Normally I have a great experience with ordering flowers here over many years but this last time has not been great. Had placed the order for a Friday delivery to my mom for Mother’s Day. Ended up not being delivered. Got a call Saturday morning from Incredible Florist? Not Red Rose, saying they could not be delivered as no one was home. I had to pay an extra $12 for them to be delivered again. So I did and they said they would call her to schedule a time today (Saturday). Got an email later that day saying they were delivered and for me to fill out this review. Called my mom on Sunday to wish her a happy Mother’s Day and ask how she liked the flowers and to my surprise she said he doesn’t have them! She told me she got a call on Saturday asking if she would be home. She asked the caller what the time frame would be and the caller said she couldn’t say. So my mom told her when she would be home for the rest of the day and the person said she couldn’t guarantee that they could be delivered on Saturday now and that it would have to be Monday if they couldn’t send it out Saturday. But my mom would have to be home all day on Monday?! When I asked my mom if she was home on Friday, she said she didn’t leave the house, So unsure why they couldn’t be delivered I can understand stuff happens but it just seems like there was a big communication breakdown here. They were very quick to call me asking for an additional delivery charge but find it odd that they can’t give a time frame (even a 4 hour window or something) to make sure someone is home to accept the delivery and that my mom has to stay home all day waiting is poor customer service in my mind

Valentine's Day Failure... Until the flowers arrived. AMAZING FLOWERS! They delivered only the chocolates and balloon... So my girlfriends texts me asking me if it was me. As their was no card. It totally ruined my surprise. I could rant about how busy they are but I understand. Every time they put me on hold, another receptionist would answer and ask how I may help you. Then I'd have to explain the name and everything all over again. Not my fault that they don't communicate with each other. They should have a better system. They are literally giving me crap that I was talking to all their employees. Its not my fault you put me on hold and another one of you answered and asked me can I help you... Ridiculous. Plus they should have made sure the whole order was delivered to begin with... I think their delivery system sucks. Communication errors big time. You should be confirming the whole order has been delivered before driving off to the next stop. What a gong show... Last time I get flowers delivered. Just ruined the whole aspect... UPDATE- It's now been four hours since the balloon and chocolates have been delivered. Still no flowers. I'll update when or if they do get delivered. Any longer and I will be canceling this order and asking for my money back. The flowers arrived late but they were the most beautiful flowers my girlfriend ever did see.

Ordered flowers for mothers day and the entire experience was terrible!! Our flowers were awful and extremely disappointing. We ordered them online and received a call saying we would not get the flowers we ordered for the price that was online because they under charged the arrangement that was online. I was told I would get beautiful flowers once the mix up was solved which they knew was their mistake but instead I got lousy and small bud roses compared to what the online photo showed. I understand the online picture can never be guaranteed but these were seriously bad. They threw in 4 regular size rose buds and the rest were super tiny. I added a few photos of the online image and the actual one we got and you can clearly see the size difference and the half fast job of an arrangement we were delieverd. Anyone could have done a better job arranging this bouquet. I would highly recommend others who will be ordering from here in the future to really look around for other florist shops!!!

I've been going to this florist for about a year and this past week was really disappointed in the service and bouquet. I received a fall bouquet for my five year anniversary on Friday afternoon and by Monday the flowers were already dying and by Wednesday the bouquet was looking pretty sad and was ready for compost. I emailed on Wednesday, just because if this was my business, I would want to know my products weren't lasting. I also left a voicemail. I heard back Saturday and was told their website's advertised "100% Satisfaction" guaranteed actually only extended 48 hours. Moving forward, our family will be going to Besties or Bridgeland Market for our local flowers.

So I drive past this place twice a week when I drive home from work at the office. They have good deals on roses. Something like $16ish for a dozen roses and 25 if I remember correctly for 2 dozen. This visit was my first and it was very hot so walking I to the cooler to pick my roses was refreshing. 2 dozen yellow were purchased and I surprised my wife. The young lady serving me wrapped the roses nicely snd took my payment I was all done in less than 10 minutes. They have a convenient location on the right side of center street past the first main intersection. (Hwy 1?) You cant miss the signage go for a visit if you need flowers for someone you love.

Great last minute V-day delivery, I procrastinate pretty much everything except replying to this review request for some odd reason. The bouquet that was sent was big and beautiful and delivered within the time they had stated on the website. The wife did love them, she called and thanked me as I was working away. I did not receive any noods though which I was a little bummed about; it is not a typical thing she does though, been asking for years and it only happened once, I honestly think it was by accident that time, out of the blue. Don't even get me started about ana....

I recently bothered to stop here after driving by 1000 times, I am so happy I did!!! The roses I bought from here was stunning, bloomed full and looked amazing for so very long. I won't buy roses from anywhere else, from the price to the quality they hit the mark! I also had the chance to look at their arrangements which were done well (no loose peices, well presented not thrown together) and they also sell a cute selection of house plants, all looked healthy and well maintained.

I've been using Red Rose Florist for over 25 years. They've always come through with fresh beautiful floral arrangements to celebrate many of life's happy moments and recognize some of the sad ones too. Deliveries have always arrived on time. I have never been disappointed with arrangements I've ordered or purchased in-store, or received complaints from people I have sent flowers to. I moved away from the neighbourhood long ago but still use them as my go-to florist!

I feel so bad about this flower store. I told them I need 49 tulips put them together and design it. And I want them to put my words on it. I told them almost three weeks before delivery date. They didn’t do anything. The flower even still not open yet. The funny thing is they didn’t forget to put their advertise on the top of the flower. Can you guys be more professional? I was just so disappointed. I won’t buy flower from this store anymore. This store is terrible.

Red rose. Incredible florist was more than incredible… It was supercalifragilisticexpialidocious.! Florist. Lucy was a gem to meet and even more so I was impressed by her arrangements skills. I’ve learned that red Rose incredible florist has specials on flowers on Tuesdays and plants on Sundays. Can't recommend these guys more! My go-to florist in Calgary for over 20 years and they just seem to get better and better. My latest order for my grandmothers birthday was no exception-absolutely stunning, one of the most beautiful bouquets and she was totally thrilled. A week later and it's still fully alive and looking stunning. Thank you for always delivering an amazing product!

I was a bit nervous about ordering flowers online for delivery to my wife on Valentines Day, but it turned out to be a great, pain-free experience. I though that the flowers were well priced, and free city-wide delivery is a great incentive. There were no issues with delivery and my wife absolutely loved the flowers once they arrived. Nothing but a great experience.

First delivery didn't go as planned, wrong flowers and balloon was missing. Emailed the shop (I'm in UK so unable to call) and they came straight back to me and offered to send out more flowers with missing balloon and also included a box of chocolates as way of an apology. Both flower arrangements were lovely and very well received by my sister in law.

I would give a negative 100 stars if possible. Such a disappointment. I received a delivery notification email but we didn’t receive the order to our address. ?!?!? Tried to call but was redirected multiple times. Horrible experience for the birthday recipient. And embarrassing for us who ordered and paid for the flowers, chocolates, balloon and card.

Overall dealing with Incredible Florist was good, but I had 2 hours of worry , as I received an email saying they'd been delivered, but not received by my Daughter at that time. They arrived 2 hours later. Apparently it's an automated email from a USA company. If I'd known about it before I wouldn't have worried. The flowers are absolutely gorgeous.

Recently ventured into the floral boutique to find a simple item for my Daughter & was assisted by a lovely young lady, Lucy! She’s a friendly, happy, knowlegable, polite & pleasant person, which is a rarity in modern day society! The establishment is lucky to have her as a team member. I used this florist for the first time. They delivered the flowers on the exact day they promised. The bouquet was stunning and beautiful. Very fresh roses and lilies not quite bloomed yet. It was identical to the picture they showed on line. Highly recommend them!
