Thank you thank you Bell Furniture for your generosity, you all are amazing. About a month ago one of my friends had a brain hemorrhage while visiting Houston from overseas few days before him and his family were supposed to go back, he was is in ICU for 3 weeks. He got better and out of danger but he needs many months of therapy to hopefully fully recover. He doesn't have job now, but he has a House in Katy that was rented while he was working overseas but the tenants were about to leave so the family decided to move in to Houston permanently and move to their house to get the medical help he needs. I posted their sad story on Facebook for my friends to do prayers for him and if anyone wanted to help. Less than an hour I got a massage from Nazila one of the owners at Bell Furniture asking how can they can help. I asked if they have any broken furniture or even used beds that would help the family. The respond from Nazila was "I will furniture the house" Waw..sure enough within few days the whole house was furnished free of charge, you can see some in the photos I posted, they even sent a dinning room set with the breakfast area set that the family sent back because they didn't have a dining room, what a generosity!!! The family was so happy and thankful for this generosity. I can't thank everyone one at Bell Furniture enough for this kind gesture for their kindness and generosity. You all made a huge impact on this family who their life changed overnight after the accident. God bless each and every one of you and reward you for all your good deeds ❤️

This specific store was a big disappointment. I purchased a sofa and paid for delivery. The delivery team number never works when you call back. I gave them instructions about my apartment number and they never deliver my sofa. Never left a note, so no proof that they even came to my apartment. I called the store where I was advised to pay for a redelivery fee of $149. I went to the store and decided to purchase another items with the credit from the sofa. I paid from the price difference and was promised a free delivery and set up the following week. On the delivery day they never called and never show up. I called the store and was put on hold many time. The lady on the phone was not profession, she told me she was busy and put me on my hold. I insisted and she told me my deliverey was never schedule because i have to pay a delivery fee. I lost a day of work to stay home fornthe delivery, they did not care about that. It was a real mess as different people are passing on different information. She got very rude , and it is very disappointing because customers should be treated with professionalism.

PaVeta was by far the nicest person I’ve ever had the pleasure with speaking with at a furniture store. She greater me as I walked through the door even though she had guest already and she let me know she’d she with me in a second. A few seconds later she came and found me in the store which was all the way on the other side of the store. She was very upfront about pricing and she spoke very professional. I wasn’t confused at all and she also went over all of the finance and warranty options. I wanted the furniture today but I can’t get it until Monday, she was very nice about letting me know that. I am very pleased with my visit today and I will be shopping with Ms LaVeta for my kids furniture sets in the near future.

We had a great experience shopping at Bel furniture. You know how at some furniture stores, the salesperson follows you around like a lost puppy and you don’t even feel like you can have a private convo with your spouse? And some furniture stores you feel like you have to holler with a megaphone to get anyone to help? Our experience at Bel was a perfect blend of the two extremes. Stephen was helpful and handy without hovering or pressuring us. He answered all of our questions and gave us thorough information about the plans to protect our purchases. 10/10 would recommend shopping at Bel and asking for Stephen the muscleman!

I was surprised with the prices, extremely low prices and the quality was exactly what my mother in law was looking for. They greeted us as soon as we came in, they came to offer their help, but she gave us enough room to look without the pressure some vendors put on you that is kind of nasty. Prices were displayed on every item, and once we were decided, we reached the agent to let her know what we want. The sales process was super easy, they offered an extra 5 year warranty, without being bullied, and asked us the delivery method. Simple, easy, fast and good prices.

The customer service was wonderful! Robert greeted me the moment I entered the store. I was able to find everything I needed and he convinced to get a warranty to protect my furniture from stains in the future. It wasn’t too expensive either— I got a good deal and I got a lot that’s for sure! (Also, I came in and looked at everything— I took forever to decide. He didn’t make me feel rushed at all; I really appreciate that!) Thanks again for assisting me through the process Robert! I will be back for more in the future!

This place has beautiful quality affordable furniture. Sadia was the best & the discounts were amazing! The delivery & setup team is why I’m giving two stars! First, they setup very quickly. By that, I mean they just put your furniture wherever they feel it belongs. They left boxes/cotton trash in my floor! Only one of the two men team spoke English which made it very hard. If anyone needed photos. The store is great, just have your own movers/setup crew if you go!!!!

I have shopped multiple times at Bel, usually when i want to buy different types of furniture for the home Basically I go in there, buy me a dinning, living room and bedroom set, done that like 3 times over the years. On this particular day I went in to get an upgrade bed for my daughter, they didn't have the type of bed my daughter wanted, regardless I won't give them any less star because I know their prices are comparatively better and they have so much choices.

This place customer service is not professional at all. They told me they will deliver my all my furnitures today but until the deliver came told me the mattress is still pending and have to wait till they tell me which day they are going to deliver. I asked the manager any-compensation for this situation she said no. When I call them change my deliver date the next day they charged me extra fees. This is called double standard . No professional and unacceptable

This is our second time purchasing from Bel furniture and it was great! As soon as we walked in we were immediately approached by Victor and guided through the entire process. We found the perfect bed for us and the manager was also a really nice person.I’m very satisfied with the deal we got on the king bed and mattress. I always recommended this place to anyone looking for good priced reliable furniture!

Mr. Muhammad got me approved, was very kind and patient and helped me complete my purchases .Mr. Victor had excellent customer service and expedited my order. I made a one stop shop to Bel furniture and got everything I was looking for in a matter of minutes. The staff is so personable and friendly. I felt like they were apart of my family and I had known them for years. Sandra did a great job helping me find what I needed. They made me feel so comfortable and I got a great deal on my furniture. Beautiful showroom. Well arranged. All salespersons were attentive without being pushy. Dulce, our salesperson assist eyed with every question. Anticipated other possible sales yet when we decided to leave, she did not push. We soon returned for our purchase and, Dulce, was again helpful and friendly. Great experience.
