Really disappointed with flower arrangement I paid for premium upgrade and choose to pick them up from the shop this was an online order. I was an hour late but when I picked up flowers they did not look like the picture most of the flowers didn't seem to be bloomed yet and then the lady informed me that I order the deluxe and I informed her they were suppose to be premium and showed her the receipt, she stated it only missing a couple flowers then. I had to ask her to replace I guess it was lavender because it look like a stem she did replace and said she put a couple roses in there but I still don't think she fixed it up to be close to premium I paid for, while she was replacing lavender with something that didn't look like a stem she came back and ask me to fill out card that they were suppose to have already been filled out and the beautiful pink ribbon was pretty much just a strip of a pink ribbon around the vase. I was so mad and disappointed but still took flowers because it was my mom's birthday. I really think they did a half butt job on this arrangement or maybe they had a new florist there not sure but for the 70 dollars I paid for them I think I could have got better flowers at heb. I am not sure it worth paying for the premium especially if it is not as full as the picture. Online the flowers look beautiful but in person I can not say it looked similar to picture.

I went in to purchase some flowers for my fathers funeral (he recently passed away) and I decided to purchase a pretty standing spray. When I arrived home, I noticed that the arrangement was far from presentable. The flowers were artificial, yes, but they were coming apart at the ends/seams. The standing easel was VERY dirty with, well, dirt as if it was used prior at a cemetery and just plucked from the ground. The easel itself was also crooked and the paper that was used as a banner was torn. When we addressed this issue to one of the owners of the shop, she gave us a sort of frustrated answer and said “well, it’s paper” and she mentioned how we should have looked at the flowers when we bought them home, but the shop was already closing and we had to leave. The point is, we paid $73.00 for what SHOULD have been a presentable arrangement not something cruddy. My mother and I went it expecting apparent greatness based off of these reviews but that’s not what we got. The experience and attitude that we received from this establishment was not professional. Definitely not satisfied.

As much as I was impressed by all the good reviews; I called and scheduled a visit down there since the website wouldn't let me book a schedule to request flowers for my wedding. I filled out all our information on a sheet of paper and was told they would email me with a quote price the following Monday. I knew they were busy and respected that, so I was not surprised when I heard nothing on the Monday they were supposed to contact me. I was excited because I at least thought I wouldn't have to worry about the flowers for my wedding. So I waited...no response for a week....waited....still no response to this day and that was almost 4 months ago. I am not sure if they lost my information, but this is the second time I have tried to look for a service and they have not gotten back with me. On to the next I guess until we can find something reliable even if we have to pay more. I have never experienced this much miss-communication, on to something organized...5 months before the wedding and we have no flowers. Anyone have any other reccommondations???

Just ordered this morning around 9, didn’t get a call until 2:30 telling me that they were sold out. I called no less than 15 times following this missed call which I missed by five minutes and never got an answer or a call back. I was promised same day delivery (Mother’s Day), and I am not getting anything I ordered even though I was debited the $60 for the purchase. Incredibly unprofessional, not communicative, completely ruined this years Mother’s Day for my wife (IMO) and I highly doubt I’ll be truly compensated for this failure on the business’s part to supply me with what I purchased in the time that they promised which is the only reason I went with this flower shop to begin with. Never in my life have I experienced such an utter lack of professionalism at a time when it was so needed. Run as far away from this business as you can.

Ok so I got flowers delivered and they didn’t match the picture. So I called and kinda expressed my concern, and I didn’t expect much because honestly why would I? People are crazy these days. Yeah no. I got a call back, and the whole thing was such a fantastic experience. They made a whole new beautiful bouquet and delivered it at the exact time they said they would (both times!). They offered to do it on a Saturday too if that worked better for me. Fantastic. The second bouquet was amazing and the card was exactly what I asked for. Shout out to Crystal for her impeccable work and for making this whole situation not only pleasant but also for restoring my faith in humanity! Thanks y’all. I really appreciate it!

Arrived 15 min. before it closed to sign my contract, but the store was closed. Called in before leaving home to make sure I will be helped, gave the receptionist exact time of how long it will take me to get there and the reason for my visit. I wished there was a courtesy call to let me know they will close early instead of me driving all the way there. Owner is very nice and knowledgable, but I am not sure that the lady picking up the phones is really passing my messages to him since it is the 3rd time I call and can't get a hold of the owner because I am told he is unavailable.

I have used them before but today is the last time. I order flowers for my wife that needed to be delivered today. I ordered at 9:30 am to have them delivered. They charged me the $111 but then never delivered them. When I called at 4:00 they acted like they didn’t even know about this ordered and then said it “never printed.” They did offer a free upgrade to be sent out tomorrow but the whole point was to have the flowers today. I will no longer use them and would caution anyone else to. They have one job and couldn’t do that. My 3 years of loyal business with them is over.

I live out of San Antonio and needed a special arrangement delivered to my Grandmother for her Birthday. I called and spoke with Yolanda who was so kind, sweet, and accommodating for my needs. She helped me with same day delivery. Soon after I received a call from my grandmother in tears so thankful and surprised with her beautiful flower arrangement. I highly recommend this location for local floral arrangements and will definitely be using them for all future occasions!! Exceptional customer service with quality arrangements for great rates!

I hate writing bad reviews.... My wedding flowers were nothing like I ordered and was promised. I provided pictures and was told they wouldn't leave the building without his approval... blah blah blah. My boutonniere's were supposed to be hand sprayed lavender. They showed up White roses with dark purple baby breaths accents. My bridal bouquet was ugly and had a completely different color of cheap ribbon for the handle. They may be good for funeral or other events, but please don't get your wedding flowers here. They aren't wedding quality.

I live in Alabama and called Roberts Flower Shop in the evening just before closing and asked for an arraignment to be delivered to my mom the next day. Roberts Flower Shop made a beautiful arrangement and delivered it at the specified time.The arrangement was as beautiful as the picture on the website. I would recommend Roberts Flower Shop to anyone. They were professional and kind. My sister was so impressed that she asked me to share the name of the flower shop with her and I'm sure she will share it with her friends too!

When you live out of town, and depend on google to help you find a flower shop for a funeral, you really roll the dice. Ordering over the phone was easy, the price compared to the other 2 shops I looked into was excellent, and the flowers turned out amazing. Thank you! Update: I had a second funeral within a month, this time for my grandmother. The ladies at the flower show are extremely kind and went out of their way to find the stargazer Lily’s that I requested for the arrangement. Thank you again for all of your help!

Crystal was so kind and helpful with guiding us through this process and the end result was a beautiful spray being delivered. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone because the customer service and quality of work is exceptional! They provided what we needed and more with a weeks notice for my party. The pricing was also very reasonable. I gave an idea of what I wanted and left it in the hands of Stephen to work his expertise and I was amazed with the final product. I have used Robert's Flower Shop for a few years now and the service has been outstanding. Other flower shops would substitute flowers etc and the arrangement just wouldn't last. I placed an online order paid the deluxe price. I understand the substitute needed if there in no availability on the item ordered. But I truly loved the one I ordered vs the one delivered. I still appreciate it was delivered. But for the amount paid I expected something closer to the actual one ordered. Job was done though. But they can work on being a lot closer to what we pay for.

Highly recommend!! Amazing flowers! I ordered by 12pm a birthday bouquet for my mother and she had it delivered 3 hours later. The quality of the flowers was fresh and really good. I really love the personal touches, such as the hand written note with my message, and the vase had a beautiful message for mother. The price of the flowers and delivery was fair as well.

First time at Roberts Flower Shop.Ordered 1 dozen roses assorted colors.Roses looked fresh and had great color to them.Staff was very helpful and courteous.I thought they gave me a fair price but that's my opinion.They did not add water to the vase so it won't spill in your vehicle.Which to me was ok because I was by myself and I had plenty water in my truck.

Went here to get a bouquet for my wife. The staff was very friendly and the location is very clean. My wife absolutely loved the flowers and the butterfly added to it. Ordered custom made buttonairs and were made wrong and they had to redo and was told it was the guys fault who took order he should've stapled a piece of the ribbon on order it specified on order the correct color. I ran late to my other errand no apologies bad communication and customer service.

Went in and didn’t even get greeted. The woman at the front took the guys order in front of me, and went to the back. I waited for a bit, she turned around, looked right at me and went back to doing what she was doing. After nothing was said, I just left. Awkward and unwelcoming.
