I was blown away by Northwest Florist's service from the moment of my call, late on a Saturday afternoon. My friend's father just died, the day before Father's Day. I knew I was too late for a same day delivery and that they did not normally deliver on Sundays. They asked me the address, told me to enter the information online for delivery Monday and they would do everything in their power to delivery the arrangement on Sunday, Father's Day. Imagine my happiness when my friend called to say how thrilled he and his sons were that the flowers had arrived. It was a hugely meaningful touch for them that the beautiful flowers arrived, but especially so on that special day. I would highly recommend Northwest Florist in Calgary.

Wanted to send flowers to my aunt in Calgary as a spur of the moment thing, completely spontaneous. Since I am based in Dubai, never having visited Canada, I had no idea which florist to use. So I googled for flower delivery in Calgary and Northwest Florist came up in the search. Surfed their website and found them to be a good balance between price and the variety of flower arrangements offered. So I ordered. Within 12 hours my aunt sent me the picture of flowers delivered to her. The picture was the same as was on their website. Their email informing me of delivery was also prompt. I was happy that I made the right choice. Will definitely use them again. Thanks NW florist for making me and my aunt happy!

I used Northwest Florist for my wedding and I HIGHLY recommend them! Kitty was great, super accommodating and open to what I wanted. My biggest thing was wanting a bouquet that had a white/peach/pink/red theme and they definitely nailed it. I got a TON of compliments on my wedding day about the flowers, with everyone commenting about how great the colours and flowers worked together. Wedding flowers can be insanely expensive, but I found Northwest Florist to be one of the most affordable places, and I definitely got my money's worth. I highly suggest booking a consultation with them if you're looking for wedding flowers!

I am always on the hunt for a good florist. I came across Northwest Florist online and ordered the “florist of the day” arrangement for my mum’s birthday. I had no idea what to expect- but we were so thrilled with the delivery! It arrived on time- next day delivery- and I received a confirmation email saying the flowers were delivered. That made the experience even better. The arrangement was beautiful and really affordable. Would absolutely recommend!

We went with Northwest Florist for our wedding flowers- we ordered a bridal bouquet, 2 bridesmaid bouquets, 3 boutonnières and bulk babies breath and roses to make my own centerpieces. Malinda wrote a personal card to me and also made it so that my bouquet had 2 easily removable roses to give to my mom and mother in law during the ceremony. I ordered flowers to deliver a friend who's family member had passed. They called me to double check if I didn't mind changing a flower in the bouquet as it they said they were missing one flower. I was okay with it. Thankfully they were able to find the flower that was listed and also sent me a picture before being delivered! Our friend was very touched by the flowers and they were absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much. Will use them again!

Northwest Florist was one of the vendors for our wedding in Banff. Malinda was so thoughtful and had incredible attention to detail. She was very easy to work with (online forms, emails, phone calls, and in-person visits), knew exactly what I was looking for, and executed it perfectly. She kept to our budget while keeping my vision. She also personally had the flowers delivered to our venue on short notice which we were incredibly moved by.

This was my first experience ordering a flower arrangement from Northwest Florist. I am very pleased with the quality of their service. The courier was very professional and the flower arrangement I ordered was delivered on time, and the bouquet looked even better in person. The friend I had sent them to was so impressed, she shared a photo (attached). Looking forward to ordering more flowers in the future!

What an incredible florist! I ordered same day delivery with some very specific delivery instructions. The flowers were delivered to the recipient so quickly (I want to say in around an hour - did not expect that), the delivery instructions were followed to a tee and the flowers look EXACTLY as pictured on the web page. Will absolutely order with them again!!

I wanted colorful flowers. They worked within my budget for my wedding and the flowers turned out so fun and so beautiful. I didn’t even know what the flowers would look like until the day of as I didn’t have time to go look at what I ordered but I trusted Malinda and showed her photos of what I was looking for and it turned out great!

What an amazing find! I discovered Northwest Florist recently and have ordered a couple of bouquets as presents. I picked the designer’s Choice both times and was not disappointed. Communication with the staff was easy and pleasant. Love this place and will definitely be back!

I would not recommend this florist at all! My mom bought me a dozen roses for $116. I cut them, gave them food and fresh water, and they still never opened up. They remained tight for over a week until they dried out. It was very disappointing especially given the price point.

Great shop with great service. We asked for a bouquet, boutonniere, and two large mantle pieces that could be converted into table pieces two days before a our event. Everything came out beautifully and delivery was on time and very well communicated.
