caught.. My car is more scratched up now. Tires did not get any treatment whatsoever. Trunk was not vacuumed and if the interior was done, the passenger seat was missed. Will not come back.. it's a $40 lesson learned to just do it myself.

They're awesome! Went in for a carpet shampoo and I'm extremely happy and satisfied with the results and cost. My car looks brand new. Will definitely recommend them and will definitely be using their services again. Bonus point for their customer service, really nice young men working there.

The interior cleaning and attention to detail is the best I have seen in Canada. Most places charge you too much and underdeliver. My interior was a mess and they took the time to get everything right and went above and beyond. Get the better packages, well worth the money.

I got my car detailed here. They were thorough, but the upholstery wasn't dry when we picked it up. (We dropped it off first thing in the morning and picked it up at the end of the day.) The car smelled VERY mildewy for about a week. Other than that, the service was fine.

For the money... It's good. Only issue is one of the prewash attendants was smoking while cleaning the inside of a car in front of me. I didn't let him in my vehicle. Just did the exterior. $17 for the wash and dry is a great deal and a decent job was done.

Just had an "in&out" package done and couldn't be happier. The price was very reasonable, staff is courteous and professional and they did a fantastic job. Very simply....excellent value for your money. Great job guys see you next time

For the speed they do it and the price! Pretty great service, there are things I wish were done a tad better (rims) but that being said, I would definitely go back! Great job on the intererior for how long it took them to do it!

Your tip jar and mandatory tip requirement on your debit machine are embarrassing. I just want to swipe my card and go. Don't force me to deal with the tipping requirement on your machine before I even look at the job you did.

Did an amazing job!! I have a Jeep and a big husky who loves car rides and they did so good getting out all the fur and they really went into detail while cleaning. Amazing job and amazing service. Definitely recommend!!

Very friendly and really thorough job on a full detail package. Car looks brand new. I'm too embarrassed to post a before pic but they did a LOT of work to get my car this clean.

They did a fantastic job on my work truck. I'm in and out of industrial work sites, and my truck was filthy. I've been to other car washes, but no one has do this good of a job
