The customer experience is great. They were attentive and friendly. Went in for 2 new tires. They brought to my attention the rear tire was gouged (which I knew) but didn’t push to have it replaced. I replaced it anyway since it was in the shop. They were quick and professional and I spent about what I was expecting

Usually use Big Chief on Normandy but didn't have tires in stock. Blanding Boulevard had them and service was good. Chris and Joelle (I think was the young ladies name) were polite and helpful. Still like working with Andro and Robert on Normandy Blvd. Been doing business with you guys many years.

They installed 4 tires that I supplied on the back of my Ford Dually. Also provided me a list of front end suspension parts that needed to be replaced along with cost and labor time to fix. Courteous counter help and shop workers. Will definitely visit them again.

1st visit and extremely pleased!! Needed tire plugged. Manager filled tire with air until I could make my noon appt, as I had important errands that morning. Arrived early and got me in right away. Less than 30 minutes and done. Extremely courteous.

I went here for the first time to have a loud noise on my front end repaired, which I was pretty sure it was my wheel bearings. Instead, they insisted the noise was coming from the rear wheel bearings and needed to be replaced immediately.

Dropped my super duty off for an oil change, tire repair, and fuel filter. They had my truck for two days and just realized the tire was never repaired and the old oil filter is still on the truck. This new management is not what it was
