My husband and I went in to get a quote. The gentlemen were very thorough and gave us a reasonable estimate compared to other places I was looking at. I called back and spoke with Melanie who was very friendly, helpful and was able to book my car in for a convenient time. My husband and I decided to get their silver package and we also had quite a few salt stains on top of that. Their lounge is fantastic - clean and had netflix, coffee, WiFi and even a ms packman video game ! Very comfortable experience. Originally I was quoted about 2.5 hours but I was politely informed it would be closer to 3. I love how they communicated this fact to me - and was also shown just how much they care about the details and getting in done right rather then adhering to a timeline. My car looked amazing and new and I was given care instructions to make sure the newly shampooed everything dried properly. A couple of days later I was called as a folow up to make sure I was happy and to find out if any stains had reappeared (one had on the drivers seat). I was told I could bring the car in and they would take care of it right away - and they delivered on their promise. Overall a fantastic experience and even better result with my car.

I'm super super impressed by the professionalism in this business. I have NEVER had to use these services before but after a mishap with an intoxicated passenger, I did a little research and decided to give this company a try. I was greeted by a very friendly office staff member by the name of Brea who quickly came outside with a colleague by the name of Brady who was able to give me a quote and offer to detail the area in my car within the hour. While I waited for my vehicle, I was offered use of wifi; Netflix; a game or two of pac man and tea/coffee/water at my disposal. I felt like I was in a car dealership where high end cars were being sold. When it was time to pay for the services, I was asked to take a look at the job completed before completing the transaction. I was told how to take care of the vehicle within the next 24hrs and was even told that if there was anything they missed to return & they'd fix whatever needed to be done. Fortunately that was not necessary. I would DEFINITELY recommend the visit to this place if you needed any cleaning done to your vehicle (interior or exterior). I'm sure I'll be back. Very very reasonable prices geared towards what detailing needs to be done to your car.

Excellent and friendly service. I've now taken 2 different vehicles here a year and a half apart and I can say the quality and service is consistent and excellent. I have a dog with long hair that likes to shed and you wouldn't know it after taking my Jeep on the weekend. I swear they got every hair. Price is fair for the amount of work involved and they are quite meticulous. They didn't miss even the most awkward spots. Service was extremely friendly. They walked me around my vehicle to make sure i was happy and even give a 2 months spill guarantee for peace of mind. 10/10 will only bring my car here. Close to home and convenient as well. *UPDATE* Changing my review as their communication has severely declined. I'm sure they would do a great job if they ever contacted me back. left messages, contacted online, took 5 months to finally get a response on Instagram but i had moved out of the area. Awesome, friendly service. My car was a disaster when I dropped it off to them and when I picked it up, it looked like a brand new car. The detail and effort they put into my car was amazing. They have a nice lounge area with coffee, while you wait and did I mention the customer service is amazing!! I will be taking my car back to Red Hill car wash. The best part about my silver package I chose was that for the next 60 days, if any stains come back or I or my kids spill anything on my seats, they will clean them free of charge, no appointment necessary, just show up and they'll work their magic to remove the stains... for the next 60 DAYS!!! Trevor and Allan were amazing. I had a degreaser spill in my year old car - 4 litres of it. They took me quickly, as a walk-in. They removed it all, shampooed, vacuumed ( holy dig hair Batman!) and wiped down the entire car as well as the exterior including tires. They even installed wipers I had in my car! Their waiting room is lovely with drinks, Ms. Pac-man, Netflix and wifi. Their their bathroom sparkles! The co-owners are super service oriented and I would 100% suggest them to anyone who would like to know their car is being treated with the utmost of care. The price was very reasonable and while I was sitting there, I even made a tiktok to promote them! That’s how much I appreciated the service!

EXCELLENT job of detailing my car! I had them detail the inside of my car 3 years ago and was thrilled with how spotless it was and how they, literally, cleaned every nook and cranny! Therefore when my friend recently got a leak repaired in her vehicle and was sure that mold was growing in her car, I strongly recommended that she use Red Hill to get the best possible job. She was shocked at what an amazing job they did and is not scared to drive her car now. I just got mine done again and it was the same wonderful job that I received 3 years ago. I highly recommend that nobody waste their money anywhere else on detailing! (and their prices are quite reasonable too)

Great job, very impressed with how amazing my car looked afterwards! Definitely booking a cleaning for my wife's car soon too! Interior: I have a golden retriever that sheds A LOT the team did a great job getting the hair removed from every nook and cranny. I also have two young children that make a mess of the back seat, after the team was done cleaning it was spotless. Exterior: Great job on the exterior as well! I could not find a single dirty spot anywhere and the car sparkled! The windows and mirrors were also so clean! My only suggestion for improvement is to maybe add rain-ex to the windows as an addition option (or included in certain exterior packages).

My first experience with Red Hill Fine Detailing Centre was a great one! Allan and Trevor were both very friendly and welcoming. While I waited for my service to be completed, I stayed in their nice reception area — equipped with complementary Wi-Fi, a TV with Netflix, a mini fridge stocked with beverages, a Keurig coffee maker, a Pac-Man game and access to a restroom. As for the service, I paid for the silver package and it was very much worth the money. They were able to get all the stains out of my boyfriend's car and cleaned every inch. Wow wow wow!! I took my Acura in for an interior and exterior detail, a little upset with myself because of a food spill in the backseat that I thought would be near impossible to get out. Not only does it look like it never happened, the entire car looks like new! They did an absolutely incredible job, and even buffed out a few scratches from someone who hit me in a parking lot. I’m amazed! Amazing customer service and quality of work, all at a great price point. This was one of the cheaper full service detailing places I could find, but their work does not reflect that. Beyond pleased, and if I need a detail again I know where I’m going!! Thanks again!

BEST COIN/APP OPERATED CAR WASH TOWN!! This place has the cleanest wash bays, the uses by far the best soaps and waxes for your vehicle. Not only can you download an app which allows you to load money via paypal or credit card, but every time u use $5 in a wash bay through the app, you get a credit to use on the vacuums. On top of all that.... the staff that cleans the wash bays early morning during the week when i go is super nice and is very helpful. Always willing to help out if you have any kind of issue whatsoever. As long as i own a car and live in Hamilton this is where i will be washing my car!! You've got a customer for life right here!!!

Family owned by genuine people you can trust. They did such an amazing job I didn't even recognize the truck at first I have NEVER seen it this clean. Very accommodating and understanding, I ended up dropping it off late and they still ended up having the truck ready on time so I could pick up my husband from work. I had to bring my 3 yr old nephew and they had no problem with me leaving the car seat. When we came early to pick the truck up we waited in their comfy waiting room and Melanie set up a game for him to play to keep him busy. Very nice and caring people I will always recommend them it was such a good experience!!

My experience has been wonderful at Red Hill Car wash. They were accomodating and offered to drive me and my 8 month old home so that we didn't have to try to find other arrangements when I brought in my car for detailing. They were able to finish in less time than originally discussed. I then realized almost two weeks later than one section of my car floor needed an extra cleaning due to the build up of salt. When I brought it in they took my car right away, and did a complementary interior vacuum, and exterior wash. Their customer service is amazing, and the vintage ms. pacman in the waiting room was the cherry on top!

Called the Owner (Melanie) before I booked the appointment, “it will be a good experience” she said. Trusted, booked, the guys did an excellent job on my car. Bought a brand new expensive car in Dec 2018 and hadn’t had a chance to get a clean done. This was an exquisite experience, it takes a healthy amount of time for the day: I’D say 5 hours, but if you want satisfaction, there’s no rush. The owner followed up if there’s anything they can work on to make the experience better, which is professional and allows the customer to feel welcomed again in the future, good job!!

He came out to my vehicle said he had time to do the front driver and passenger side seats to shampoo, well he went above and beyond and wiped down my dash and doors and shampooed all my seats!! This place is awesome! I've never had an issue with the meter taking my money even though I've had one just spit the money out right away and not accepting it. Many options and ways to clean your car and I've never had an issue with their brushes scratching the paint on the car. I honestly use this place 2-3 times a week to clean my car and I'm always happy when I leave. Way cheaper than going to a drive thru car wash. Something they should add which would make me so happy is if they had blowers to dry the car off (they do have towels for sale though)

I recently started going to the car wash not long ago and i have to say i was impressed with this car wash, Price is fair, lots of wash & wax options, This car wash is by far the cleanest ive been to, Also has great customer service, Was greeted by a guy name Ken and was helpful and showed me the change machine and said if i need anything to let him know. With a combination of good prices, Clean location and great customer service i find myself becoming a regular customer, And will recommend this place to family and friends.

We purchased a used car and had Red Hill Fine Detailing clean it up for us before using it. They did a fantastic job, and the service is second to none. I dropped the vehicle off, and they drove me home while they worked on it. When it was finished, They delivered it to my house, walked me through the vehicle, and I was able to make the payment from home. It was spotless, and they checked in the next day to make sure we were happy with everything. We will be using them from now on for all of our vehicles. Excellent work.

It's a good carwash. However, the lot is so dirty your wash gets dirty again on the spot... Lot needs constant cleaning end of story... (Update): I still go here, and the owner came up to me and let me know that in the future they plan on paving the lot, this is an excellent upgrade, I changed my review from 3 to 5 just because of this news, and how the owner approached me. The dirt on the lot also is a continuous problem due to the constant construction and the large volume of traffic. It is difficult to control.

I took my 2008 Toyota Yaris in the other day for a detailing. Imagine how word and messy the inside of a 13 year old car would be.. Justin made it look incredible!! The seats we're spotless. Every nook and cranny you could think of was cleaned, dusted, washed, vacuumed and whatever other magic he performed. It also smelled fantastic and everything was shiny, including the tires! I was looking for a place to do detailing on the interior of my car that wasn't too expensive. I have light grey coloured seats and had really deep stains. I dropped my car off Friday at 3:30pm and had it back by Saturday at noon, completely spotless. It was like I had a brand new car! The staff was extremely friendly and genuinely wanted to make sure that the car looked the way I wanted to it look before driving off. Amazing staff, amazing prices and absolutely amazing work. GREAT service from the minute you walk in. Needed my cars backseats detailed and the owner was very accommodating. She took me in right away and made sure I was comfortable (the lounge is great with coffee and a vingtage PacMan arcade system). She then explained the process of how my interior was going to be cleaned. In no time the job was done and my seats felt like new (after years of not washing it). If you are a fan of reality TV car shows, you will love this shop. You get the quality of service one might expect if you had a big bank account and lived in Hollywood. It is always nice to see a shop that cares about customer satisfaction. In my case I bought in a 10 year old car for some touch ups. The owner worked within my budget to remove a couple of scratches from the paint and refresh my headlights. Give them a call and treat yourself!

I brought my SUV in last week, it is 5 years old and never been professionally cleaned. I’m in the trades so it can get quite filthy. I bought the silver package and my vehicle was cleaner than the day I bought it. 5 year old salt stains, stains from my kids, a smell from dump runs.. all of it removed. It’s like new. Also the staff were all extremely friendly which is great. I will be coming back soon with my second vehicle.

It was apparent my first experience using their self serve. From the amount of soaps and waxes to the process equipment and engineering. It's miles above the rest. Been going here for the last 2 years now. Love the wash quality and all the options it provides. Staff is very friendly and often hand out a pamphlet for their other services, I’ve gotten my headlights restored on my 370z last year for a good price and they did an excellent job. Would highly recommend this location, also DOWNLOAD THE APP it comes in handy when you don’t have cash or change on you!

Thoroughly impressed at the detailing done by Red Hill car wash! I have a horse so straw, hay, and dust is common in my car. I couldn't find dust if I tried to! Their waiting room is cozy and the addition of Netflix is a bonus. Melanie even checked in the day after my wash to make sure I was satisfied. They truly went above and beyond. I will be returning and referring others to them for sure.

Job was done well. I have grey material seats in my car and they were stained in a shade of black. They cleaned the whole car inside and out. And the seats looks brand new. Had to come for a 2nd time to touch up on the seats as the stains were a little deep - came 2nd time around to touch up and it was no issue and did not cost anything! Great service and great job! Went to get our brand new car Ceramic coated, Trevor was extremely helpful and accommodating. Customer service was top notch. Had the work done on the Sunday before a holiday, but the car needed time to cure, Trevor took the time to come in on the Monday so we could pick up our vehicle. You can see in the photos that the car ended up looking better than the day we picked it up.

I brought my Tesla here for a detailing and I could not be happier. They did a fantastic job and my 2 year old car with almost 80,000km looks better than the day I picked it up! They were kind enough to keep it in the heated garage bay for me overnight so the floors would dry out and it would not get snow on it. Highly recommend their service and will definitely be back.

After owning my used car for a few months, I took it here and the car looked better than the job the dealership did. I like detailing my car myself and have pretty high standards. With the surprise snowstorm and the car needing a clean for storage having someone clean the car well enough for me to be happy with it for a reasonable price was very comforting.

Amazing Service, impeccable job on my Van (Caravan)! I have 2 kids and the van was a wreck! The whole Van was flawless when I pick it up, He even did the stow-n-go under the seats. I've been to many car washes in the City and some of them are not very female safe / friendly. I highly recommended this location as the wash bays are very clean, vacuums work well and the service is great. They always have someone on hand, the man who's always there is amazing. Definitely one of my favorite spots in the City.

Trevor and his team did outstanding detail job on my 2006 Harley-Davidson sportster. My bike has never looked this good since I bought it. Trevor went out of his way to make this beauty shine again. I heard that Redhill Car Wash does a great job detailing cars, so I booked an appointment and brought a used car I bought for my sons. I was extremely impressed by Mélanie and her team at the Red Hill Car Wash! I spent the day running around Hamilton trying to find a place that would do the full shampoo and steam vacuum. They were accommodating and reassuring the whole way through. No better place in the city for making your car look brand new!

Very impressed. I used my credit card to pay for self serve car wash. I guess I did not turn off time, not being use to system, and got charged maximum time. Owner highly responsive to my complaint and made everything right and expressed his concern for customer satisfaction. This business is highly recommended.

I have had 2 cars detailed at Red Hill over the last 6 months. When Red Hill was done with them they both looked better than the day the rolled off the lot! Always excellent work, great service and the comfortable lounge is great! For someone who works from home, it makes it easy to get work done while I wait.

Clean, great easy tools to clean car from upholstery shampooing to outside detailing. Vending machine of car cleaning supplies at fair prices. Love the debit options at vacuum or at car wash. It is DEFINITELY worth the trip. After going here I don't even look at other car wash facilities.

My husband and I use Red Hill Car Wash & Fine Detailing on a regular basis. We have two dogs that we take to the dog park and our cars can get pretty dirty. The staff always do an excellent job. They have a comfortable living room style waiting area and will even welcome your fur babies!

We were very happy with the professional service we received at Red Hill Car Wash. Vehicle was smoked in and the got all the smell out of the seats, carpet and headliner. We had the silver package do e and we could not be happier. We will be a return customer for sure.

Justin detailed the engine on my 2012 Veloster. It was the first time since I bought the car. I tried to do it myself a few times it took forever with mixed results. He did it in under a half an hour and it looked brand new. Very professional with reasonable prices.

Amazing job inside of my cab looked and smelled amazing definitely recommend this place Only downside was my truck bed wasn't cleaned but with the self serve car there too it took no time for me to clean it myself. The fact is this place is a 5 star location.

Good equipment. Place is always clean.. Update. January 2022. I used these guys for an interior clean on my 2019 ram classic. I belive bronze package. They did an excellent job. The price was perfect. Cheaper then most places. Really happy with the service.

Great service! I’ve taken my car there for detailing a couple times and it always looks great. They do a very thorough job and have good communication to let you know when it will be ready, I have also used the bays to wash the car myself and it’s good.

I honestly don't think my F-150 was this clean the day I drove it new off the lot. I can't find a speck of dust or a stain. When I brought it in it looked like a twister had gone through a Mandarin buffet. The exterior is also immaculate and very shiny.

Had my wife’s car detailed here and Alan was the best. Friendly, professional and the work was great. The car was in pretty rough shape but Alan and team made it beautiful. I’ll definitely be back when I need detailing or another service they offer.

Best car wash in hamilton by far i say that because everything works great the vacums actually suck and the washing bays actually gives you soap wax in colour so you see it and i also noticed they have ppl there cleaning so i highly higly recommend.

Excellent place to get your car washed. Prices have increased slightly but when you a buy a car wash you get a coupon code to buy the vaccume services and you don't have to pay extra. The app is simple and easy to use.
