UPDATE: I was credited $159.65, assuming that was for the missing colored roses I ordered MULTICOLORED roses to be delivered to my mothers place of business on her 53rd birthd3ay. I specifically asked for multicolor. 53 red roses were delivered. Automatically everyone assumed my dad sent them to her. Red is for lovers. I called the shop upset and the woman who answered said "ohhh it clearly says multicolored on here". Here was their fix: send over a designer to add colored roses, switch out the arrangement, or have my mom carry 53 roses back to their shop so they could fix it. The flowers went from their shop to thousand oaks and cost me over $420. I wanted so badly to get this right and researched shops. I was NOT offered money back or a credit. They waited over an hour to call me back. PLEASE do NOT use this florist. The solution was to disrupt my mothers work enviroment OR make her leave work. Not acceptable!!! I will be working with them and my bank for a refund.

A few days ago I posted a disappointing review about the venue noting that the roses that my husband gifted me on Friday wilted within a day or so. I am now writing a 5-Star review about the same shop. I have never experienced a more compassionate and genuine customer experience following a complaint. Following my original post, I received a personal note from the shop owner who not only understood my frustration, but who also took a proactive action to make things right. Although receiving a fresh bouquet was a kind gesture, what made an impression on me is how the team handled the customer experience process. They were top notch professionals who deeply cared! Needless to say, Stone Oak Florist have earned a customer for life.

I called in a quest to find a homecoming mum needed same day within a few hours. I called 7 places and no one could accommodate me. I called Stone Oak Florist and Angela answered and immediately without hesitation took my order and had it ready in a few hours in time for my daughters homecoming. I was astounded at the excellence in customer service I received. It was also the most beautiful mum I have ever purchased. It’s wonderful when people hear you and care about your problem as much as you care about your problem. A first world problem I know but anything for your kids right? Well she was the hero of the day. Thank you dear!! I hope I got your name right.

I was so disappointed in the arrangement sent to my daughter. I told them I wanted a large arrangement, very nice and big. They charged me $160 for the absolute cheapest flowers. I could have gone to HEB and bought them all for $30 (tiny roses, carnations, hydrangea). Then, the arrangement started looking terrible after 2 days! Even the carnations had brown edges. I called the shop to let them know I appreciated how fast the delivery was made but was upset about the quality and was told to send my complaint to an email, TO WHICH NO ONE EVER EVEN RESPONDED TO! Not even I'm sorry but thank for for the business or anything! I will NEVER use this shop again.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. Placed order a week before date needed to be delivered and they delivered the wrong color roses. Not to mention one of the roses were broken. I understand the company was probably busy for the holiday but I would of appreciated a call to inform me the roses were out of stock. I had to leave work pick up the roses and take them back in order to be refunded. Absolutely worst service I’ve ever had. I would avoid this place at all cost. I would post pictures if it gave me the option just so you all can see how terrible it looked.

Horrible customer service and business acumen. I showed up when the doors opened to buy my wife some flowers for Valentine's day. No one greeted me for about 5-8 min, while a man sat counting receipts at the counter. Finally someone came out to help. She told me she would not take the time out to arrange something from the flowers they had available and they were prioritizing pre-orders only. I was told I could stop back later in the day in case there were double orders. To send a customer away when they are ready to give you money is amazing to me.

Terrible experience. I waited for a scheduled delivery in the afternoon, waited all afternoon with no delivery. They said they came in the morning, but there was no note or phone call indicating that they had. Delivery was rescheduled for the next afternoon after 1pm. Called at nearly 4pm and they told me delivery would be after 4pm. Waited until 7pm with no delivery. Called but they were closed and left a message. Called the following day and they finally delivered in the am. It turned a nice present into total frustration.

Amazing customer service! When one of my close friends was going through a difficult transition period in her life, the rest of the inner circle decide to send her a special meaningful arrangement to give her strength through this time. Long story short, Stone Oak Florists’ flowers did not hit the mark the first time, but after contacting them about it they quickly sprung into action to make it right. We truly appreciate all the attention they gave us. We will definitely be repeated customers from here on out.

We chose the Deluxe FTD® Little Boy Blue™ Bouquet. Everything was wonderful! Got what I asked for, when I asked for it and, as usual, received so much more! Thank you for helping to make our grandson's birth a bit more beautiful! P.S. Never added on a greeting card before, worth every penny! Don't know about other shops, but the one you picked was adorable. Plus legibly handwriting, not sloppily printing, our message was just such a special touch. Our son actually thought it was my handwriting, well done!

A friend sent me flowers after my mothers passing. I have to say I received the most beautiful arrangement I have ever received. The flowers in the arrangement were just stunning. I would like to add the arrangement was thick with flowers and not fillers. I will recommend Stone Oak Florist to all my friends. They even took the time to come out 2x because I was not here...not knowing they were coming. 2x in one day. Very pleased and it brightened a day... which had been sad.

Great service, fast delivery. However i asked for an arrangement for 125.00, mixed. The flowers they arranged and sent were beautiful but NOT worth 125. I spent 125, and the majority of the arrangement is carnations, fillers, and cheap daisys. Keep in mind, this is during a pandemic. I don't know if this is a regular issue with this flower shop. However i will not utilize them again, and definitely would not recommend.

The worst place to get flowers. I spent $50 on my first visit here and received a mixer of old and fresh flowers. I expressed my concerns to the Manager on duty and she only credit my account for $20 in store. Don’t waist your time here. Go to HEB, Trader Joe’s, Walmart or Sams to get your moneys worth, or find another florist. Customer Service sucks, you don’t believe me go walk in for yourself, poor customer service.

Sent an adorable puppy flower arrangement to a friend for her birthday. She absolutely LOVED it! The flowers were fresh, the arrangement was like the picture on the website and it arrived as scheduled. (It was also a nice arrangement for an affordable price!) My family has used this florist a few times now. The staff has been rude and acts as if we are putting them out by using there establishment. We also didnt get what we ordered in the correct color. Learn the difference between light and dark pink. Honestly, the arrangement looked cheap and thrown together. Wish I could include a pic on this post. Third times the charm....we wont use them again. From out of town I search for a local Florist, Stone Oak Florist, comes up… I place my order online. Come to find out the person I’m sending them to will not be home. So I call the shop to change the orders location and time of delivery. They were so kind and helpful got everything fixed and the flowers arrived on time and they look just like the picture on their website. I will be a return customer!!!

My neighborhood florist! I grew up in Stone Oak and moved to Dallas a few years ago. They are my go-to for any floral needs when I can’t be in SA to deliver them myself. The staff is friendly and provides great customer service, I believe they genuinely take pride and care about what they are doing. The arrangements are beautiful and well-priced. I will never use anyone else!

Very easy online order! I purchased a rose boquet and balloons for my wife's birthday using the next day delivery option. The flowers and balloons were personally delivered to my door the next day at around 10:00 AM. Some folks might find it a bit pricey, but everything was high-quality. I was definitely impressed! To me it was worth every penny. Highly-recommended!

I decided to order flowers locally to Texas from Michigan based on zip code and reviews. I was so thrilled to receive a picture and have our flowers delivered exactly how we wanted them! I took note of other reviews stating lack of scent however beautiful the arrangements are. I added babys breathe...always smell so wonderful and a quick fix! Very happy!

I have used this florist several times and have always been pleased. I live far away and send arrangements to relatives in the area. When my family sends me pictures of the flowers, so far, I have always thought they were exactly what I specified. The staff has been friendly and helpful in finding things in my budget and not pushy.

This shop has come through for me twice now when my regular shop has not been able to fulfill my orders. They even got me out of the dog house and executed a new order for me in under an hour when my family was not pleased with an order I had made for a HS dance. Looks like I just found a new shop from which to order flowers.

This is a great shop to work with. I have been a customer for years and they put a lot of work into the arrangements. I order remote from Minnesota to have a local San Antonio shop create and deliver to my Mom and Dad. They always are very impressed with the arrangements and I am impressed by their service over the years.

They made an arrangement that included a puppy made out of flowers! My mom loved it!! It made her laugh. And even though the hospital my mom is in closes their front entrance on the weekends, they delivered the flowers with no problem! They tracked down the back entrance and got buzzed in on a Saturday.
