Thank you guys for fixing my issue's. I have 2014 BMW X5 with the N55 engine. I was having loss of power and poor fueling issues. along with engine noise. I went around to many shops in the Jacksonville area and even Gainesville area. (didn't find and issue or wanted to charge crazy price) But Euro Spec did a great job keeping me up to date on everything. So i found out i needed a new timing chain along with some other work. They did a great job finding everything wrong and willing to work with me. As I do most of my own work but big jobs like that I will turn over to the pro's. I had been taking my cars to another shop in the area. And they have gone down hill in service and some-what shady stuff going on. I will not say names but they are in the area around Euro Spec guys and work on BMW's I will leave it at that. Now it did take some time for my car to get fixed but they really had to do a deep dive into everything. And i am glad they did because have a list of everything i need to fix was great. And we had delays on parts but everything is delayed these days. As far as price goes the shop thats near by is cheaper on labour however they will charge full price even if they go to Auto-zone and get a cheap part from China. And the other shops seam to have very high price. I was quoted around 6k from other shops. I didn't even come close to that. So very happy with the price and the work done. My car has been driving great. I would recommend any one with a BMW to check out Euro spec. And I would highly recommend any one buying a used-preowned BMW even from the big dealerships take it to them and have a full inspection done first. Since the pandemic dealerships having been missing alot and once you drive off the lot that car is yours.
Update (NEW) to some great customer service. The shop was busy and said they wouldn't be able to get to my car for a week, but would look at it if they had time. I got a call an hour or so after the tow truck dropped it off telling me what the issue was and that they might be able to get to it the next day. I got a call later on that same day saying the car was ready for pick up. Now I'm sure all the ducks had to be in a row for this to all fall in place, or maybe they just saw a quick fix and took care of it. Either way, they saw an opportunity for great service to me and my wife and took care of us. Thanks again team. It has been a year since my initial review. Just to update and prove that good service continues on at this shop. Each visit has been productive, even when I take my car in and say it has issues, they are very polite at telling me my car is fine. My car is now over 105,000 miles and I believe it is because of the care I get at EuroSpec. The entire staff is polite, they know my name (okay, I go there a lot...105,000 miles) they keep me up to date with either their website, or straight texts to my phone. They are good at providing communication after a job also to see how it went and if there were any issues. The team at EuroSpec always takes care of me when I have to bring my car in. Knowing that I'm going to spend some money on my Mercedes repairs, they are very clear and concise on what they are going to do and how much it costs. Giving a complete breakdown of all the costs and the priority of what needs to be done and when, letting me decide.
Be sure to stay on top of these guys, I'm sure they are busy in the shop but they don't really keep people updated. Dropped my vehicle off Monday night letting them know it's probably a compressor issue, took a couple of days for parts and diagnosis. Friday morning they called and said it would only be a couple of hours to fix a valve leak, but they ended up closing for the weekend without an update call and I could only communicate through Google review. They came in on the Saturday morning so I could pick up the vehicle which currently seems to be repaired. No warning that they were going to hold on to it for 3 days and my weekend plans had to be rearranged, so they deducted 10% of the labor charge for my inconvenience. Update: two days later my wipers and air conditioning completely didn't work. Turned out it was a wiring issue with some secondhand radio I had never touched. They pulled out the radio and literally slapped the dashboard back together, cracking it. They did not charge me for this. A week later the air conditioner is running and the blower is blowing but no cold air is coming out. Called again They said, shock! Horror!, it could quite possibly be a compressor issue! (Maybe if they listen to the woman who came into their shop and told them from the get-go that it was a compressor issue, it wouldn't be mid-May in 90° heat and I would have a fixed vehicle without wasting 3 months.) Now going to Eurofed who quoted 50% the estimate these guys gave on the rest of the repair. Waste of time and money! Go elsewhere!
I was looking for a place to SERVICE my MERCEDES, a friend RECOMMENDED “EURO SPEC”. I went and had a visual look around and spoke to a customer service representative. I was IMPRESSED with the APPEARANCE, INFORMATION I received and ATMOSPHERE of EURO SPEC, I scheduled an SERVICE APPOINTMENT. On the day of the APPOINTMENT, I was GREETED as soon as I entered, COFFEE and SNACKS were also offered. Steve was my SERVICE INTAKE REP, he was very EXPLICIT in EXPLAINING was going to be done in the DIAGNOSTIC PROCESS, no question was to “simple” for additional DETAILS. The CHECKING-OUT process was just as PERSONAL and CUSTOMER FRIENDLY as the ENTRY process. EURO SPEC was truly a “gift” in the world of BUSINESSES. I have truly discovered a business that met ALL of my EXPECTATIONS for PROFESSIONALISM, KNOWLEDGEABLE TECHNICIANS, ATMOSPHERE, PHYSICAL APPEARANCE, CLEANLINESS and FRIENDLINESS of office personnel that was possible. A “referral” program is also available My friend will be treated to a fantastic BRUNCH at COPELANDS RESTAURANT to try and THANK her for introduction to “EURO SPEC”. COREY was my “IN-TAKE REP and as I said previously nothing has changed with the SERVICE, PROFESSIONALISM and APPEARANCE of the FACILITY. I certainly wish I had a more EXTENSIVE VOCABULARY so I could use some “big” words that would. IMPRESS anyone that might be reading this at the moment. And sense I’m LIMITED in that respect I can only add this “closure”. I GUARANTEE that a visit to EURO SPEC should be on YOUR BUCKET LIST, ASAP.
Their repairs and the honesty are at the same very poor level. My 1999 Jaguar XK8 was brought in for two simple complaints. One being a possible stuck brake caliper, the other was a simple warning light. The rep(Steve) stated I needed all new brakes pads, rotors and other hardware. I authorized the work. I then checked my records and found the brakes, rotors and other hardware had been replaced by Jacksonville Jaguar less than 4000 miles prior. When I asked the EuroSpec rep, why they had been replaced, He stated" that's why Steve is gone" Steve was my original contact. The warning light was put out only after replacing a number of unnecessary speed sensors were replaced. The speed sensors accomplished nothing. When they put the orignal part back in that they had removed the light finally went out. They said, they replaced the valve cover gasket. I took the car to the Jaguar dealership shortly after my car was returned. The dealership stated the valve cover gasket was leaking. This now makes one wonder how much of their stated work was done, or do they just charge me for undone work. One glaring example is, I paid for 4 new calipers. The original complained about caliper was not replaced. After months of EuroSpec having my car, I showed there customer service Rep, the caliper that was not replaced. Like all the other questions about unnecessary brake replacement and other issues, He had no answers for why it was done or not done. I am shocked at the lack of HONOR.
Stay Away from Euro Spec !!!!! If I could’ve given no stars I would’ve.. I’ve seen them talk about customers behind their back and etc.. The all famous Rep “ Steve” to your far left as you walk in lies more than rugs do for every review you read his name is mentioned in it !!.. I’ve taken my vehicle to them and they never for once fixed what they charged me .. I’ve even spoken to a guy by the last name Carouso that had work done there as well as others I’ve reached out to with similar issues with this company!!! Oh and Ryan he’s just as bad stay away from them not because of what and how they’ve done people but how they’d do you .. as one and several customers have said you’d have to come in there with Elenor from gone in sixty seconds for them to look at you with concern tofix your car .. Mr Louis is from Columbia and tries his best but don’t know what his so called phony ponies are doing !!!!!!!!!!!! Now you may ignore this Review and just think I’m raving and ranting .. but I’m known as a Secret shopper and trust this BBB will be chatting with them real real real soon .. just as they feel to get people in to get their money those same people will be on the back burner once their Buisness is shut down seeming all you need by law to have just 5 bad reviews with all being a witness to their mishaps and inconsistent behavior.. EuroSpec your days are numbered or should I say hours .
So I'm a realtor and I absolutely need my car to drive around town. My car is a Volkswagen beetle and I've had it for almost 10 years now. It is my first car and all paid off. A few years ago I had a few lights come on and I got it diagnosed by the Volkswagen dealership. They gave me a lackluster explanation and a high price to pay to fix my car. I decided to not fix it until I met Euro Spec. A big shout out to Corey, John , and Erin who was at the front of the office who were all very friendly and I just felt like I was in good hands. I loved how Corey and JOHN the mechanic working on my car explained to me exactly what was going on with my car so that I felt like the money was worth it. The biggest thing was the price for parts and labor WAS SIGNIFICANTLY less than Volkswagen dealership price. Literally almost over half the price of what Volkswagen tried to charge me. I highly recommend this place if you have a European car or AT LEAST get a second opinion. Genuine and good people. I loved how their report also details each problem + labor + parts costs. I felt like it was all fairly priced. Unfortunately Volkswagen dealership NEVER gave anything close to such a easy to read report that justified their repairs. Anyways I'm coming here again for any major needs for my car!
For those wanting professionalism, excellent service and very fair prices, look no further! Mark greeted me first thing in the morning with professionalism I have not seen in an establishment in some time. This was followed up by Ryan(the owner) who personally went through everything with me, he showed genuine attention as to what I was looking to accomplish with my car. Ryan introduced me to John, the tech who would be executing the alignment. John is a super nice person who knows his way around a car and the attention to detail he has surpasses that of the dealer I normally use, this is in Tampa by the way. John didn’t stop until not only I was satisfied but himself as well. I cannot stress how rare of a level of commitment this is these days. Every person I talked to was very helpful, pleasant and you can clearly see that they enjoy what they do. They are a great crew and this is the type of place that you want to bring your car for service, whatever it may be. I own two companies so I know first hand how important customer service is and that it needs to be presented 100% of the time. Euro Spec is the place in Jacksonville that I will be bringing not only my personal vehicles but also my customers if we need to have something handled that we cannot address.
I’ve got my project planned out and I searched a lot of shops in the area. My project is a 2003 E46 330i. Now, it was neglected by the previous owner and I don’t have tools or a work space so the best choice was to let a shop with experience spanning across several makes and models from the beautiful Lotus Esprit to the Rolls Royce they work on it and their service and attention to detail shows. Mark specifically answers any questions I have about proceeding with work and restoration. Yes, the hourly rate may seem high to some but this isn’t just a repair shop. These are qualified and knowledgeable professionals. Honestly, any bad reviews you see here are spread out by at least 1 year which tells me they address any failure in satisfaction. I’ve already spent a good amount here and just looking at their work instills confidence. It really is the small things like getting a ride home when dropping my car off during my very first visit. This is the shop for you if you want peace of mind, experience, and fair business practices. The shop has plenty of traffic and they’re not interested in hurting your wallet. I’ll be back soon for more work.
**Edit; I received a call from the manager being extremely understanding and respectful and spoke through what had happened. I still might not be back in the future, but the respect shown by the manager deserves credit.** Took my car for an oil change, nothing major. The customer service was the only strange thing it made it seem like they didn't want my business. I dropped my car off at 8 AM it wasn't ready til 5 PM for an oil change which wasn't a big deal. They did this really cool diagnostic thing where it tells you whats wrong with your car and texts you the report. They called when it was ready and told me what was wrong with the car and I was essentially asking them prices and quotes to get these done and they man on the phone couldn't wait hang up. I was willing to keep my car in the next day and pick it up then if they were able to fix the items they stated were wrong. Also, they had a deal mentioned for $100 synthetic oil change on there site, I mentioned this when I dropped off the car and they still charged me $120... I wanted to give them more business and finally find a shop I trust, guess I'll keep looking.
Went in for a leaking radiator, they spent 1 hour trying to find the leak. Mind you I had call in advanced, and told them where is was coming from. I also told prior to working on the car where the leak was coming from WITH PICTURES FROM MY PHONE. The tech that was initially working on it spent a good hour pressure testing the system, and raising his hands like (I can't find this). Still could not find it, until the leak hit one of the owners in the head. I still figured I would give them a chance being early morning, and they were probably still waking up (it happens to all us). They charged me for the diagnostic, and told me some random $2000 number to swap my radiator, and that they would call me later. I was kinda expecting that, so I waited a bit. Never got a call. Went by Orange Park Mercedes, and got it done for $1100. AT THE DEALER. Then I get a message sent to my phone asking how I am doing with my car. I promptly replied that I got my service done somewhere else. Some people don't want money I guess.
I will never use Eurospec again. For my first visit, I made an 8 am appointment 2 weeks ago to have my vintage Mercedes aligned. I arrived at 7:45 am, and before my car was done, a guy in a Porsche GT4 comes in for an "emergency alignment." They pulled my vintage Mercedes off the alignment rack without finishing the job, put the GT4 on the rack and spent the next 2.5 hours doing the Porsche while I waited. I spent almost 5 hours in their waiting room. Then when the GT4 was done, my vintage Mercedes goes back on the alignment rack and they finished my job after I'd been sitting around for 5 hours in their waiting room. And on top of that, they didn't even get the steering wheel straight in the alignment. They really could care less about you unless you arrive in a GT4. Me and my 4 vintage Mercedes will not set foot in there again. What a waste of my time. If you have a GT4 or a McLaren, you should go there. Otherwise, stay away!
Brought my 2015 BMW M4 here last year for an oil change. I rarely drive the car and was in florida for the winter. I took the car back up to CT and went to have BMW change the oil. The then informed me that whoever changed the oil last tightened the bolt way too much and stripped it. The bolt will now not come out and I need a new $1500 oil pan. I called the owner of Euro Spec Ryan Merchan who essentially pointed the fingers back at me and said the car is known for this issue and there is no way to prove they messed up. I talked with BMW who said this issue is not common and that they can tell how extremely tight it had been put on based off how hard it was to get the engine bay areas off as well. Euro Spec refuses to acknowledge their error and told me to go kick rocks. I am now out over $2,000 after trusting this show to do a simple oil change. BEWARE BEFORE TAKING YOUR CAR HERE FOR SOMETHING AS SIMPLE AS AN OIL CHANGE.
First time bringing my car here and it will be the last time. I'm not the person to speak bad about any business but I'm totally disappointed. From professionalism to quality of service. First I was convinced they were going to take care of the issue when I spoke with Ryan but after paying $2700 and still have the same issues my car had, all I will say is from here on now, myself, families, my car clubs members ,my coworkers and my neighbors would no NOT TO have their car service with them. Brought my car back after the rebuilt alternator failed 2 weeks after picking up Fortunately they fixed it and now my car is running good as it use to. I got a good service from Cory and also my car was wash and clean this time when I picked it up. I just think they did what they suppose to do this time and I'm glad this worked out for me as a customer.
Overpriced. I paid around $580 for a 3 hour electrical inspection of my vehicle, which had been having some electrical issues. They put together a nice little list of the symptoms of the issue (all of which I already knew) and charged me for that. I could have gotten that for 40 an hour. They forgot to put one of my interior panels back in place and I didn't notice til I had already driven away, so a few days later I drove all the way back over and asked them to replace it and the guy at the front desk was a bit short with me and made me feel rude for asking them to do it today, although I was very polite in asking. He told me to come back tomorrow and they'll put it back in, so I figured out how to just put it back in myself. Expensive mistake on my part. I also found a mechanic who would do the diagnostics and repairs for far far less.
After several negative and unsuccessful experiences at the local BMW service department, I decided to take my business elsewhere and ended up at Euro Spec. The service and hospitality I received at Euro Spec was far superior. One of the front bumper parking sensors on my 2019 BMW x2 had become disconnected and needed to be set back in place. Euro Spec fixed my sensor in half the time and at half the price quoted by BMW. The Service Advisor, Steve, was very helpful in booking my appointment, provided progress updates while I waited, and even followed up after my appointment to ensure the sensor was still in place and working properly. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received at Euro Spec and highly recommend them for your car care needs. They are my new "go-to" for BMW maintenance.
I scheduled my Audi Q3 for an inspection as I had noticed an oil leak after a recent oil change (not performed by Euro Spec Inc). Upon inspection, Jesus quickly determined the previous oil change company had replaced the oil drain plug with an incorrect size. He also noticed there was also a small leak around the level sending unit. The service advisor, Corey, kept me up to date throughout the entire process via phone as well as their vehicle inspection interface, which includes detailed photographs and technician notes. Things could not have been any easier. I have definitely learned my lesson. Take your European imports to Euro Spec for oil changes. You will not save money by going to the “quick” oil change shops. Euro Spec will be the only place I take my Audi to moving forward.
Took my 2013 Porsche 911 Carrera to Euro Spec for the first time last week. Had an AC that was not cooling. They had me drop off the car and got back with me in a day, letting me know they were diagnosing the issue on the rack. The following day they called and made recommendations and performed the approved work. The AC has been working better than I can remember since the repairs were performed. They made several recommendations for potential future issues due to regular a maintenance interval coming up. But no pressure to get it done now. Great communications and good work at a reasonable price. Very pleased with Steve that worked at the front desk. Very well informed and communicated well. I will definitely be using Euro Spec for my Porsche and Audi in the future.
I took my VW to Eurospec with an issue that I was told could only be solved by the dealer. A family friend recommended I take it here instead. I was skeptical at first but I was not disappointed. They did exactly as they promised and Mark provided excellent if not perfect customer service, he constantly kept in touch with me about the state of my repair, be it through email, text or phone. There were ZERO surprise charges. After the repair they gave me a full report on the health of my vehicle, and they were actual reasonable suggestions for repairs in the future, not just an up sell. I hope that my car never has problem again but if it does I know where I’m going to take it.
I have a 2010 Audi A5. I had my check engine light come on several times. When I drove to Euro Spec I was unsure about the condition.of.my vehicle. When I arrived I was greeted with friendly polite professionalism. I explained what was happening and he reassured me he will take care of it. The following day I was told my vehicle is ready. To my surprise they replaced several parts with higher quality than that of original equipment parts. The cost was also great considering the excellent fast service and quality parts used to fix my vehicle. I would recommend Euro Spec to anyone with any kind of automotive needs. Thank You EURO SPEC.
Lewis and Ryan thank you so much, Euro spec Inc is awesome. Mark assisted me with checking the car and letting me know all that needed to be done. The brake job was done top-notch and in a timely manner. I have been using euro-spec now for three years and can't say enough about how great the service has been. ***Note To Public*** if you have a Mercedes-Benz and it's time to do your transmission flush, brake job, suspension, and air ride work, I can tell you firsthand euro-spec is the company to do it for you. I have been recommending Euro-spec to all my fellow Mercedes-Benz owners. Thanks for another job well done.
EuroSpec is absolutely TOP NOTCH!!! I have nothing but good (great) service from each person who works here!! You are treated with kindness and respect… not to mention your car is repaired the right way. I requested if my new hub caps could be placed on each tire and Steve said absolutely and with NO extra charge. Corey also is extremely knowledgeable as well as professional. I will continue to come here when my car needs maintenance service done. One tip to keep in mind … make an appointment at least 2 weeks in advance because they are booked… but if you plan accordingly you won’t be disappointed!
Purchased my 2013 C250 from a local Mercedes dealership. With all the cars I have owned over the years, I have never and will never take them to the dealer to be serviced. Got online to look for a local shop and found Euro Spec to be rated very highly. The check engine light had come on after I had it for eight months, took it to Euro Spec and they said they would fit me in, and they did. I cannot say enough about the professionalism, timely service, and the explanation of services for my Mercedes. When I picked up the car, I met the owner and he is a nice young man. Highly recommend.
These guys were great! Super friendly and helpful. I was trying to buy a car from out of state and they worked with me to have the car looked at. The dealer even forget to bring the car down for the scheduled inspection and Corey was great about rescheduling the inspection. He fit it in during a busy day and they provided one of the most detailed PPIs I’ve ever seen. Their inspection helped me to negotiate with the dealer and revealed some things that the dealer did not disclose (didn’t tell me it was a smokers car or show some cosmetic damage in pics. Great shop!
Euro Spec is a top-rated installer with Tite Rack, and I'm so glad I chose to do business with them! When one of my tires was misrouted due to an issue with the shipping company, Euro Spec was first to notify me. They remained communicative and supportive throughout, even checking the boxes ahead of time to verify we had all the correct hardware. Installation was flawless, plus their wheel alignment cleared up a tricky and persistent issue. Bravo! Euro Spec are impressive professionals and I will be seeing them for service with my vehicle.
I went in due to a brake fluid service, and the Euro Spec team was able to find that my front brake pads weren’t functioning correctly. At the risk of a future brake failure, or continued uneven wear of the pads and rotors, they contacted my warranty company and facilitated the complete replacement of the brakes and rotors. They did a great job, and went above and beyond to save me a long process of getting the warranty coverage verified. This is my second car that I’ve brought to them, and I’ve always been extremely satisfied with their work.
They did a great job on my car, and have it feeling like new. I had electrical issues that they took care of quickly and at a fair price. Before I went to EuroSpec I got a quote from Nissan and they wanted $1000 just for getting the diagnostics which I knew then was absolutely ridiculous. To make things better their customer service was first class, they were easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. I will be going to EuroSpec for all my cars needs from now on and I recommend everyone to get their car serviced by them.
I was referred here from another mechanic for my 2016 Audi in for a coolant warning and rumbling of my car. They diagnosed the problem fairly quickly and brought out the part to show me so I knew what I was paying for. Replacing it was quick and easy, but I had to come back in because of an oil leak with a (thankfully) simple fix. I dealt with Bryan and Rob this whole process and they were very professional, understanding and helpful. Now, my car runs very smoothly with no oil leaks. Will definitely bring my car here in the future!
I’ve been a loyal customer of EuroSpec for years, but their prices have increased steadily for the past 4+ years I’ve taken my cars here. My last visit was one insult too many; quoted 10 hours on a job that takes less than 5 hours to complete. Begged and pleaded with them to correct their maintenance hours but to no avail. Over a $3100 quoted by EuroSpec. I paid $1807 for the same exact thing not even 5 mins down the road. Do your research before you go throwing these guys your hard earned money. It will likely save you THOUSANDS.
I am very pleased with EuroSpec. The staff is kind and friendly. Mark handled my repair work cost and dealing with my extended warranty company and my portion of the bill was very reasonable. He is a good guy and professional in his work. He kept me informed throughout the time my car was with them They even did a service on my BMW for free, which I was unable to pay for! Thank you! This is a great European repair shop which does good work and stands behind it. I'm am a returning customer, this is the shop I'll use in the future.
Acquired a 2020 Mercedes SLC 300 Roadster and wanted an alternative to dealership maintenance services. Found Euro Spec on Google and researched reviews and was impressed with the results. Made an appointment for a normal service and from start to finish was treated great. Cory did a great job explaining the service and received a detailed report including pictures. In the end only needed an oil change and cost was reasonable based on service provided. I highly recommend Euro Spec for those with high-end luxury vehicles.
They did a good job on my alignment. however this shop did charge more than BMW quoted me by an extra 33% for a wheel alignment. I needed my car aligned because I got my car lowered and new tires. I didn’t feel like haggling so I paid it, whatever. Seems that if you have a higher end car they charge you extra. I don’t think I will be returning back to this shop. I wont be a long term customer with shops that charge luxury tax on cars. Close to three hundred dollars for a 4 wheel alignment on an M4 is funny business IMO.
These guys ripped me off huge! Took over 3k in "diagnostics and changing thermostat and water pump" tech locked out the computer and said the truck need 7k more in work to be ok. I told them I got bad gas that it needed fuel pump and was charged for gas removal and flush was never done. Took it to a friend's Range Rover shop in ATL they put a new in tank fuel pump in like i said $550 later and everything was perfect. SCAMMERS beware quoted me thousands for brakes on my Audi R8 got done by reputable shop for $300
Brought in my '67 Type 1 Beetle as Euro Spec is much closer than the other very reputable vintage VW option in Jacksonville. Service took quite a while as they have only one guy that works on vintage VWs (they warned me about that so it was not a surprise), but the car is in great shape now that I have it back. Communication was good for the most part (had to chase them down once or twice for updates), but they were always very informative, honest, and clear about what was needed. Will definitely use them again.
I have been a client (feels more like family member) since 2006. From the top down the Euro Spec team takes great pride in their work and are not satisfied until it is perfect. They love my car almost as much as I do. I especially appreciate the post service follow up and genuine desire to ensure the service and experience are quality (it always is). Further, I always feel respected and valued as a client. Even after all these years, the Euro Spec team continues to raise the bar and exceeds my expectations.
Ryan and his staff provided great customer service! They did a thorough assessment of my "new" used vehicle and we addressed the most important issues first. Other less critical issues were handled on my second visit when I was scheduled for an oil change. They were great about prioritizing maintenance and I trust their guidance going forward. Car is running great. Ryan was a pleasure to work with and I will definitely return to have our European cars serviced by Ryan and his staff.
Very satisfied with work and customer service! Corey, very knowledgeable and great assets for the company. I felt like the company was very honest with the work and what needs to be done to my vehicle!!! Nothing like HONESTLY, QUALITY, and Great ATTITUDE! I have already spread the word to my friend's! I will not be going to Mercedes here in Jacksonville again!! I give Five 's for everything!! Normally, I don't!! Thanks for your honesty!!
Brought my wife’s Volvo XC90 into Eurspec for maintenance since the big Volvo dealership in town makes my wife feel like she’s being taken advantage of. EuroSpec was amazing with the upfront costs, sent us updates along the way through the process of a diagnostic test, even sent us a personal thank you for coming in that day. Hands down, greatest team to do that type of work, we will be back and back again! Great Job EuroSpec team!
Steve and the team at Eurospec were great to deal with. I am in and out of town for work all the time and he was able to communicate every detail very well by phone. Parts take a long time to get but that's with everything these days. Glad we chose them for our engine rebuild. We had a catastrophic engine failure on our VW Jetta and they rebuilt it completely. No issues so far and happy with the quality service too! Thanks Steve!
Always a great experience with these gentleman. I appreciate their honest recommendations on services for my car. Sean was my service advisor this go round. He was very friendly and engaging despite his name being spelled incorrectly. Most importantly my car felt like new when I left. This is literally a spa for your car when you go there. I would recommend Euro Spec to anyone looking for great service at fair price!
Thank you to the entire team over at Euro Spec, most notably; Ryan, Ryan & Steve. Bought in my VW Golf R for oil change & brake flush. They provided me with a detailed and digital analysis which I have never come across in the industry. I can now see why they have Ferrari, Porsche, BMW, Mercedes and Audi on there lot. Thank you again. Cars running great and performing at an optimal level. I'll be back.
This place is bar far the best service shop I've ever worked with. From the second an appointment is made, you feel taken care of. Their attention to detail is very impressive. I especially like seeing the visual inspections sent by email of what is going on with my vehicle. Whether it's a simple oil change, a more in depth repair or performance modifications, this place is my go-to. Thanks again guys!
Performance engine parts. Service was amazing, staff was professional but took the time to talk and make me feel comfortable! Cory, the service tech, was great and had great BMW knowledge. Discussed future upgrades and mods with him and he knew how to perform them all. Everyone from the owner down were just amazing. Will definitely take my BMW X5 back for all needed upgrades or services
It takes time before you can trust your mechanic and Ryan with his team of experts at Euro Spec have earned mine! They are are rare breed of professionals that love why they do and treat you as a valued customer and your car as if it was theirs. I have had my cars serviced there over the last 5 years and am was never disappointed. The new shop upgrade is looking great - best of luck!
It was my our first time to use Euro Spec services since we moved in Jax and was pretty impressed with their professionalism and excellent customer service. Steve was our service advisor and we're very satisfied and would highly recommend them! Thank you for your honest business and your affordable rates. Our MINI Cooper is up and running again! We're definitely going back!
Ryan and his team were extremely professional, fast and reasonably priced. I had only used dealerships in the past to service my unique car and was honestly somewhat apprehensive going to an independent shop. I am glad I gave Euro Spec a try. Excellent repair, for a fraction of the cost. These are Car guys who know what they are doing...I will be returning for future needs.
Repaired my sons BMW, it took a little longer than expected, but they did a great job. The parts costs were really good, but the hourly rate is a bit pricey. The work is warranted for a year which is a big plus. Service Mgr keeps you posted at every move. Overall, really good work, just know you wont get it back the next day and be ready to pay for that labor and warranty.
Awesome shop. Only place to get work done on your car! Brought in my 1 series for a coolant leak and expected a huge bill. The dealership would probably not even do a full diagnosis and just charge thousands to replace my entire cooling system. Went to Eurospec and they found a small seal for the radiator that has gone bad. Charged 1 hour of labor and sent me on my way.
I worked with Sean to have the oil change done on my Porsche Cayman and was extremely happy with the experience. He worked me into their already booked schedule, provided a detailed inspection report viewable on my iPhone, and completed the job faster than I expected and for a wonderful price. It was my first time to use Euro Spec but it definitely won't be the last!
Have done business with Euro Spec for several years now, always extremely satisfied. They have a great front office staff that is flexible and works with your schedule and coordinates ordering parts so there is no wasted time. You vehicle is always ready as promised. So fortunate to have an excellent Foreign Car Repair Shop that is convenient to all in Jacksonville.
Great staff and Mechanics. Less expensive. Faster. Oil change/Maintanence on my Porsche Macan S. Took an hour and a half plus an overall detailed inspection with photos of suggested repair/heavy wear areas. In and Out. Previously took to Fields Porsche....3 weeks from the time I dropped it off til pick up. Way more expensive and less detailed. This is my new shop.
Absolute amazing shop. Found through word of mouth. Staff is absolutely 100% honest, attentive and knowledgeable. Had multiple services completed as well as aftermarket parts installed an never pressured into buying something not needed. Euro Spec is a definite one stop shop! It is one of, if not the best car shop. Check them out. Also, ask about their discounts!
These guys know engines. I have two imports that both have turbos, one of them a biturbo. Their analysis of the repair comes to you for approval with photos of the areas so you can see what’s going on when visible. They also stand behind their work with warranties, which on one occasion had to use without issue. I trust this shop which is a rarity these days.
My 1961 Mercedes had just been fully restored but with a new alternator that was faulty. An officer with the local Mercedes Benz Club of America recommended Euro Spec to me for this repair. It was a simple remove/replace, but the service advisor and the technician gave me full confidence and did the switch in a very reasonable amount of time at a fair price.
Very pleased with all aspects of the facility. They took a car that had been sitting for 18 months and corrected all the issues that had developed and make the car like new. Good communication about the progress of the work, courteous people and a LOT less than the dealership wanted to charge. Could not be more pleased. We will be back. Highly recommended.
After months of going back and forth with both Audi dealerships in Jacksonville and going to another repair shop in Miami and wasted $$$$, I found Euro Spec Inc. online. I spoke to Corey over the phone who was able to give an accurate diagnostic before I even brought the car in. I'm very happy with the repairs. My car is now running like new again!
They did a good job on my VW. Had a leak in my oil pan. They suggested a better quality aluminum pan as the old one was plastic. Definitely have some peace of mind now. I think if they expanded to a bigger facility they could be more efficient (not an expert just an observation.) They also have VW experts there as well which was really cool.
It is an honest and very professional service. My car entered Monday at noon and left Tuesday as new, the diagnosis was very fast on my Mercedes Benz GL450. Steve is very helpful and always gives updates on what is happening. I recommend it ! These guys are amazing! The best in Jacksonville for European and domestic cars! Great job guys !!!!
Great communications along the entire process. Saved hundreds of dollars by using Euro Spec instead of dealer for scheduled maintenance. The report that is provided upon completion spells everything out clearly. Upon picking up the vehicle, details were again communicated with any concerns clearly identified. This is how it should be done!
Great professional service. They quickly replaced a broken window regulator for me. I arrived 30 minutes before closing. They immediately installed a temporary fix and set up an appointment. The turnaround was quick. My 335i was back on the road with a new regulator a short time later. Highly recommend European car owners check them out!
The A/C in my 1994 BMW 525i was not working. It was not blowing cold air even after adding freon at another repair facility. The crew at Euro Spec was able to correctly diagnose and correct the problem. Cory kept me informed during the repair process. Very pleased with the customer service. I would definitely recommend their services.
I called, left a message. They never returned my call. I scheduled the A9 maintenance on my MB SLK elsewhere. No doubt my application with the dealer will cost me a good deal more, but they returned my call...I have no heard from the owner, we are in the process of scheduling some needed maintenance. They seem very fair in pricing.
I had been dealing with the Mini dealership for a couple years prior to trying Euro Spec. I found them to be much friendlier, cheaper and weren’t trying to up-sell and bunch of stuff I didn’t need (power steering fluid anyone?). I very much appreciated that and would recommend anyone with a European car to try them.
Highly recommend! Took a used car here that I recently purchased and was still under warranty. Their very thorough inspection enabled me to get a few things fixed, paid by the dealership! I will definitely be bringing my car back here for all its necessary maintenance and repairs. Friendly staff are a total bonus!!
Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. I feel at ease bringing my VW Touareg in for service here. The location can be easy-ish to miss if pulling in from the same side of the road as the shop (right turn in). The parking lot is small and tricky to maneuver when full - which it has been, every time I’ve visited.
Euro Spec is a good alternative to using the dealership for our out of warranty Audi. Communications are good, prices are fair and reasonable. We receive texts from the technicians containing photos and sometimes video of our vehicle which help us understand what the service advisor is explaining to us. Nice touch.
Spent over $1000 to diagnose and resolve the cause of needing to add a quart of oil about every 6 weeks. About 6 weeks after the ‘repair’ my car was a quart low again. Took it back. New guesses as to why it is still losing oil. Want more $ to guess again. Not fixed. Looking for a trustworthy competent mechanic
I live more than 110 miles from Jacksonville, FL; but, I had a meeting there and I had an issue with my smart car. I stopped by Euro Spec and they were able to get my car issue resolved...while I was there! My thanks to Louis and Ryan for their professionalism, their service, and their accommodating me.
I recently had an excellent experience with Euro Spec. The staff was incredibly professional, and the service was prompt and efficient. They went above and beyond to ensure my car was in top-notch condition. I highly recommend their services for anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy car service.
Another fantastic experience at EuroSpec these guys are the best, I trust them with my BMW M6 If something goes wrong. Extremely professional polite and courteous, always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are happy and satisfied. Would definitely recommend them. Thanks for a great job Kevin
Great staff, friendly environment, and quality work for reasonable prices. They have worked on my mercedes s-class more than once and have done exceptional work. Luis, Ryan and the staff go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. I recommend these guys for sure. You will not be disappointed!
I recently purchased a 2001 Boxster S. This is not only my 1st Porsche, but my 1st euro. I had Eurospec perform a pre-purchase inspection. Mark and the team very helpful and informative. I’ve had a lot of euro-newbie questions I feel I’ve gotten straight forward honest answers to. Would recommend.
Eurospec is a very competent European Car repair shop. They excellently service both of my European cars. They always check my cars and inform me of their needs. I don’t always want to do their recommendations at that specific time, but am able to budget for the repairs because of their attention.
Excellent service. They had to repair my "repair" from another shop that totally botched my Smart car. They also did some additional work I needed done and took great care of my car. This company came highly recommended by several people and now I know why. This will be my go to place from now on.
So glad I came to Euro Spec! Heard good things prior from my fellow Porsche owners and the research was good as well. Corey went above and beyond. His efforts saved me about $2500. Chris did a great job on the repairs and I can feel the difference in the cars performance. Kudos all around! …
Euro Spec is the go to shop for maintenance on my car. They have been able to perform any job at a reasonable price. They will certainly see me on my next regularly scheduled service visit as they have managed to keep my high maintenance car on the road instead of the garage. Thanks Euro Spec!
As much as I loathe bringing my vehicles to the repair shop, Cory and John the technician took care of my vehicle immaculately. John allowed my vehicle to warm up before entering and leaving the shop with it. They might be more expensive than the average tire shop but you get what pay for!!
Diagnosed and fixed a strange electrical/computer problem with our Range Rover and it drives like new, after acting odd for a few months. These days when everything is computerized in vehicles, it's good to know there's an independent shop that can still fix these complex issues.
EuroSpec took great care of my car. I brought my Audi in for an oil change and for once didn’t feel cheated or taken advantage of. Upon making my appointment I called with a few questions and was taken care of by a gentleman who made me feel like I had been a customer for years.
The team at EuroSpec was very helpful, friendly and professional. The shop itself is upscale and as professional a set up as I've ever seen. They performed a 4 Wheel Alignment on my BMW accurately and ata very fair price I would gladly have my vehicle serviced here again.
Disappointed after having car fir two qeeks to find car has same noise brought in for. Replaced wheel bearing yet noise still there. Disappointing having paid $1600 and engine light and nouse still there. Back in shop for valve cover, hopefully issues will be solved.
I have used Ryan and Luis's place of business for a number of years, like 15 plus. Have always been treated with attention to detail and watching the bottom line! I whole heartedly recommend them for Audi & VW work. They work on other makes also with the same care!
A top drawer Interstate battery was installed and the brain box/system relearned. Total price w/o sales tax was $515 that is really high and found out later that a 2003 Jaguar brain box is too old to require "relearning". I rate this biz as more sizzle than steak!
Had brake pads replaced on front and rear of my AMG. Oil change and inspection. My first experience with Steve and Euro Spec was Top Notch in every way. Excellent communications, and follow-up. Good feeling knowing they're there if I have a problem in the future.
Thorough inspection, great service!! I absolutely love having the pictures of my MB to refer to as a baseline! All service providers should be doing the same! Keeps everyone on same page! Makes servicing a vehicle super easy! The proof is in the pictures! …
I’ve been to Euro Spec with my Mercedes twice now. I have been mostly pleased except for the fact that they did not call me when they said they would and though I paid for a full service they left me with a low coolant level that I had to take care of myself.
Recently moved to Jax and very thankful to have found EuroSpec. They are now my go-to mechanic. Prices are upfront and honest, no hidden costs. Great customer service and overall good experience coming here. Military discount was a total unexpected bonus!
I’ve been going to them for over a year now and have had a great experience. They report everything to Carfax and give detailed description with pictures on your vehicles Health. I recommend you make an appointment well in advance as they are always busy.
My experience exceeded my expectations. Office staff is amazing. Very personable and helpful in every way. I appreciate the honesty I received and the quality of work that was performed. I will no longer be servicing my car at the dealership as a result.
The guys at Euro Spec rocks! The service was done in a timely manner, and I love how the mechanic show photos of the inspiration of your vehicle. The rates are good compared to the dealership. I would highly recommend taking your car there for service.
Took our English Roadcat XJ8L to eurospec after going to several shade tree mechanics. If you have a really nice vehicle and you want it taken care of with kit gloves bring it here, Steve and his men will take very good care of your automobile/Salon
Cory gave me options on what to do, gave me a great referral for work outside of their core competency, and returned my car to me squeaky clean. Great to find a qualified indie. I’m getting a better job done for a lot less than at the stealership !
Excellent team and service. They have serviced four of my vehicles (all Porsches) on a recurring basis for the last decade. They explain the issue in detail and show me specifics when warranted. My go to team for vehicle maintenance and service.
I've come in several times in the last couple of years. Friendly and courteous staff but pricing is very high. Quality of workmanship lacks tremendously. Every time I took the car in it was never ready. Always kept it for more than a day.
I just wanted to share my experience with Eurospec. I had terrible experiences at TiresPlus and Tire Kingdom and was at my whits end. I decided to take my 328i to Eurospec and had them do the alignment since I had four new tires recently
All wheel Alignment was perfect after several tries. Requested wheels balance and discovered broken bands on the front wheels, no wonder why the front was vibrating on the Maserati Granturismo. Unexpectedly the front tires were replaced.
I bought my 1st European car a few years back. 2001 986 Boxster S. I brought it to Eurospec for a pre/post purchase inspection. The team at Eurospec took the time to answer a slew of questions from a rather ignorant new Porsche owner. I
The Staff was very helpful and friendly. They fully explained the services, approximate cost and provide a detailed workup link where i could see the areas of need. I'm a repeat customer and look forward to using them in the future.
I have been a Eurospec customer since 2015 at nearly 140000 miles and the Eurospec team is keeping my 2012 Panamera on the road in the best shape. I did my research and found a good mechanic makes all the difference. Thanks!
This place is awesome! From the moment I arrived with my car they were very courteous and helpful. The free inspection was a plus! Very efficient, I would take my car there again if I lived in Florida Thank you so much!
