THEY DON’T STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT! My daughter ordered a large bouquet from bloomex Calgary, it was an expensive bouquet. The order arrived on time. The flowers seemed fresh The issue occurred 2 days after receipt. There were 6 roses in the bouquet and they turned brown on the backside and literally feel off the stem. When I turned them over there was a white mold all on the underside. I contacted Bloomex via chat and they asked me to email with photos which I did. The response from Bloomex was that they only take complains about the quality of the flowers within 24 hours of receiving the order. Really?? It was literally 2 days and the most expensive flowers in the bouquet were rotted. Not happy with the customer service at all. I will stick to ordering from in person florists because they stand by their products. Save yourself the headache. For the price, it’s not worth buying from this company

I was put on hold for over 11 minutes at the beginning of the call I was charged and before the end of the call I was charged. Therefore I was billed twice for the same order the online customer service representative said that it would be normal that I would see two charges on my card and to trust him that it was only one withdrawal, but it ended up being two separate charges for the same purchase. I wasn’t allowed to refund customer service was not helpful whatsoever kept getting passed from person to person the flowers finally arrived for my mother. They were all dead. They weren’t the flowers that were described. I spent $80 and got charged twice for a dead bouquet of flowers. I could’ve found better at my closest grocery store for 10 bucks. I am very disappointed and I will never return to this company again buyers beware go elsewhere

I had a terrible experience with this company. I called to send flowers to someone in a different city and I was told they could do it that same day which is what I needed. I called back a few hours later since I didn’t hear from them and the person on the phone said that the original person I spoke with made a mistake and they couldn’t deliver that day. This was really upsetting because had I known this from the beginning I would’ve gone with someone else as I needed the flowers delivered that day and I paid a large sum for them. This went on for 3 days where I’m calling and they keep delaying my delivery. I finally called back and mentioned that I wanted to speak with management and the agent was magically able to get my flowers delivered that day. I will never use this company again.

Bloomex seems to be a terrific company. The street address I had was off by a few digits; Customer Service Agent Chris kindly helped me with rescheduling and updating the delivery info (yes, I had to incur another delivery charge, but that’s on me!) for our order of flowers and chocolates to be sent, so hopefully they’ll be delivered tomorrow. Their system is well done re: seeing one’s account online. (Only my account doesn’t reflect the new charge that I paid to have the order sent out again.) I have the impression, mostly due to my pleasant interaction with Chris, that Bloomex is a thoughtful and caring company. And I will be happy to purchase gifts through them in future.

November 27, 2023 I am very happy to give a '5-Star rating' to Tony, your Customer Service Rep who completed my order over the phone just now. I told him that I had an account with Bloomex Flowers and he listened to my new order for a friend. I thought of flowers and then asked for details of the 'Bloomex Gift Box'. He listed the items and asked if I wanted to hear some options, which I did. He told me he could fill the order immediately, and the charge for delivery. He noted the delivery details already on file for my friend and asked if there were any changes. He was so helpful and thorough. He is an excellent Customer Service Rep for Bloomex Flowers. Worst customer service!!! They don’t deserve the 1 star I am forced to give… I ordered a birthday bouquet and it never got delivered. I called twice the first time I was told it was in the warehouse and would be delivered.I called back at 7:30pm as it still did not arrive and was told it would be delivered in a few days! I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money and they hung up on me. Tried calling back and can’t get through. They sent me a text message asking me to do a survey for the quality of the customer service I received. I clicked the link and its just a blank page! What a joke I will never order from this company again. save your money.

I received a call on November 24 about a promotional offer that Bloomex had to follow up on a previous order I placed at Christmastime last year. By ordering early, I would save 20%. I was busy when the call came through and the Bloomex representative offered to call me back at a more convenient time. We scheduled the call and when he phoned, I was able to be at my computer looking at the Bloomex website. I was able to select a different item than I sent the previous year and schedule the delivery for the day I wanted in December. This meant one less thing to do in the pre-Christmas rush. Thanks, Bloomex.

Michael was pleasant and efficient putting my order together. I have used their service for several years and have had good results. If I was to pick an issue, it would be with their web ordering. If you make a mistake, I couldn't figure out how to go back and fix it myself. I had to call customer service to fix it--I believe I should be able to fix my own issue. Otherwise, a good overall experience.

Poor product and even worse customer service. They don’t respond to concerns. I wish I read reviews before purchasing. The flowers I had delivered to a friend were wilted, broken and they were squished and sad looking. They also didn’t even include the card. Very disappointed. Will never order from this place again, do not recommend.
