The website has a picture of a lavender vase with the following description: "This fresh flower arrangement brings together pink roses, hot pink roses, purple stock, hot pink carnations, violet mini carnations, and lush greens to create a gorgeous presentation. Arriving arranged in a purple glass vase with diamond pattern throughout to add even further texture and interest and give it an appealing vintage vibe." When the flowers were delivered to the friend I had bought it for and she sent me a picture, I was so disappointed with the order. I paid $106.22 and I do not think it was worth it at all for that money. I contacted customer service about the differences between what I paid for and what was delivered, but they were unwilling to take responsibility. We went back and forth with calls and emails numerous times. I needed to keep on repeating the same question 3 times to get an answer. If they needed to substitute missing items, I wish they had at least kept the same look or reached out to me and let me know things were out of stock. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering from here again.

The flowers have been beautiful. I've ordered a few times now and have been happy everytime. More importantly, the lady receiving them has been happy. Another order, I knew I'd be stuck in quarantine so I decided to send flowers for a Dec 23rd delivery approximately the week before. They got there on time, nice and early in the morning. What I really like is that there's a definition of what each flower means. Sometimes I'll include those meanings in a separete message after the flowers have arrived. It just adds a little to the thought behind choice. One thing I would like to see an option for, it might be there and I've missed it. I've placed a number of orders to which my friend jokes that shes going to start a side business selling vases. I'd like to order flowers without the vase. She has probaly 8 now of differnet shapes, sizes and colours that she can decide which one to use.

Used Canada Flowers to send a bouquet to a family member near Lake Simcoe in Ontario. Understanding that CF is an intermediary between me and the florist (CF uses a network of florists across the country obviously and does not create and deliver flowers themselves), the trade-off is it saved me time from searching for a local florist and making phone calls etc. To be honest my expectations were not high as I have had issues with quality and timing with two of the other large online flower dealers. I was wrong. The arrangement that was sent exceeded my expectations and the florist they used was very diligent with communication and delivery. I am sure experience could vary depending on who the florist is that is used but in my case it all turned out amazing. Well done!

I ordered the Teleflora's Honey Lavender Blooms Bouquet upgraded version. The flowers were pretty and fairly similar to the photo but I thought there would be more of them for the upgraded price. The flowers were wrapped in plastic when they were delivered and were quite warm and a bit wilted but most of them perked up after I unwrapped and watered them. I did have to pull off a few leaves that were really droopy. The delivery truck's hot, humid environment also made the card a bit wet and sticky, so it got a bit ripped when it was taken out of the envelope. It's been a few days since the flowers were delivered and they still look healthy. Hopefully they will last for awhile.

Just wanted to say that you will absolutely not get an arrangement anywhere similar to what you ordered. There won't be the number of higher end flowers or the variety shown online. They also will not be in the vase shown or in the fullness shown. Not sure why the reviews are so good--I will say that the service is extremely quick, but for the price you will be disappointed. If fast service is important, order the most expensive bouquet and you will receive the mid-range size. Sometimes the speed of turn-around is super important, so I would use them for that--but only if I lower my expectations of what the recipient will receive.

I have ordered floral arrangements from this company twice before: once for Mother's Day, and again for my mother's birthday. Both times, she received the arrangements on the day specified and was absolutely thrilled by how beautiful they were. (She even sent me the attached pictures to show me she had received them and expressed how much they really brightened her special day). I also appreciated the opportunity to personalize my gifts with my own heartfelt messages. I can definitely recommend this company for a present to add a stunning floral flourish to any special occasion. Thank you for providing such a wonderful service!

What a joke! After placing an order online at Canada Flowers.ca, Stems (Red Deer, Alberta) was the flower shop that received my order. Although the customer service was fantastic (I was called to verify address, etc, the staff member I spoke with was very nice) the flowers I ordered were not. I paid 75.00 dollars (plus 22.00 delivery) to receive a tiny glass vase with little to no flowers. The picture on the Canada Flowers site showcased a basket with at least 6 roses, several different types of flowers and full of greenery. Mine was a joke for the price I paid (total of 2 roses) I will not be using this service again.

I ordered flowers from this company for my mom's birthday. They called me a day early to say they had accidentally delivered the flowers early. So I ended up messaging my mom to make sure she still got them, which she hadn't. Then the flower company calls me again hours later to apologize that they had made a mistake and had not delivered them early. So the surprise was completely ruined because of their mistake. I was not offered any sort of compensation or discount to come back. I highly suggest thinking twice before using this company.

This is the second time I have used Canada Flowers Calgary....Again they have provided stellar service. There was a notice that you had to acknowledge when ordering about problems with getting some flowers from distributers....When I received a picture of the flowers they didn't look too much like the arrangement I had ordered, but they were beautiful anyway and the recipients loved them. I'm will continue using Canada Flowers Calgary whenever I need to send flowers....they have delivered beautiful flowers both times!

My experience is very disappointing. The flowers that were delivered were nothing like what I orderedAbsolutely nothing at all !! It was literally a bouquet that I would have spent 30.00 at a grocery store☹️I paid 95.00 plus delivery and it came to $122.00. It was a very special birthday and this florist should be ashamed at what they put together. It said that there might have to a substitution for a flower but the whole arrangement was substituted for a cheap bouquet ☹️ I will never use this service again!!

Sent some flowers to my bestie for her retirement. Accidentally gave the wrong business address and went into panic mode...on a Friday late afternoon!!! Much to my surprise, early Saturday morning, a rep from Canada Flowers called ME to advised me of the mishap...they promptly corrected the address and she got her flowers delivered to her home in under a couple of hours!! The order was easy to place online and exactly what I ordered was delivered (12 red roses in a vase). The flowers were delivered on time and looked beautiful. I used a discount company once (Canada Blooms) and only once, as that experience was absolutely horrible in every respect.It is worth paying slightly more with Canada Flowers to get a quality product, delivered as shown and on time. I used them several times and they are just the best!

We were very satisfied with our order. The bouquet we received was as nice or nicer than the advertised image. The flowers were very fresh and nicely arranged and almost exactly the flowers as shown in the image. Also, the florist called the recipient the day before to confirm a good delivery time ad they were delivered then. So everything was perfect. (Teleflora Prettiest Purple Bouquet, Upgraded). I don't have a good experience at all. I ordered flowers and chocolate/ fruit basket with a Happy Birthday Balloon. None of my orders were right. They called me at the last minute to inform me they don't have fruit/ chocolate basket. I had to buy a dozen of roses if I wanted to get flowers. Also, the flowers came with no balloons. They didn't even send my order on the date that I asked for. I got very disappointed with their service.

The flower I ordered looked nothing like the photo online. I couldn’t believe the cost associated with the flowers when I saw them. In the online photo they were larger and fuller. I even paid for the upgrade so they would be even bigger. When I was then I was at a loss for words and embarrassed as they were for a family members funeral. So disappointed. I will be emailing them for a refund.

I’ve had a really bad experience in the past with another flower company and I was really nervous ordering this the day before I needed them. It was quite the opposite now: I had an amazing experience, easy to order, the flowers arrived on time, and looked better than ever. The recipient is very happy also. This was ordered out of province. So I hope the sympathy flowers were delivered to the funeral home. But we have no indication as to whether the order was fulfilled as indicated. We don't expect the recipient to tell us. So maybe you could figure out a way to let your customers the delivery was made and that they got what we actually ordered for them.

Even though I had to delay the delivery date the day ahead of the scheduled delivery, the change was accommodated with no problem. I was pleased about that. From the website photos, I was kind of expecting more purple than there was - I was going for half and half, but this is more ‘yellow with some purple’. Nevertheless, the arrangement was lovely.

And my parents were absolutely thrilled by the quality of the arrangement, including the colour palette, the freshness of the blooms, the container and the packaging. I have even been a recipient myself a couple of times! I wish there were more options in bouquets (no vase) as family members have A LOT of vases now.

Ordering was easy and I sent to a different city than I live and was notified they were delivered. I didn't get to personally see them but what I chose was beautiful and I was told my mother in-law loved them and she resides in a nursing home/hospital. So was very happy to know delivery went to the side where she was located.

It was a very satisfactory experience. Instructions were followed to the letter and recipient was very pleased with the arrangement. Although I did not see it as I did not ask the recipient to send me a picture of the arrangement. She is 92 so I didn't ask, but as far as I know she was very pleased and so then I was also.

The arrangement was beautiful, however the person I sent them to had to go out just before they were delivered. The delivery person did not call her at all. That was in November 11. The flowers were not delivered until November 13. She was never called about the delivery. Nor was I advised that there was a problem.

Not happy with Canada Flowers. I asked for special instructions not to deliver the flowers until after 2 pm but they went right at 10 am when my wife was at work and spoiled the whole surprise. I will not be using them again and will go to another vendor. Their delivery fee and flowers are too expensive anyways.

It wasn't the arrangement I ordered as the Moncton florist didn't have the Flora I ordered but the made their own arrangement and the recipient said her flowers were amazing! So full and beautiful and so many blooms she had a hard time counting them! I loved her response and am totally satisfied!

Ordered on Saturday for delivery on Monday. It was a long weekend so I wasn’t sure it would work out but delivery was there by noon and I received a picture from recipient of what they got. It was pretty much what I ordered online. Very satisfied with the service. Couldn’t have asked for more.
