I showed up with interest in a certain vehicle and he was upfront and honest about the work he had completed as well as the issues the vehicle had prior to his renovations. He was also very forthcoming about the current state of the vehicle including the title status. He certainly was not trying to pull the wool over my eyes just to ensure I bought a car. The restoration quality I observed in the two vehicles I ended up test driving was great. Hector and Benbrook Motors demonstrated great skill in the repair work they completed. I would have loved to walk away with the car I came to look at. Ultimately we were unable to reach a sweet spot on the price where everyone was satisfied with the deal, but even then Hector was straightforward about his reasons for needing to sell at a certain price. Even after we couldn’t reach an agreement on a deal where the dollars worked for everyone, Hector was willing to spend extra time talking with me about what to look out for as I’m trying to find a good deal on bargain salvage cars. If you’re looking for a down to earth business owner, a pleasant shopping experience, and a dealer who is willing to be upfront and honest with you about the vehicle you’re interested in, then I highly recommend Hector and Benbrook Motors.

My husband and I bought a 2016 Nissan Sentra SV for our son a few weeks ago. From the moment we stepped out of our car we received great service. The Moreno family goes over and beyond for their customers. They let you decide instead of trying to push you into a quick decision. We worked with Hector who knows his inventory and was friendly and easy to work with. We went back the next day to pick the car up and it was clean, oil had been changed, and the gas tank was full. The passenger side door of MY car had been scuffed across the whole door so asked if they could fix it. Yes! In less than an hour my door looked brand new again and it was done in under an hour while we waited. We had time during the door fix to visit with Erica and her new baby, David. She made the time fly it was so easy to talk to her and enjoy her and her baby boy! Purchasing a car from Hector at Benbrook Motors was the best car buying experience I've ever had, and I've had many during my lifetime. Hector is honest, transparent, helpful, and attentive and he absolutely does not try to sell you something you don't want or need. I purchased a like new 2018 Chevy Cruze with very low milage that had been salvaged but fully restored at Benbrook Motors at a substantially discounted price. Don't let anyone tell you that you should avoid a car with a salvaged title! This car looks and drives like new, and because all of the restoration work was performed at Benbrook Motors, I was able to learn the entire history of the car and all of the details of the work that was performed. I am very happy with the car and I highly recommend Benbrook Motors to anyone who is looking for a quality preowned car at a fair price.

I have been shopping around for the perfect family vehicle and Benbrook Motors just happened to pop up when searching for a reliable, budget-friendly car dealership. I purchased a 2011 Chevy Equinox recently, with low miles and I could not be any more amazed at how exceptional the price was! Hector was able to work with my budget and he was VERY hospitable, professional and gregarious. He let me know first and foremost about the car’s condition prior to taking it out on a test drive and assured me purchasing from this family-owned dealership would have me in good hands. If I could go back in time and never buy a car from him I would... this man does sell savage title cars, he makes it look pretty from the outside.. but inside , run! I promise you. I made the mistake of look just at the engine and not under the car. The check engine light turn on on my car, I am force to sell it due to the state inspection does not pass. He is aware of the damages and doesn’t say a word. He act like a super nice man but in reality is the straight devil . Never buy a car off him PLEASE!

Hector is a man of his word! My wife and I shopped a 2019 Traverse last month. The day after we picked it up, engine light came on, catalytic converter was bad. We brought it back and he took care of it. Also took care of a noise that happened when shifting. Highly appreciate him and the kind of business he does. Highly recommend Benbrook Motors.

Very dishonest. Claims vehicle have never been wrecked when they have been. Also strips the vehicles of all their accessories after posting pictures of them for sale with the accessories. I would not trust these guys at all!
