Not much complaints at all. Great wash center. Whether they do it for you or you do it yourself including carpet shampoo/vacuum stations. However, when the coin dispenser does give change. Maybe make sure the wash stations accept them. As a customer who does do herself. Making sure I have sufficient change needed in the wash station and other machines offered there. I'd hope I have change accepted by the stations. I totally understand that's hard to ensure however as the customer when my car is full of soap and had change given with my bills no machine would accept most the toonies given. Which now that leaves me in a pickle. Also, as I was there just a couple hours ago. Maybe other customers could try not to leave their lawn in 2 of the stalls? Super rude of these customers to think this is OK. I've had to check all stations since I was unfortunately not too long ago left with a side wall gun that was broken so I couldn't use the tri color wax I was hoping to use. I give a 3.5 out of 5 however. I can't rate a 4 due to these issues but a 3 is too low so anyone wanting a very honest great review will see I actually give a 3.5 out of 5 on this rating. The employees throughout the day work super hard and are so busy. Hats off to them

I have been coming to this place for over 10 years. 3 different vehicles if the owner wants to contact me to validate it ill give each plate and description for video verification. I spend $20 a week washing my vehicles. Almost religious. 20x52x10 years thats a lot of money I've given this place. I kept coming back because everything used to work and had decent time to wash my truck properly with $20. Well the last two times I have been to the wash the coin insert in the bays don't accept the coins and I've had to keep feeding them in until they do which takes time away from my wash. I used to get 26 minutes for $20 today I got 16 minutes for the same $20. And wasted over a minite feeding change. The wax didnt work and it was a struggle to get done what I normally have more than enough time to do. Dont want to say this but I think its time to look somewhere else. Not the place it used to be

I have contacted them in total freak out mode where I have found mice in my parked car and needed to have both our cars detail cleaned... James answered the phone when I called and he was so nice and friendly and extremely helpful. I was too scared to drive the car so they came and picked it up. Melanie was always in touch confirming pick up and drop times on the phone and checking in to make sure all is ok. I sent both our cars and they have done a great job. Miguel dropped our second car and he was just amazing!!!! He helped calming me down by showing me and inspecting every inch of both cars!!!!! I am really so grateful for how amazing they are on a professional level and on a human level too!!! I very much encourage anyone to deal with this amazing company!

The car wash is well maintained and efficient. I go for simple and quick washes when I do not have time and it does the job great. I give it 3-stars due to the "attendant" on a busy Sunday was rushing me to wash my car and saying I can not wash my rims due to the long line. I waited up-to an hour to get my car washed in that spot and I was in an out within 5 minutes while others were there for longer than I was. Kind of uncalled for to ask me to not wash certain parts of my car since it was too busy. If I waited for the spot within my own time.. I should be able to wash my car the way I want to.

Put my card in the machine wrong and had to restart but my card was charged (nominal 3.00?) Totally my fault. Went on to do it right and washed my car. I noticed a sign saying to call if there were any problems so I thought what the heck. I received voice mail and left a short message. Within about an hour the owner called and gave me a code for a free carwash with his apologies ! I mean how cool was that? It's rare to receive customer service like that right? He was supper friendly about it too, I even explained I had made the error. Wow I was impressed. Thanks buddy !

I have been coming here for about 7 years and it has always been a clean and reliable spot to get a car wash. The wash has good options and also takes credit car. The owner is always around to help with giving out change or any other issues. The place can get very busy on weekends so be prepared for a bit of a wait. They also have a few stations with vacuums and some sort of scented shampoo to clean your interior as well as a few little vending machines with items to clean your windows, dash as well as those scented little trees.

Great car wash. Clean and well taken care of. The equipment is all in top shape and works as it should. $3 gets you 4 minutes as the minimum purchase which in my mind was a great deal. That's all I was looking for. It was enough to spray down my mats and give my truck a quick rinse. They also have an option to pay per minute. Just swipe your credit card and press the stop button when done for a more through wash allowing you to just be charged for exactly the length you need. Great car wash guys, I will definitely be back.

This is the first coin wash I ever used and I am very impressed. Facilities are clean and easy to use. I really love the app they have so I don't need to use coins if I don't have any. Nothing really to complain about. I just am not sure if you can bring your own bucket during less busy hours. I prefer to use my own wash mitt and stuff if I'm doing a touch wash and use the sprayer to prewash, wax and rinse. I'll stick to touch less until I find out.

Great car wash. The price at $3.00 per cycle has remained the same for several years however they have cut back on the time that $3.00 gives you. Also they need to devise a better lineup process as vehicles are often lined up out onto the roadway wich is unsafe. Update - Still a nice carwash however when I was there Dec 2020 I noticed that they again cut back on the time given for $3.00. Now, instead of $7.00 it costs almost $9.00 to wash my truck.

Busy car wash but I really like it. They have an employee that walks around the area in case of problems and to answer questions. Music usually playing. Lots of suds and water flowing from foamy brush. Great water pressure. Very few water spots when done. Vacuums work well and have a shampoo option (,great idea) there's a change machine and vending supplies. There's even an ATM on the lot. I go out of my way to go to Red Hill car wash.

Best self serve facilities in Hamilton.... Unfortunately that's not saying much. It's against the law to tell your employees where, when, and how long they can go to the bathroom.. ESPECIALLY if none is provided... It's also against the law to tell people to go in on a statutory holiday when they haven't agreed to work it... You also shouldn't be texting your employees at 2am while your off galavanting on vacation...

The car wash itself was good. The handle of the wand wasn't cleaned and was covered in grease, resulting in me having to scrub my hands before I could get back in my car. Bit impressed. After speaking with the owners , I was genuinely impressed with their concern, and their help in rectifying my situation. I would highly recommend this business, and I will be returning. My first time washing my car here. A friend told me to come to this one because It has teflon wax. Loved how clean my car looks inside and out. Well maintained. Great hoses and brushes. Large countdown clock and mobile pay makes paying easier, although i still like to do the change option. Only spent $12 and my car is gleaming. So happy with this car wash. Definitely coming back.

My favorite car wash around. Unlike most car wash businesses that require you to constantly put money into the machine, this establishment allows you to scan your card at the beginning and then stop one you have completed your washing tasks. Also, I found the bay that I was using to be neat and well kept. I ended up spending around 13$ for 17 minutes. Highly recommended!!!

I would not of thought to review a self serve car wash however, the lady that was working there was super kind and friendly. She made sure that everything I needed was working and was able to assist me with a small request. I have been using this wash for a couple years. In my opinion, I would drive here even if there was a closer location. Easy 5 stars.

After 2 years of salt and dirt build up I decided to have my car fine detailed here. Wow. What a great job by Miguel and Matthew. Not a trace of salt or any other stain can be found. Even the dead bee lodged in the crevice of the window and center brake lamp was liberated after several years. Again, great job and I would definitely recommend this place.

I have been going to this car wash for many years now. Redhill car wash is the only in the city I will use simply cause of how well they take car of their facility. Noticed a hose was leaking while using it and the lot attendant was cleaning the bays so I let him know. He stopped and replaced the hose right away. You will not get that any where else!

I recently went here to clean my car and honestly what a mistake. The brush left scratches all over my vehicle and I even took the time before hand to use the high pressure water to spray the brush down in an attempt to prevent anything from happening but no such luck. Do not use these facilities, you will regret it.

Self-Serve Car Wash Always great to wash your own car and spray down all the gunk. 4 stars due to the congestion it gets sometimes when the weather is at its best and EVERYONE on the Mountain wants to wash their car. Other than that - always maintained and clean. One of my go-to’s for a quick spray down!

Best Car Wash that I have ever been to in North America. You can literally wash using there options wax rinse and drive with NO spots .brushes are great quality and changed often very well looked after with great music ! I advise you to try it .Plus you can book and pay for your wash online !

Great car wash! This car wash a very well maintained and the products they use are well above what you will typically encounter. I only use this place In the winter when it's too cold to handwash but I won't go anywhere else. The only thing that could be better is having more wash bays.

I went today and I got an air freshener and 6 minutes car wash for free because of Canada Day. Not all the business award their customers like they did. I am already an happy customer of theirs for 2 years and today they showed me that they do the extra mile for their clients . Good job

It's a good wash place but the problem with this place is that it's near some off roading trails so trucks and jeeps will come and use the wash brushes to get the mud and stones off their vehicle, destroying the brushes and leaving 6" of mud and stones in the middle of the wash bays.

Originally rated Redhill as a 4 star due to the fact one bay was just covered in mud from top to bottom but changing it to a 5 star because that's actually beyond their control and I've never had any bad experiences when using their facilities...thanks guys!

The vacuum has great suction unlike some other places we have gone. The 13 year old loves washing my car with little assistance. It has an app and credit/debit card option which makes it easier! Nice big garbage bins and the lot is clean. We will be back.

Great facility to completely wash your car inside and out. All of the provided equipment works like new and best of all in my opinion is the Red Hill Car Wash App. With it you can easily drive in, choose the amount of time you need and away you go!

I went there this last Friday and it seemed that the floor drain was plugged. By the time I was finished quickly washing my car there was a lake under it. I couldn't get into my car without getting my feet and pants soaked. :(

Best place to wash your car. It's a drive in do it yourself pressure wash place. The water comes out warm and the brushes dont all have small stones in it that will scratch you car unlike their competitors. Reasonably priced.

The convenience of swiping a card and getting charged as much as you use is great! The quality and amount of product that is input is great specially the tri-colour foam. I always get my car washed here at an average price.

This is a very good spray wash site for you vehical, when its steady and busy, their is a on site personal directing cars so people just don't bud in. You can also use cash- debit or credit cards to pay for the wash.

I always mess up washing my car at home because I'm always missing something. So I come here to finish the job. Has everything you need and it's well priced for the time it offers + that teflon wax is pretty slick.

I love the fact that you can use app here. The cleaning products they use are good quality and the procedure is fairly simple. You get so many options like regular wax, whether proof wax, undercleaner, etc.

Clean and has the option for credit card in case you don't have cash. $3 for 3min and decent water pressure. It has mat hangers, which is a plus. I didn't try the vacuum bit they are there as well.

The prices are like any other car wash but I find that the chemicals used for washing your car are better than any other car wash I've been at. The brush is clean and the chemicals smell nice.

Awesome car wash, best place in the city, always high pressure, clean, and the soap they have is excellent, plus the water is always hot which is an even bigger bonus in the winter months.

Justin did a great job with my vehicle, the detailing was exactly what I wanted at a pretty good price point. I'm also appreciative of their quality customer service, definitely recommend.

Great wash, lots of pressure only problem is the Parkdale site, I don't believe is app enabled tried to use my app but it wouldn't work was there after hours so no attendant was on duty.

I like their service despite l used the carwash l was at fault to double charge myself, but immediately called the number on the machine and they did reimbursed with more voucher to use

Place was great, I nailed a skunk and had to get the stank off. All equipment worked well and was clean in no time. Price was a little high but I don't mind.

Wash booths are kept clean. The power washers themselves have good pressure to clean off heavy dirt. Depending on what time or day you go it can be busy.
