The day we got our storage, I set up a time to be there to sign the paperwork l, however I wasn't able to make it. I called to advise them of this and I wanted the promotion that they were offering at that time, first 3 months you got a discount of the rental and then after the promo was done it went to full price, what she did for me was fantastic, (I forget her name). She was so willing to help me that we did EVERYTHING by email, got the paperwork signed, and password for gate entry done. By her doing this, she put my mind at ease cause moving can be stressful as it is, and the ability to do everything electronically made moving day a little less stressful. I really wish I could remember her name. Like I said before, her customer service is FANTASTIC. She definitely went above and beyond to help me on moving day. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Bluebird Self storage for your storage needs.

I was very pleased with the outstanding service, the great location, the security of the place, and the rates overall. I rented a smaller unit for a month to hold some stuff while I was moving and made repeated trips to the unit to pick up my things. I never had to deal with it being cramped with other people parked in front of their units, and they have all shapes and sizes of units to fit your needs. The lady I dealt with was sweet and professional, and made everything very easy to understand. I also happened to rent a U-haul from here for the move, and that as well was super efficient! Great rates for everything, and I will definitely use this facility again in the future whether it be for storage or moving equipment.

Great customer service, the staff is always friendly and available. If for some reason they don’t answer you the first time they will always call back quickly. Units were nice and clean, convenient location and hours of accessibility. Rates are good and they only charge you for the days you use which is great if you end up moving out early or having to keep a unit a few days extra. The only thing I wish they did better is remove the snow from the storage yard as some spots where they pile snow get pretty tight if you have a trailer. Aside from that, great experience here and I will always choose this place for all of my future storage needs.

These guys raise the price every year "Due to the cost of managing and maintaining the facility" yet nothing changes. The last time I was there which was on halloween I couldn't even get into my storage unit cause it said my pass code was suspended. and I paid my fee on time. I called and left 2 voicemails and 1 email and still haven't got a reply back. If your looking for a place to rent a unit go somewhere else trust me. Im moving my stuff out as soon as I can. Brutal Business & Management.

I needed a unit as I was going away on a course for 7 months and got a great rate, the size I needed and everything was totally secure. The lighting and access hours were perfect as there were some times when I returned and would be picking some items up after staff hours. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful and if I ever needed a unit again I would definitely use StoreSmart again. Also extremely handy that they're also a uhaul location! Made moving things out a breeze.

Amazing service. Professionally ran, and very helpful staff members. By far best service I've gotten with storage/u-haul needs in the city. Only needed the storage unit for a month. Great availability on units, got shown each unit I thought I might need for size to see what unit fit my needs the most. The staff was very through about information about security, insurance etc. And when I needed a uhaul to move out, was very easy and simple. Even got a small refund for moving out a few days early! 100% recommend and I will use this location again if I need storage or uhaul!

Reasonable priced units . But no after hours access at this facility business hours only accessible is a plus for the security protected units in the piece of mind type individuals in future to rent a storage locker here. I have nothing but praise for staff and overall quality and professional experience here . And personally will be bringing my future business to StoreSmart Self Storage . If you are a business just stay away from renting unit from them . Worst customer service They are trying to make everything so complicated. After dealing with them today I'm definitely moving out.they lost their client who is been renting a unit from them.. *** After leaving this review they left a review on my business although they never got my services. It was OK I was there from mid August till December 30th, however I was told if my stuff wasn't out of my unit by 4pm, I would be charged another month's rent .. even though December 30th is not the last day of the month. I guess it's a good thing I hired movers. They got me out within an hour, honestly I don't know if I ever needed a storage company again, that I would ever go back to these people.

Having moved our house contents from Fort McMurray to Edm after the fires we decided on Storesmart because they were; by far, the friendliest and most helpful people on the phone and in person. The security they have is A+. We had our unit for a year and our belongings were perfect just as they went in, despite the cold winter we had. Without hesitation, I definitely recommend this place.

This is one of the best places for your storage needs. Friendly staff... clean units... lots of space for driving around. Lots of cameras for our protection. Easy access off of 137 Ave or Anthony Henday. The most important and appreciated part of everything is they give you a total cost prior to getting there, so no surprises or wasting a person's time. When picking a storage space, it is about the people, caretakers, and security. With such amazing staff at this location they should have the market cornered. I was delighted to meet everybody. The customers that dropped by were at ease. As far as service, I discovered that they even pro-rate the month's fees when you leave (as long as you book your departure).

Best storage facility I have ever used. Moved my stuff out on Sunday but hadn't had a chance to notify them until Thursday. They said they already knew because they noticed the lock was gone. They watched the security cameras so they closed my account. Amazing customer service. They are really taking care of their customers.

Bluebird is such a strong supporter of our community. They go out of their way to help women fleeing abuse have a place to keep their possessions and they support low-income artists with mental illness to store their art, equipment, and supplies. What other storage company does that?! Amazing.

Clean and comfortable space. Always surprised at how much more space you get in a storage unit. Management is professional and friendly. Cost is comparable with other places. I find they have a little extra security with the gate and alarm which gives some peace of mind
