DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.. If I could give 0 I would. Purchased a sofa it was faulty so it was returned the same day. Bristol team didn't contact me for 6 weeks and when I asked for a refund they said they would only give me 60% of my money back, meaning they were going to keep £2.000 of my money. I was in absolute disbelief, they accepted it was faulty and they had the furniture returned straight back to them. After this email I requested a full refund it took me another 8 weeks of constant calls and emails and being promised the money back but not receiving it to finally getting a full refund. I've never had to go through so much stress with a company before to get my money back. The manager and interior designer were awful, they promised call backs and never called back, they don't care about their customers and there was no apology for taking 4 months to receive a refund and leaving me with no furniture to sit on for 4 months. I would avoid this company at all costs .I will never buys from this company again. Disgusting!

What a professional creative team. We went to see some sofa's we liked the look of, and then after discussing our needs and the issues we were having creating the contemporary look we were after, Yasmin and Francesca came through with the whole creative look which we totally loved. We have just had them here to personally put all the furniture and accessories together in our room, and everything arrived with such supportive delivery staff too. A wonderful service and we have a fantastic modern open plan living space with very beautiful high-quality furniture which is exquisitely designed ... and has comfort and a warm look too. We would never have achieved this without the professional help from BoConcept and the ownership Yasmin and Francesca took to make sure it was right for us. We thoroughly recommend them. From our visit, the design and ordering process and site installation are totally professional and they are a pleasure to deal with.

Really nice and amazing experience from the Bristol store！！ Francesca and the BeConcept team give me very nice and warm- heart help， and solved my problem immediately. I was troubled by the mattress and had a terrible sleep recently. Yesterday afternoon I decided to buy a new mattress. Unfortunately， there is no more mattress in store. After knowing my problem， the nice lady （Francesca）immediately contact the manager and send the mattress to my home from the warehouse. I am really touched that after 17:00， she can come back home， but Francesca and another nice lady and a nice man would like to help me until 18:30. It is a really positive experience for me！ I will say good quality， beautiful looking， and the most should be mentioned- amazing service！

Having recently moved into a new property with a roof terrace I started looking for outdoor furniture. Having purchased from Bo Concept in the past I had a look a their range. I really liked the style of the chairs and tables and order some from Bo Concept in Bristol. I spoke to Francesca who was professional and efficient. She kept me informed with delivery dates etc and I am so pleased with the furniture. The service was impeccable and I'll be using the store in the future. I would highly recommend the company and this particular store I've added some pics as everyone who comes over remarks on the table and chairs. All in all great company, great quality, great price and the Bristol store were spot on.

A wonderful shopping experience from start to finish. We wandered into the Bristol store for a browse and found so many items that are perfect for our home. Rosie was our consultant and she showed such patience and expertise in helping us make decisions. There was a slight delay in production time (as with everything in these times), but we were kept informed at every stage. Communication was excellent at all times. Delivery was very efficient and meticulously carried out. The delivery crew were terrific. We are delighted with our six chairs and sofa and will be going back to the store when next in Bristol to see what else we can be tempted with. Thank you to all the staff at Bristol BoConcept.

Just received our two new sofas from BoConcept Bristol, which were installed by two very efficient and friendly guys. We are very pleased with the contemporary style, comfort and quality of them, replacing our previous, much loved, 20 year old BoConcept sofas. The whole Bristol team were very nice to speak to but Jasmine in particular was amazing - so patient and professional, as we took so long to decide on the fabric and colour we wanted! On the many in store visits we never felt rushed to make a decision and Jasmine was always so efficient, helpful and friendly. We will always use BoConcept Bristol branch for any future sofas we decide to buy as we cannot fault their service or products.

We purchased our first items from BO Concept Tottenham Court Road in 2003 and we love their furniture. Although they are not our local store we have used the Bristol store  a number of times. The service levels of Yasmine in the Bristol store are amazing, with detailed knowledge of their products, great designs/colours, great choice of textiles and honest and non pushy advice. They delivered the furniture to us and Yasmine and her team assembled and arranged the furniture fantastically. I have used many furniture retailers but the level of service from the Bristol store are superior.

Wow, what a wonderful experience, from the Bristol store! The lovely lady (Francesca) who helped me was so supportive and patient when I was completely unsure of my choices, she gave me great advise, sent me samples. All to help me come to a decision which I’m very happy with. Delivery was quick and the delivery men were lovely despite having driven 3 hrs to get to me. The items were perfect. Exactly what I had expected. Colour/texture etc This has been a positive experience all around for me. I hope to purchase much more from them in the future.

Very happy with my experience visiting the Bo Concept in Bristol. I was browsing enjoying the look of the items and furniture in the store. I arranged a home visit just to give me some ideas, I found Vicky Horsey both engaging and professional, she listen to what I was looking for. She then went away and added her own ideas. A few weeks later I’m so pleased with the furniture I ordered, I couldn’t be happier with the quality and look.

Lots of really great quality stylish furniture and accessories for the home at Bo Concept. The team at Bristol have been very responsive to my enquiries/purchases and Matt even managed to get me a delivery of cushions in super colours out of the door same day for delivery - just before Christmas; superstar. Look out for the ex-display bargains - I furnished my flat cost-effectively by being patient and the items do come around!

BoConcepts have been brilliant from day one. We visited their Bristol store where Rosie and Urzula help us select beds, mattresses, bedside tables, bar stools and chairs for our deck. Great communications throughout and then the icing on the cake was the delivery and installation team who were polite, helpful, tidy and thoroughly professional. We definitely recommend a visit to their store. We’ll certainly be going back !

I have just had my new sofa delivered from BoConcept Bristol and I am in love. The new store in Clifton is simply beautiful and the staff are extremely helpful. From purchase to delivery the service has been excellent, with consistent communication along the way to keep me updated with an expected delivery day. I went to a showroom and the staff were excellent - great customer service in-person and in email previously when I requested some fabric samples. They let me know of an in-store discount and I found a sofa I love. Delivery time was shorter than most other companies I'd looked at and I absolutely love the sofa design and fabric - It's really unique and the quality is exceptional.

Very friendly service, with Vicky responding to my emails with questions very promptly. Delivery went smoothly, the drivers let us know when they were nearly arriving. Very pleased with the look and feel of the sofas. We were after some that were quite firm as many of the modern sofa companies only seem to provide too soft cushions which quickly sag and look awful.

Fantastic customer service from Rosie at BoConcept Bristol. Enquiries were dealt with promptly and I was kept up to date with the delivery schedule. The leather is gorgeous, and the samples were very helpful to find a complimentary fabric. The delivery team were excellent, considerate and took away all packaging. They even positioned the items where requested.

Tonya, the Interior Designer that we dealt with was really helpful and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. The room design gave us the opportunity to envisage exactly how our choices would look in our room. We were very happy with the professional service that we received and the friendliness of everyone in the Bristol showroom.

We have just ordered a sofa after seeing it a few weeks back in the Bristol showroom. Vicky has been very helpful with our order and we were able to get fabric samples sent out in the post to help us confirm which colour to go for. I am hoping we have the same great service when it is time for the sofa to be delivered.

Really impressed with the knowledge of our interior designer at boconcept, they made the whole process really simple and were even able to do most of the work over zoom and email due to lockdown. Our lounge looks fantastic.

Matt Barker at BoConcept Bristol helped to make the design decisions easy with excellent advice and floor planning. Delivery was excellent with all the packaging removed and tables assembled, professionally and quickly.

I have had an issue with my sofa, which is still not resolved. Bristol Shop helpful but the main office has been useless in support. Not helpful at all. I wouldn’t recommend if buying an expensive piece of furniture.
