Had such a wonderful experience. As a woman who doesn't know much about cars, I felt very comfortable. When I called, Cathy, was very sweet, welcoming and made sure she understood exactly what all my concerns where. That didn't change when I walked in. She passed me onto Bo, who was more than happy to inspect every part of my car. He reassured me that he would take care of everything and he did just that. He even took me to my car to show me what might be causing the issue I was having with my breaks and even explained to me each of the options I could choose from. He was very honest and direct with pricing. For instance, when it came to my rotor he gave me the option of getting a new one or having them smooth it out and putting it back in. He explained how it was unnecessary to get a new one right then because mine was still doing well. Unfortunately, their rotor machine (not sure what it's called) was under maintenance so he could not do it then but told me I could come back in the following week. I can’t say enough positive things about the shop. I called in the morning and said I had a problem with my brakes squealing. They gave me an appointment for the same day. On my way there. I had a problem with one of my tires saying it was low on air. I ended up with a nail in my tire. They fixed my brakes, patched my tire, and saved me a trip anywhere else by doing an oil, change with tire rotation, and all around vehicle check. The bathrooms in waiting area were clean the chairs comfortable and they even had beverages if you were thirsty. I will be sending all my friends here. I will come back for as many services as they can provide. I found them to be polite, professional, courteous, and honest. Great job, Meineke at 8605 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32216. The shop is made excellent by the employees that they hire and the owners attention to excellence. I’ll be back there when I need them, and you should use them as well!

Great experience great staff! Taking my car to a shop is always a scary experience as I've had people fake repairs and overcharge so I did a lot of research and read all the reviews and gave this shop a chance I'm very thankful for the effort they put in on my vehicle the honesty the politeness and the hard work from the staff and a special thanks to Bo for helping me feel comfortable with where my car was at and whose hands it was in and great communication I'm not great with names I remember his because it's the same as my uncle's but I cannot remember the name of the lady at the front desk but she was amazing as well and kept in constant contact with me to keep me updated any future repairs will have to be with this shop and I highly suggest this shop to anyone and everyone in search of an honest shop to do repairs on their vehicle!

We’re definitely moving our car maintenance here and other future repairs. And luckily we did try this place. The 5stars are all true! We’ve tried to become loyal customers with our car’s dealer but they don’t care about customers there and all they did was to make more money out of us with non existing problems in our cars just to sell parts. Meneike fixed our car after the dealer wrecked it. This place got good customer service, they were patient explaining all the repair details and it was fast. We worked with Sherry and Bob - transaction was smooth and transparent. Car diagnosis was explained clearly. Dropped the car in the afternoon, after a few hours got an update and car was fixed the next day. This place is highly recommended.

Great Place! Bo the owner was really HONEST, professional and welcoming! They were transparent about all things involving the repair: check in time, diagnostics, repair costs (which included detailed descriptions and videos of what was wrong with the car and what it took to repair it) and all. I was at work so I was unable to answer the phone but they kept up communication with updates through their mobile texting! I went because my engine light was on and I had needed an ignition coil and spark plugs! My car sounds beautiful now and is running smoothly!!! I recommend this place to anyone. This was my first time getting serviced by them and definitely the best decision. Not only were they knowledgeable and professional, but they were quick and thorough. They didn't try to upsale me on things that weren't wrong with my car just for monetary gain like other places in the area. I needed a used car inspected prior to purchase. They were able to get me in rather quickly, same day! I spoke to Bo and Sean, both of which were extremely helpful. Bo went WAY above and beyond answering allllllll of my (many) questions with a great deal of educational information, never rushing me, and even followed up with a detailed price breakdown the following day per my request! To be transparent - their prices were a little high for extensive list of work they recommended but the inspection was well worth the $65 since they made me aware of any safety issues and all work that was considered urgent. Not to mention the customer service was excellent! Thank you so much Bo and Shawn!

The owner Bo Palmer is professional, fair, and transparent about his services. My first appointment was cancelled, but it was because he had employees go home sick and he didn’t want to overwhelm the ones that were still working. I respect an owner that takes care of and puts his employees first 100%. He did get me taken care of same day service on the next business day for a serpentine belt and bushing arm replacement (in suspension system). Pricing is fair and he will break down what is parts and what is labor. Very affordable, quick, and professional. No frills, and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend for general maintenance and repairs.

Meineke has been amazing, easy to work with, friendly and very professional. My girlfriend's car wasn't in the best shape when she moved here from out of town. They've been helping with some minor to moderate repairs since then and the work was always been high quality and dependable, and they always communicate well. Sadly, her engine recently died but Meineke was able to do a replacement and get her back on the road, as her job requires a lot of driving to work sites. I am confident in Meineke for the continued care and service of "Vroomhilde", as my girl lovingly refers to her car.

Imagine being on a family vacation, halfway to your destination two days before a major holiday. With so many other travelers and with shops shutting down I wish you luck in finding quality service. I called Bo Palmer on my way into town and explained my car trouble and situation. It seemed like he cleared his schedule to take me in and take great care of me. I think Meineke is fantastic. I use to go to them in New Jersey and when I moved to Jacksonville it seemed like the obvious choice. I bought my car from Dodge and easily still come to Meineke instead. I dropped my car off on Thursday and it was ready fast. I got offered overtime though and called and Bow (excuse the misspelling) and he made it so convenient for me to pick it up as I pleased. I also dropped it off with concerns on the door making noise. He fixed it and did not even charge me for it. What fantastic people, you gained a life long customer 10/10 happy new year!

Bo was amazing to work with. I took my 2006 Honda Civic to Meineke because I initially thought my A/C just needed a recharge. It turned out that the whole compressor needed to be replaced. They were able to get me in quickly for the fix. Due to work constraints we ended up having to drop the car off right before closing on a Friday and did an after hours pickup on Saturday. Bo took my payment over the phone. I'm very pleased with my experience from the beginning to end. I will definitely be using the Beach Boulevard location for any future needs for my vehicles!

Honest Mechanic, brought truck in for svc engine light and a couple other minor things I wanted them to look at due to it being a 20 year old used vehicle that I just recently acquired . Left the keys with them and went to work. I got a call few hours later explaining that it was a simple issue, the gas cap was a little loose causing a sensor code and that I could come pick up my keys. I was in and out of Meineke within an hour. Today was my first time here, after saying goodbye to Lou-Sobhs. You will not regret moving your business here. It's faster and more affordable. At Honda, my service today would have easily been $200, with an attitude on the side. At Meineke, it was $82, and an overall simple, pleasant experience. No fuss. No frills. Just quick, easy service. What more could you ask for? If you don't need a popcorn machine in your service waiting room area that may or may not be working, you should be coming here. Period.

Our a/c was not blowing out as cool air as it had. We had 2 valves replaced by Meineke in may and took the car back there. It was taken right back and checked. It was good in the engine side so the problem was interior which meant removing the dash. Although Meineke doesn’t do that kind of work he did recommend a place and also said the dealer. And there was no charge for the Freon since it was 5 months ago for the other repair. They run a smooth operation and take you in at your appointment time. Will be using them for more work in the future.

Had a 12pm appointment for a full synthetic oil change. In and out within an hour! Not only was the staff quick and courteous, I was extremely impressed with the honesty. The front desk gentleman, who I didn’t get his name unfortunately, ran my check engine light and advised my thermostat is going bad (which I already knew). He gave me a quote on that service, and advised that things like tires and brakes look good for now and aren’t necessary for at least the next several months. I will be bringing back my vehicle for service here from now on!

Been here twice now for substantial repairs to my 4Runner! Each time the people here have been very polite, professional, and have gone above and beyond in customer service… incl the owner, himself, giving me a ride up to Starbucks while I waited on my repairs to be completed! Newer here to Jax and it’s a relief to find a reliable shop for car maintenance and repairs! Both sets of repairs they have performed were done well the first time around, and, in a timely manner! I got in my car on my way to a hair appointment when I found I had a nail in my tired. I knew Meineke was right next to my hair place, so I called and asked if they could get me in that day for a tire patch. I was told to drop my car off, and they’d get to it as soon as they could. Not only did they get my car in and out, but everyone was so incredibly kind and friendly. I leave for my wedding in a few days and they saved me a major headache! Great place, highly recommend, and I’ll be back!

I am out of town and just mived to jacksonville. These guys had the highest star reviews and its a nationwide company. I went in with now appointment. They had room to squeeze me in. I just had to be willing to sit and wait, which i did. I walked out of their heavier on the CC but my car stops safely. The brakes were giving me troubles way before leaving michigan for florida but it needed to be done to be safe. Top notch customerservice and workmanship!!!! Definitely would go back!!!!

Everyone was very professional and my car was worked on at the appointment time with the service completed timely. I felt the staff was very truthful with the costs and explained additional charges during my phone call due to the type of vehicle and amt of oil required. These costs were very reasonable verses Other businesses I have used that charged unbelievably high amts after the service was completed. I would recommend using this business for auto repairs and maintenance.

I have prior appointment and my car was taken to workshop and finished the job quickly. Waiting area is kept clean and chairs are kept with good 8-10 feet distance, everyone inside is wearing masks and safe to stay for small works or drop off is good. Bo and his men finished the work to my satisfaction same as every time. I recommend this place to my friends and family for their great service and they do only what is required, I like that very much.

Every time I go somewhere else to get my car serviced I regret it. The experience here is always a million times better. They’re family owned and you feel like family when you walk in. I had them perform a 4 wheel alignment and an oil change. (They had to replace the tie rods as well) The Customer service was outstanding!! I waited in the very comfortable waiting room. They finished quicker than expected And when I left my car drove very well! Ya know when a random customer walks in while you are waiting to bring the staff a box of donuts as a thank you, that’s always a good sign. Thank you!! Very happy with my service.

Great customer service. And, what is more important to me, they didn’t try to rip me off. I thought my car needed alignment and they took their time to look at it at no charge and told me exactly what is wrong with my car and gave me a good price/estimate. I went in at the end of the day for a headlight bulb replacement. The service tech shared that he could assess the car, but until he looked at it, he would not know if he could fix it same day or not. Tech set reasonable expectations, was competent and efficient. He was able to replace the headlight within 30 mins of being there. Was glad he stepped in and helped.

I am made an appointment online for an alignment. I got there about 10 minutes before the appointment, I was greeted warmly and courteously. I was very pleased with my first visit. Manager was a very honest gentleman. He made no attempt to oversell me or any other customer I observed. As a matter of fact he told me I could safely delay my brake pad replacement another 5000 miles.
