for the older sales lady that was rude. First off I was looking for barstools for my bestfriend as for a house warming gift. I already made my way through the store and i saw one that might be what she was looking for but it was on clearance. So the lady comes up asking if i need help and I said yes, do you have any more of these in stock? shes like yes but not the same price as that because it has damage. I'm like ok so do you have it in stock, shes still answers well I do but its originally 118.00$ each. how many do you need? i said 4, she then goes oh i have cheaper less expensive ones for you. Like why does she think I have no money? I felt so belittled and now the store lost my business. few minutes later my friends braclet breaks and she assumed we broke something and pretty much ran to see what we broke. never going back here.

I ordered a table from Bouclair ago and was told it would arrive on the 8th. Now the 15th and still no table. I tried to contact someone to get an eta on the item as the tracking code did not give any information. Now the table will not arrive for another week. If i was told there was a delay I would have been fine but we were in need of a table and had to purchase another one while we are still waiting for this table. I was also double charged for the same item on my credit card and had to send 2 messages to get an answer for that. I would say that bouclair has very nice stuff but avoid online ordering at all cost.

Pick up of online orders is confusing and tedious. You HAVE to make a pick up appointment. The email I received wasn't clear on that and I was chastised for not making an appointment when I got there. Pickup itself is very odd. They don't bring your item to you; you have to go to the back of the building at the loading docks and wait for them to open the loading bay door into their back warehouse. Confusing. Also, when I was placing my order, the online system said same day pick up, but I ended up waiting 3 weeks before I could collect my items. The item I purchased also wasn't very good quality. I wasn't impressed.

Love their stuff but shipping is TERRIBLE!! Don’t commit to something you can’t do Bouclair. I placed my order on May 15 and they are now saying I should get it June 7th, tentatively. I should have learned from my first experience but wanted to give them a second chance. When I placed my second order it gave me a shipping date two days later. Now it’s three weeks. When I check on the status of my order the customer service reps don’t tell you anything. When I track my order there’s a pop up that says pay $9.99 to get next day delivery. As if!! Terrible shipping times and customer support.

Thank you for the excellent customer service. Fruatrated by a late delivery and long hold time with customer service I was greeted by a kind voice and helpful young lady when I called the store directly. This helpful lady looked up my order and told me when it would arrive, she even offered to follow up today if I did not get an email. When I went to the the store two young men assisted me with getting my order and were incredibly nice and helpful. Thank you for making this shopping experience a positive one. I appreciate all of your help, you are the reason I will shop at Bouclair again.

If I could give less then 1 star I would. Just bought this coffee table set for almost 400 dollars with taxes, so you would think the quality would be good.. oh no. It was clearly returned but I didn't think anything into it as maybe the previous person might have gotten them and it didn't work with their already owned pieces. Well I'm guessing they returned it because of the defects and now I am stuck with it.. Thanks bouclair, didn't think you guys were in the business of selling defective pieces considering how it is priced

One of my favourite go to stores for home decor! Staff are always there to greet you when you come in. They are very pleasant, knowledge and willing to help out when needed. I needed a table runner and they no longer had stock at their store but offered to have one shipped to the store for me. A little on the pricy side so I try to wait for items to go on sale. Love how the store is laid out in themes!! My happy place for sure!!

Always love their products, the new layout is interesting, but THAT SMELL. As someone who has scent sensitivity, I won't be going there again while they have that scent throughout. I decided not to purchase the accent pillows I liked, for fear they will carry that smell home. Going home with no pillows and a headache.

Went to Bouclair yesterday worst experience in a store - the 2 ladies at the front were too busy talking to help us. The guy at the cash had no customer service skills at all. Worst store ever I have been too and my daughter and I spend over $1000! Last time shopping there - I felt like a criminal shopping there.

I love the items at this store, but come on how do you guys not offer free shipping already? It’s 2023 and time to get on the bandwagon. I’d probably purchase so much stuff if they offered it, but I’m not paying an extra $32 for shipping or driving an hour to pick up since you only have one location.

Love their products but will absolutely never order online from them again. Absolutely terrible experience and complete lack of care or concern when I reached out regarding my issues. Took me over a month to get my order - 2 things came damaged and I am still waiting an item that never came.....

Their online website sales are garbage. Been waiting for an item to come back in stock for months, and they don't have it in store. I've also been on the waiting list for months. Stop advertising a promotion you have when you don't even have it in stock and don't plan to carry it!

Customer service is horrible , the one older lady with short hair is just straight up rude to customers , extremely arrogant. I never hope to go in there again. She stares at you constantly and doesn’t like to help out at all. It seems like a burden to her.

I went to the location on sterling lyon a couple days ago with my girlfriend. The service was poor at best. I asked one of the cashiers for a price of an item. She treated me as if I had no money. It was my first time going to bouclairs... and my last.

This place had nothing organizational. No shoe racks etc. they only had baskets That looked terrible. More decoration? Not sure what they sell. The staff both customers and yell at you if your masks slips down. I left. My mask was on well.

An amazingly wonderful shop that is beautifully arranged. A wide selection of decor in an inviting atmosphere. Super helpful and friendly staff. I am a male and I really like this store. Then you know it is worth a visit!

Pretty cool little stop while you're in the furniture shopping neighborhood! This place has lots of art, linens and table decor, and a small selection of furniture. Things seem to be priced quite high in my opinion.

EXCELLENT customer service. I called to get curtains and she put them on hold for when I come into the city next week and gave them to me at the sale price. Love this store!! Beautiful stuff and great prices.

Very frustrated that the hours on their website are NOT up to date. Wasted my time & gas going all the way there in the evening, to find they were CLOSED. UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE WITH YOUR CORRECT HOURS.

worst customer experience ever, yes tried to reach out to your team but can't get thru because you have a terrible call queue and no one can get through to a human and people in store know nothing

Lovely but mafe for the wealthy folk only. Never could ever rent. Very expensive. Not many people like myself who lives alone on pension could even think about a place like that.

Located right beside IKEA so easy to find. This store is very nicely displayed. So many colors to choose for for accessories. Good quality products. Staff are friendly

It's extremely overpriced, but I have to say they have amazing selection of home decor and furniture. If you can get an item on sale - do it!

Very expensive furniture that's near the same quality as the furniture of IKEA. They have some pretty nice wall art and curtains.

Love this store, the atmosphere and the quality. We will be back to purchase the boys Playstation items for our son's room.
