A huge shout out to Mona that helped me during a difficult time! I was not able to attend my best friends funeral due to returning my daughter back to college in to her new apartment. I struggle for a week calling flower shops to talk to someone that could help me without ordering online and not knowing what I’m ordering. I feel very blessed calling Betty’s Flower shop, Mona answered the phone, I explained to her I work the same hours as most places and having such a hard time getting an order in and then not knowing what I buying. Mona explained to me she’d be happy to text me what was in my price and I’d have plenty of time to order. I felt so much better after that call!! , Mona texted me right away I picked what I wanted and replaced a flower to a sun flower. The next day I got a text with what I bought. I had to pull over and call Mona to let her know she made me feel so much better not being at the funeral and my flowers would be there for me. It’s so hard to find any people or places that care anymore these days so Bertys Flower shop thank you for the care and understanding I needed for this special day. I already recommended your shop. Awesome flower shop. We stopped to get some flowers for my moms burial. Met Betty, very professional lady & honest. I had over payed & she called to inform me to come get my cash. Told her what I wanted & she delivered on both occasions, for two funerals. I was disappointed on the broken heart wreath. I asked for the biggest one they had, for my beloved mom. Upon arrival, it was small than the others that were there. They also provided the casket wreath which was half the cost of what the funeral wanted for theirs. Mom`s favorite color, the wreath was exquisite. The other was a custom wreath, a semi trailer for my late bil, the wreath was beautiful & unique. The amount of money I spent was no object when it was for my mom & bil. I highly recommend Bettys flower shop!!

Betty's attempted to deliver flowers to my fiancé, but he wasn't home, so they left him a voicemail to come PICK IT UP after I had already paid a delivery fee. When I called, the woman on the phone was very rude and claimed he gave them a different time for when he would be home, and then said they would require another delivery fee to attempt delivery again another day, despite their delivery policy stating that the redelivery would simply be coordinated with recipient. I was disappointed in my experience, and appalled by the customer service. The lady on the phone had no etiquette and I would not want to work with her again.

If I could give Betty 6 or more stars, I would! Another florist canceled my 10-day-old Christmas gift basket order late Dec.23. I went to Betty's website and selected a Christmas floral arrangement for delivery Dec. 24. The flowers were already out for delivery early Christmas eve morning. My 93-year-old aunt called immediately to tell me how big, beautiful and fragrant it was. Betty's saved my bacon and my aunt is thrilled! I couldn't be happier with Betty's commitment to delivering when they say they will and the quality of the arrangement!

Such an easy, pleasant experience! My parents went on vacation to San Antonio to celebrate my mom’s 50th birthday. I wanted to send a flower arrangement to their hotel. Not only was Betty’s Flower Shop one of the only places that would deliver to a nearby hotel, but they were so fast, and the arrangement was gorgeous! I ordered online and the flowers were even more beautiful than the photos. My mother was so excited. Thank you for making her birthday special! It was so nice to be able to surprise her that way even from far away!

With the unfortunate passing of a beloved family member, I was trying to place an order of flowers for the funeral service. I picked over $600 in flowers from their website, but wanted to place my order over the phone since the website didn't include any options for banners. The individual helping me was rude and her lack of knowledge of their own products made me hesitate, and I withdrew my order. I believe her name was Thelma. I did not feel confident in doing business with them, and I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I ordered the Stargazer Blessings basket for a funeral. I paid $117 and called several times to confirm arrangement. I specifically asked if the arrangement would come with two stargazer lilies and was told yes. The arrangement came with two, but one was not open so the arrangement looked flat. Also who ever wrote out the card misspelled my husband's name and instead of re-writing the card they wrote over the name....very tacky!! Dissappointed. Two stars for ontime delivery.

I ordered a spray arrangement for my fathers service. I really was impressed the beautiful arrangement. The timely delivery. I cannot express how amazing the arrangement was I was speechless. In my time of sadness this arrangement brought me some happiness the way it was arranged was perfect. For any flower need that I may have in the future Bettys will definitely be my to go. They offer a great selection of flowers and arrangements, I ordered a buqué to be delivered on Valentine’s day. I suggest you order your arrangement and don’t go by what they have there. The people working here look busy and service is done by the first person available. The owner is there and takes care of her customers, I feel like I got a good deal. I will have to wait to see about their delivery service and how happy my wife gets with her flowers.

Well i went this past Friday to make a order for a up coming birthday, but a family member beat me to it. So I went 30 mintues from the time I paid my order to cancel and get a refund the cashier said that she wasn't able to refund me my money to go back the next day, which I did and now she said she has to contact the bank for my refund that she will call me back when she hears from the bank. Well I'm going on 3 days and still no refund.

I am a customer for life. I do not live in Vegas, but when I need to send my friends here beautiful flowers, I know who to use. They gave me the best customer service over the phone, and went above and beyond to make my friend feel special by making her arrangement bigger and even more beautiful than pictured online. I had flowers delivered to my wife for Valentine’s Day. The flowers arrived wilted. Betty agreed initially to have the flowers redelivered the same day (2/14) Unfortunately, Betty called back to let me know that she was out of flowers for my arrangement and that she would redeliver on 2/15. I felt bad for having ugly flowers delivered to my wife and then she had to wait until the next day to get her Valentine’s Day Flowers

My boyfriend got my birthday bouquet from this amazing shop. I love flowers and knew the flowers were handled with care before I got them. The tulips were a beautiful ombré color and the gerbera daisies were huge!! Thank you so much for the beautiful flowers it was a wonderful birthday gift. My order was completed on Betty’s Website so no issues there. The issue I did have was that the order was never delivered, but I did receive my “Confirmation E-mail” stating the order was delivered. Order was paid for, no refund was given and I did not receive a phone call from the shop until the morning after about the unsuccessful delivery. Very unorganized. Very displeased. Will not return as a customer.

My father ordered me a beautiful bouquet of yellow roses after 4 days were pretty much dead. After talking to shop who told him the water had to be changed daily did deliver another bouquet. And 2 days later died as well. Although bouquet was beautiful even my HEB bouquets guarantee last 7 days. Don't know if it was just a bad batch of flowers or what. Very sad to see something so beautiful die so quickly.

Order not ready....when I went in to get my order they didn't even have the order form. Then they looked for it and about 15 minutes later they found it. Got the corsage about 15 later. It was beautiful, but when you set a time to pick it you expect it to be ready. Will not use them again. Bettys uses to be the go to place on the Southside but lately its not worth the drive....

Horrible I payed $280 for a crown heart that shows on their website the flowers were old payed so much yet the heart was super tiny not worth the price at all! If u could rate this a 0 starts i wouldn! Horrible service horrible flower heart decor never going back! So make sure they at least show you the real image of how the crown will look before purchasing it.

I was absolutely blown away when I saw what they created. I walked In a couple of hours before I needed it. I had a used tire and a picture of an idea of what I wanted. Having only 1 son and deciding last minute to go to prom..I had no idea you had to special order crosages. Call all over, Betty 's flower shop told me the same special order but said they will have one made in 1 HR they close at 3pm..i called at 230pm but took my order and made it for us..that is going beyond costumer service..thanks Betty's flower shop.

I can always count on Betty's to have great quality bouquets, w good selections, and little extras to add for whatever holiday or special day it may be. Prices are great, and again I must say quality is top notch. Seems like a very family involved business and I like that. I will definately continue to count on them for my floral needs.

The arrangement didn’t look like the online photo. Instead, it was much simpler, the put a completely different base and was way much smaller, I even paid for the premium expecting something bigger my friend sent me the photo of it , I was so ashamed of the size. I try to attach the pictures to the review but the website didn’t let me.

I travelled from Washington DC and had to attend my cousins unexpected funeral. The flowers were fine. BUT....perfection is no small thing. Yes they are fast and normally good. I arrived and the arrangement was missing the ribbon and my cousins name. HUGE disappointment I don't know if I will return and yes they are normally good.
