Sadly this is Greenwashing at its best. I asked for a single use plastic free delivery and was told that was not possible. They are removing single use plastic by using waste plastic bottles which is admirable. Then putting the plastic back by wrapping their couches in single use plastic for delivery. Bonkers! Why are manufacturers not using couch bags that house movers use to protect furniture whilst on the move? They could also use cardboard to protect vulnerable bits of the couch etc. When will people wake up to the Code Red for Humanity and stop putting short term profit before people and planet. So sad.

Visited Sofas and Stuff whilst out looking for a bespoke corner sofa that would go well with my blue and gold colour scheme. I wish I would have came here first because S&S had a variety of sofas that met my requirements. I also had a huge selection of fabrics to chose from! We spoke to Gabbie who answered all our questions and was super lovely and helpful which made the shopping experience wonderful. This place honestly is amazing if you’re looking for a sofas that are unique to your taste. I would recommend you to check it out for yourself, you will definitely find something you like!

Discovered Sofas and Stuff on the internet whilst searching for a hand made sofa bed. Visited the new store in Clifton, Bristol and was greeted by Caroline. Caroline has been so very helpful, and I have presented her with a few special requests, which she has responded to very promptly. I have now ordered by new sofa bed and am looking forward to receiving it. I must say that it has been a pleasure to deal with Caroline and Sofas and Stuff and I am sure it will be just as much of a pleasure to use my new piece of furniture as it has been to deal with the Clifton store.

We visited multiple sofa shops sitting on every sofa, and the ones in sofas and stuff were by far the most comfortable and best looking, so we made our order in store straight away. Nikki helped us choose fabric for our favourite sofa while giving our dog Oscar attention too, and later sorted our delivery logistics. A couple of months later and the sofas were delivered carefully via our back garden by their own team who also made sure to apply felt pads and show us how to plump up the cushions. The whole experience was perfect.

Great service from the time I first visited the showroom and received superb service from Caroline Phillips, she was really patient and worked with me to help me choose the right fabrics. Placing the order was simple and Caroline kept in touch with updates on progress. The furniture was delivered today, the two delivery guys were very good and took their time to explain everything about the furniture. The quality of the furniture is excellent, yes it's expensive but from my experience it's worth every penny!

I am very pleased with the help given to me by Gabriella in choosing the materials for my new sofas, she helped me on 2 occasions and was very patient! Very relieved when they arrived in perfect condition, better looking than l imagined too. The Delivery Drivers were excellent too efficient and helpful. There were some muddles with pricing, as l had various additions, but this was soon rectified.

Excellent experience with buying a sofa from this shop. We spent as much time as we needed trying out different styles and sizes and then ordered exactly what we wanted. They were delivered when we told to expect them and are delighted with how they have freshened up our sitting room and are so comfortable.

We are thrilled with our two sofas, we chose the fabric together with Nikki in the shop and we now have two completely bespoke items. They look great and are very comfortable. Service from start to finish was exceptional. Nikki was fantastic, as was the delivery team. We even got our sofas early!

Lovely shop with a range of different sofa styles and fabric options. Caroline was extremely helpful and accommodating when I visited the showroom and provided mulitple different colour scheme visualisations. I would highly recommend Sofas and Stuff.

Staff could not have been be more helpful! Good range of designs. Great range of fabrics for sofas and chairs. Just missed 5 stars as for me, the cushion interiors are rather too soft, but that is personal preference.

Lovely to shop for a sofa where the staff are so knowledgeable and happy to engage in the design process in a relaxed and non pressured fashion. The selection is extensive. We are very happy with our recent purchase.
