We worked with Anya a few months ago to buy a table and chairs for our dining room. We returned last week to look for a sideboard as well as bedroom furniture. She was fantastic. She remembered exactly what we had previously purchased and was able to find a wonderful piece to match. She also put together the perfect bedroom furniture for us. Anya is amazing! The furniture was delivered a few days later and the delivery men were also very polite and efficient. They had difficulty getting one piece into the bedroom due to an extreme angle but they made it work with no damage to the piece or to the walls. Bri at Bliss was a great help to us when we were shopping for a couch a couple months ago. We had gone to no less than 20 stores all over the Nashville area looking for the perfect couch. We had been to Bliss early on in our search but wanted to be sure to shop around. We re-visited Bliss twice during our search. Bri took our phone calls and was always friendly and helpful when we reached out for help. Thankfully we ended up with the Boone sectional sofa and just love it! It’s perfect for our space. Bliss was one of only a couple of the stores we visited that actually had floor stock so getting our sofa delivered was no problem. Highly recommend Bliss and will definitely be back!

Since purchasing my home, approximately 4 years ago, I have frequented Bliss Home, for furniture and decor items. Overall, my experiences have been positive. This review relates to my most recent experience, using Bliss to redecorate the loft. The process which began in August, had not been smooth. Delivery commitments have not been met and no accommodations were offered. When the custom countertop stools I ordered finally arrived, after 3 months, I was extremely disappointed to discover one stool in the pair was poorly manufactured, in that the base to the stool was installed wrong. Even more disappointing is the lack of a response to my multiple requests to remedy the matter.

I loved my Bliss Home experience! Recently moved to the Nashville area and was looking for some occasional chairs for my front room. Anya showed me the way! Once I had decided on some chairs, she went above and beyond, finding just the right pillows that would coordinate with my wall color, as well as a beautiful rug and accent table. Anya spent a lot of time with me to get everything just right, eyeing every single rug sample. She has an impeccable eye for design. My furniture arrived today and I am thrilled! One of my all time favorite furniture stores in Nashville! I've purchased several pieces from Bliss over the years with the guidance of sales associate Ellen Clark. She is remarkably talented and has a great eye. Almost as important, she is incredibly patient and thoughtful. I never feel rushed or pressured to make a purchase. She happily researches and prices pieces I want that may not be displayed and will tell me if she honestly thinks I'm heading in the wrong decor direction. Highly recommend a visit!

Bliss has a great selection with a good variety of prices. I have made 2 purchases in the last year and the sales staff, Ellen and Deb and then delivery drivers, Landon & Hani were all so polite and made the process so simple. Both purchases, the furniture I ordered arrived quickly and delivered exactly as promised, which is rare. I live in Bowling Green and my only wish is they would open a store here. Until then, I will continue to visit the Nashville store when looking for home furnishings.

We love buying our furniture at Bliss. They have so much that looks good in a room together. We've especially appreciated working with Sam Baker. She worked so hard to find pieces and styles that would work in our small living room with a pretty complicated layout. She also pointed us in the direction of a company that is making our furniture in the USA from local materials, which we really like. We've had multiple really great experiences here and we always refer our friends to check it out!

I cannot say enough good things about the help I received from Ellen! I'm about to relocate to the area and Ellen has been helping me find items that are actually in-stock and will fit in my new home, which are hard to come by these days! She was warm, welcoming, and incredibly friendly. She spent a generous amount of time listening to me explain what I was looking for and proposed multiple suggestions by showing me various items throughout the store that would match my needs.

Bliss was a beautiful store and Anya was a huge help! She went above and beyond helping us with furniture as we were purchasing for a client out of state. She answered text messages and calls quickly even on her day off to help us get the furniture ordered and figure out how we were going to get it shipped out of state. Awesome experience buying two benches at different times from Anya. The manufacturer stopped making the bench and we wanted a matching one. Anya was so helpful locating the item! I can depend on Bliss to have a great selection of furniture that is beautiful and well crafted. Anya was a great help to us in our recent media console and chair purchases. Not only did she provide great design help, she responded quickly to our questions and provided great customer service after the sale as well, when a shelf on our console was missing a clip.

I really love the furniture there... I've bought a few items from there that I feel are beautiful in my home, but if you are on a budget, the prices on some items may give you sticker shock. I do recommend going in... you may find some pieces you like that will fit your budget. (I got my bed and bench that are pictured from Bliss.)

Anya was so easy to work with-made my mom life so easy! I was able to purchase all of the items needed just from texting/calling. She sent numerous pictures (they have so many options) and was able to work her magic and get it delivered all in one week. If we have any more future purchases this will be the place!

The store has a good selection of furniture and decorative accessories and covers enough different styles to just about satisfy everyone. The staff is great - hanging back until you need assistance. Anya in particular was great to work with and I love my purchase.
