Just got home from dry and shine and to be honest, I'm not impressed...at all. Paid for the $49.95 special wash and interior clean plus added the extra for the trunk area, I have a tuscon. The exterior wash was not any better than any drive through wash. I was kinda expecting it to be cleaner. The interior clean was disappointing. The smell was so overwhelming that we had to drive home with the windows open, then when I looked closer, the interior cleaning was sub par, including actual water in the trunk area that I had to wipe up. You could see the wipe marks on the doors and they did not even wipe down the back hatch door, I did it with the wet cloth from the trunk. It took barely a few minutes and it was already done, we were having a burger next door and our food just came out when my car was done. I usually pay more for detailing, you get what you pay for I guess. UPDATE: my son, who was with me the day my car was cleaned, took his car in and there was no strong odor, and he was very pleased with the job they did. Maybe mine was an isolated incident.

I don’t care what anybody says this auto spa is one of the best around. The staff are always super friendly very accommodating even if you get there close to closing time you’re still welcomed with open arms. I see people posting pictures of all the spots that got missed during the wash and I laugh. The whole purpose of going through a drive-through washes the convenience if you want a perfect wash go home get the bucket out and scrub it yourself you lazy.... Also keep in mind they’ve only been open for a few months every company needs the chance to work out any bugs. Today I used there interior option and what a fantastic turn out for a quick drive thru style detail. The self serve wash bays are always clean and in good working order. The self serve vacuums even have a air blower on a hose to clean all the cracks an crevices what more do you need Get out and support your local small business.

My kids and I stopped by this past Sunday to take advantage of their dog washing station. This place is so nice and clean and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly!! They took the time to clean up the dog station prior to using it. While we were waiting we decided to grab a quick hotdog inside and got to see how meticulously clean and organized their business is. Once we started washing the dogs we noticed that one of the stations had quite low water pressure. They came in and fixed it right away! They also added more money to our time (on the house) and actually added more then we had initially started off with. I highly recommend this car wash/ dog wash place, whether you’re cleaning your car yourself or utilize the services provided- you can’t go wrong!! We will definitely come back to use both the car and dog wash!! Thank you so much and keep up the fantastic job!!

They are average like any other car wash around there are few bad things which i don’t like about I got the club membership for my two care from day one and last week they raise the price with out notifying me to $64 when I ask to stop the subscription you can not once it get renewed there is no grace time to cancel the service I was planning to buy the service for my third car end up canceling all of them now I have till end of this month and I am done with it . Secondly you can only wash one car with one pass a day and cannot use same pass for your other cars they should allow at least two cars with one pass so we can switch cars for wash . At the end of the wash you always have to come out of care and fix your side mirrors and dry them which is some times very inconvenient. I am going to buy at Esso gas station monthly pass cheaper and I can wash all my cars with same pass

Unfortunatley this was my last time going through this wash. I've been through this wash half a dozen times with my 2022 F350 Dually and never had a problem. Today this wash destroyed one of my hub caps. I believe the guy that pre sprays at the entrance didn't line me up properly, but it doesn't matter, The wash will not be responsible for it. Here I was toting that duallies can go through these washes to others, until now. Anyway, I asked if they'd help me out, and they wouldn't. The one employee said everything has to be secure on the vehicle, as if this wasn't already understood (common sense) however the hub caps on my new truck have never been removed since the truck came from the factory, and the truck has been through this very wash about half a dozen times without incident. Either way I won't be back, but be warned.

Visited Dry N Shine Auto Spa today for the first time and was blown away by the Exterior Car Wash, it is a beast! The automated ordering screen is very user friendly, Rick- the owner even came over to greet us and explained how everything worked. There was an attended at the front to guide us onto the conveyor belt system, I find this much better than a track style car wash especially with having wider tires on my husbands truck. It really can accommodate any style vehicle! The soap and rinse cycles were very thorough and the water was very high powered. The best part were the shammies at the end of the tunnel just after the dryers, the car was literally dry and shiny! Great addition to the Hannon area, awesome experience, highly recommend! First time for the self serve car wash was like any other self serve wash but the second time I decided to use the triple foam gun and it was very frustrating because it seems like the foam gun took a long time to dispense any foam and half way through it barely put out any foam. Another thing is the location gets a lot of construction and sometimes the road access into the wash has dirt dust. Not good after you do a wash. I don't blame the owners but just something people should consider. Overall a good place I can recommend the drive through touchless but I was really disappointed when the foam gun didn't work at the self serve wash. Don't know if the foam supply was low but this shouldn't happen if they want customers to come back.

I have been a customer since they started about 2 years ago. Today I went for an interior cleaning for $40+tax. I think service quality is going down. While cleaning the car the told me the back seat needs shampoo ($20+tax extra) and I said ok. After finishing the car I found the trunk was not touched so I told the guy why wasn’t it cleaned? He said it’s extra (car is sedan). I wasn’t even asked about n the beginning if I need to clean it or not. Eventually they vacuumed the trunk but it felt like they were doing me a favour. After receiving the car there are few areas that were not cleaned well. Their starting price is not cheap and they try to charge ridiculous extras. I don’t think I will go there again.

I had been a long-time subscriber of the Ultimate Car Wash Pass up until I had some bad experiences with the washer who sprays down the car before entering the wash. This employee seemed to despise his job and his life, and he was very impatient when giving directions to the drivers while also cursing, which was very unprofessional as I was driving with my friends. I would rate the experience 1/5 and had immediately cancelled my membership as I do not tolerate this kind of behaviour. However, the wash itself are still fairly new and the other staff members are very customer-oriented and were always eager to help as soon as you walk through the door.

I just left this location, I use them at least once a month for a full wash and detail. Today my day started badly thanks to Tim Hortons . The staff started to change my mood with their professional conduct. I left there happy as can be. My truck was perfect . Not one streak in any window, the truck wiped down to perfection, the tire shine and rims where wiped down expertly and even the chrome exhaust tips where whipped down and shone. Took my car in for an exterior wash only this morning. I paid for the top wash which included the drying brushes. My question today is why did the vehicle in front of me get a complete power spray wash before entering the car wash. I mean the whole vehicle was sprayed down. When I went through he only did my windshield, hood and back window. Their vehicle was no way dirtier than mine. Why the preferential treatment for that customer. I bring two vehicles routinely mine and my wife's. I'm very disappointed. One more thing it was just two vehicles going through so it wasn't like you were busy.

I have been looking around hamilton for a proper wash car and service for my Range Rover. Today, im so happy with dry n shine service they provide to me. I dropped the car for four hours and they offered a free ride home, after the service they picked me up to get the car and the car looked brand new to me when I saw it and I was so amazed. The team over there are so friendly, welcoming and professional, thats the best place I'll still go for my car service and wash also I'll get a membership. I higly recommend to everybody to try, you will never be disapointed.

Took a chance and tried it. I'm very impressed lol as a person not easily impressed with detailing services this one I highly recommend. The staff are personable and kind. If someone details my car I normally go over it with a fine tooth comb. When I come out of the wash before having them do the detailing I'd rate it about 7.5/10, there were some spots still dirty on the trunk but my car was also very dirty from road grime. Check it out for yourselves. I was not only impressed with my vehicle but also the other ones that came out prior. May be my new go-to

THIS PLACE IS FANTASTIC! I typically don’t enjoy going to the car wash, however this is a different experience. First, the staff is so welcoming and friendly and make it an enjoyable place to sit and wait while their hard working staff makes everything shine. Joe (owner possibly) greeted us and showed us the process, took the time to explain… Second, a lobby to sit while watching your car go through with anything you need in their snack bar, ice cream, coffee shop… it’s so clean and comfortable. A great place all around to be. Will definitely return.

Had the opportunity of speaking with an owner while I waited for my wife’s car to be detailed, mike is an amazing guy and the work that they do is absolutely amazing, took my vehicle there first and the interior detailing that was done, was better and far more superior than the detailing that was done at the dealership when I bought my vehicle used, so decided to return with my wife’s vehicle the next day. Definitely will return and recommend to everyone. The price is very good as well $50 for interior and exterior cleaning. Customer for life now.

Got the chance to have my car done for the very first time interior and exterior both. The washing was top notch quality however, got bit disappointed with the interior stuff wherein i found all stroke marks on dash board and door knobs with clothe lints on it.Besides, the arm rest and front seat had some food stains (light) which were not cleaned either and door ledges were dirty.. Amazing, this is not just a car wash. This is a car experience. I have been waiting many years for a place like this. I met the owner and had an amazing conversation with him. He told me he put his heart into the design and function of this place. I can tell you he got it right!!! Please use this place and trust me when I say you get amazing service, fast service, friendly service, amazing value for what you get, and most importantly, they don't cut corners and you will fall back in love with your car just like the day it was brand new!

I live in Ancaster and can easily go to the one by Limeridge but I choose to come to this one because A. It's a better run organization. You can tell by how mindful the owners were in constructing the establishment and how impeccably clean it is. B. The team strives hard to make your experience positive and they're always so friendly and jolly. Have cash to tip the box at the end! C. The clean is always spot on. D. Full convenience store. E. Even haircuts available on site. F. Less expensive than the other places. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely terrible, scratched the rim and the whole rear quarter of my brand new ct5, when asked about it never offered to buff them out or anything said I’ll put you through the car wash again that just scratched my car. Then the owner proceeded to get mouthy and tell me how I don’t know what I’m talking about and he washes Ferraris and Bugattis..like that makes my scratches better. Very bad attitude, very unprofessional. Maybe if I had a $200k car instead of a $70k car someone would care that they made an absolute mess of it.

As a first time customer I would say 3/5 for the following reasons: staff and prices and facilities were beautiful and clean. However I have done the touchless wash and interior clean for 55 with tax (like I said price is no complaint. But the touch less wash left suds on my car and did not rinse it completely also my steering wheel and shift knob were still dirty which I was disappointed in after spending so much. I may give them one more try in the future and will update this review if I do but for now I would not rate more.

Best prices for interior and exterior in town! Their interior cleaning is priced really well! Approximately 39.99 for interior and takes about 25 min; leaving my car spotless inside and smelling great . I've been to SUDS and other car wash locations and I find DrynShine does a best job. Good prices if you wish to join as a member too and have unlimited car washes in a month. The team there is also super friendly, great customer service which is why I have all 3 of my cars on a membership here. Thanks Dry'n'Shine crew!

Wow I am blown away by Dry n’ Shine Auto Spa’s car wash! The facilities are state of the art and like nothing I have ever seen! The kids loved the lights and all the coloured and rainbow suds, the conveyor belt system is so much better than track systems (Even with all the cameras on my car I’m always worried I will miss the track and dent my rims) but the best part is the drying cloths at the end! My car was spotless and perfectly dry!! I’ve never been excited to wash my car before but am looking forward to my next wash!

My car was in desperate need of a clean. These guys were amazing. They spent a lot of time and detail to make sure they got everything perfect. I was very impressed with the outcome. The staff were also very courteous and friendly. As for the outside was; their system was great and got all the dirt off. I would definitely recommend this place for both the car wash and the detailing as well. There is a little convenience store inside as well that sells food, snack and other things. There was lots of salt and lots of mud and dirt baked on my car. Took it to this place today for the first car wash in months. I was amazed with state of the art car wash facility. It’s not cheap but TBH I don’t know if i want to wash my car anywhere else after this. All other car wash places look like half car wash compared to this place. Also very friendly staff! I wish they had some point system or reward system to encourage me to go more often or give their more expensive options a try.

Came to wash the salt off my car in one of the self service bays. I had been here a few times before it was great. Different story today, every bay is covered in garbage, looks like no one has been here to take care of it in weeks. The icing on the cake was the foam brush that was just MISSING…. Turned it on to use it and foamy soap fell from the ceiling because the whole brush and line were gone! Not a single sign indicating perhaps this bay was out of order or anything.

Awesome new car wash! Gives a total clean including air dryer and shammy stages. Tire rim cleaning option is also available. No tight tire track to line up with and no self timing your advance during the drying stage! I see they offer independent wash bays and multiple vacuum stations as well. I appreciate how well lit all areas are for any of after dark cleaning. Will definitely return.

We are happy with the service but we are not happy that there’s a sign outside advertising memberships starting at $29.99 per month which is now obsolete. Also states $49.99 per month for ultimate which is also not the price. The sign should be removed as it is false advertising. We understand the cost of goods going up but don’t false advertise to bring customers into your facility.

Great Customer Service. The Automated car wash is excellent. Best car wash I've ever been through. Their coin operated self wash bays are lacking though. The foam brush function in particular, has very low pressure and has a super delayed start time until the foam is actually coming out of the brush. Once they fix this one and only issue, the place will be perfect.

2nd year coming for the Halloween clean and scream and so fun! Owner was so kind to have a couple people come out for pictures with my kids as I don't have a car but we sat on the curb and all the people with costumes came up to me and my kids with high fives! Thank you all ! Made my kids night for sure, they are looking forward to coming back next year! :)

Was thinking about getting a monthy was pass, but wanted to try the pull through car wash before committing. Good thing I did. Car wasn't cleaned at all, still dust and dirt everywhere. Had to take my car into the self cleaning bay and spend another $10 to rewash and then towel dry. First and last time I pay for the pull through, what a waste of money.

I’ve used this place many times these guys are great there always on point car detailing is probably the best in the industry and trust me I’ve been to many car washes over the years ….. keep up the good work and people putting negative reviews should just get there cars cleaned more often and not blame the car wash they get ….. highly recommended

I don’t think I’ll go to another car wash ever! The nicest staff, kind and polite. The building was clean and fresh. I loved the waiting area and the the services offered. My car was spotless and they even managed to get the muddy paw prints my dog left when she jumped in to my car unexpectedly. Take your car there, you won’t be disappointed.

I have never been to a place that was able to shine my car like this place has done. Dry and Shine, what a perfect name because that’s exactly how my car came out looking. AMAZING PLACE FOR A CAR WASH. With their floor tracks it doesn't matter if the car is super low or if the truck has oversized tires it's an amazing job. This team is so friendly and all made my experience so great. I had a spill in my car not too long before they closed but they got me in ASAP and did a great job. Really decent prices too — highly recommend! They also have coffee, tea, snacks, and much more for while you’re waiting. Comfortable seating and again very welcoming!

I was expecting far better service, especially for the cost. The interior of my vehicle had places they didn't vacuum, the dashboard and doors and console areas were not wiped down properly and left behind streaks. Exterior wash was good though and the staff were friendly. All that being will not be returning.

Been here twice now and they do such an incredible job! I’ve been to a lot of auto spas and have never felt inclined to leave a review so that’s how you know it’s good! This is out of our way but it’s so worth it. The owner both times has also been super friendly. Honestly can’t say enough good things.

Confusing website and self serve signs. A I wanted to do was shampoo my own rugs and apparently all vacuums are for months tunnel car wash customers? Or so that's what it looks like and the website isn't any help by any means. From a all in one stop car wash location it isn't for my needs apparently

This place is just full of nice surprises. It’s so organized and sparkling clean, the price is very reasonable, there’s a nice waiting area, they even have snacks you can buy and an ice cream bar! Got our car detailed and it looks new. No wait time either (today at least)! It’s just glorious.

I took my car in for interior cleaning and help with an unsightly amount of dog hair that had piled up from our beach trips. I don't know how they did it, but they really delivered and the carpet looks so good. Such a nice facility and family! I wouldn't hesitate to go again. Thank you.

Probably the most friendly and helpful staff I’ve encounter at an auto spa. I went to purchase a gift card and the staff helped me decide on how much to put on the gift card to cover everything I wanted to have completed. Everytime after that they’ve been professional and friendly.

I got my SUV’s exterior and interior cleaned. So happy with how it turned out as I have never been 100% satisfied at prior establishments. They were referred to me by two friends. Reasonable prices and very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely return and recommend!

I used the touchless wash , a bit disappointed, didn't clean my vehicle nearly as well as the Simoniz touchless at Canadian Tire at Upper James and Mohawk. I do like the free vacuums but you really are paying for it with the higher price compared to Simoniz touchless.

Just around the corner from my home, decided to give it a try for my full size pickup, asked for interior exterior service, truck came out looking excellent! And price was a bonus! Certainly will recommend and repeat! Thank Dry N Shine!! Same great service today!

Nice spot to clean your car. Is much better than the one in Burlington. The kids are very nice and they do a pretty good job .. keep going and I hope don't became like those places that they overwhelm the workers and do a bad job leaving dirt in all the car.

Always come out clean and shiny. Love the manual targeted pre-spray at the start of the tunnel. Hits all the hard to get tar and bug spots. I have the unlimited wash package. It's great not having to worry about paying every time I go. Very convenient.

Dry and Shine on Rymal is awesome. My car was cleaned and detailed beautifully inside and out!! Great staff and facilities are also kept very clean. I’ll get a membership (although not required). I just have to decide on which one I would like.

Went for the 1st time on Saturday. All I can say is WOW! Drive a pickup and they did a great job. The outside was shiny and the interior was spotless. They even got out all the dog hair which is saying something. They have a customer for life.

First time going there, didn't completely clean my car the way I was hoping for. My rims came out still dirty. Top of my car was also dirty. I'd do there again in the spring once I've washed my car myself. I'd take it to dry n shine for upkeep

I should have taken a before and after photo of my van. It went is so dirty as I used it for work and when the crew a dry and shine was done with it,it looked brand new. My wife wasn't affaird to put her purse on the floor in my van.

Great place! Great pricing & my truck was spotless! And finally a vacuum system that can get rid of my dog's hair off the seats!! Best part is, they also have a doggy bath too! So I can get 2 things done at once! My new go to spot!

Great Staff very friendly but not very good truck wash when you pay for the best that they offer you expect it to be perfect and not have dirt still on your truck

Great car wash, touch or touch less. Can do manual was as well. Dog spa available. Vacuums are strong. Haircuts next door. Hope you open more locations.
