Great experience! Great customer service! Great inventory! Great sales! Recently was looking for a new couch and love seat. Went to different furniture stores to find the best deals and honestly I always go back to The Brick! They always price match, they already had a tent sale, and they were able to give me another discount and deal on top of the sale they were already having! Customer service was great! I worked with Nick C in furniture sales and he showed me all the different options and he was patient to work with me and my family and got what were were looking for with no pressure. I was looking at buying a few pieces of furniture for my new home. Bob was terrific showed me many great options with no pressure. I returned several times to add to my list of purchases to be delivered . When delivery day came the two young fellows were AMAZING . Dally and Shy were terrific. They did no damage and set up a few items for me. Of course it was the hottest day of the month too. Great customer service, they explained everything with regards to me checking out the product. I will definitely go back to the Brick on St.James to see Bob and hopefully get those same two young fellows for delivery. Highly recommend this LOCATION. I have been to many furniture stores before and this was the best experience yet. Items purchased 2 queen beds, and bed frames, 1 double bed, sofa, dining table set , lamp. Way to go ...!! If you have waiting for the delivery when you buy the product simply forget. I write this complaint to express my dissatisfaction with the delivery service of a product I recently purchased which they just delivered it after one month and half. Although the shopping experience and the seller’s service were positive, the delivery did not meet my expectations. I paid for the delivery service with the expectation of being able to choose the date and time of delivery, but I was informed by SMS that the delivery would be a courtesy and that I could not choose. Also, the delivery date had to be changed to a Sunday, which is our rest day, which was inconvenient. I would like to stress the importance of reliable and flexible delivery for customer satisfaction and that was why we paid. I hope you can find a solution to avoid similar problems in the future.

Karan was super helpful to us today!!! We came in and he helped us right away. He was able to work with our budget and was super diligent with all the request we had. We told him what our budget was and was super willing to work with it and that was something that we really appreciated. We also appreciated the fact that he wasn’t super pushy and so salesyyy and just wanted to help and get us exactly what we needed. Ola was super attentive as well with setting up our account and making sure that everything was taken care of. Ola was also so so nice and super funny. The team at the Brick by Polo Park was so awesome. We ended up purchasing a king mattress and a couch sectional. Would recommend and ask for these 2 for sure!!

Walked in with a bad back and in need of a new mattress. Rosalie took me to the exact mattress I needed (which was on sale) and got me out of the store within 20 minutes. Delivery and follow up service was amazing. Thanks for the great service, Rosalie! Update on my review. I made the wrong choice and needed to exchange my mattress. Rosalie did that for me without any problems and came in on her day off to ensure my delivery would be there when expected. I ordered a washing machine from the Brick. It kept getting delayed, I called one evening and the girl was unhelpful. Decided to email the Brick and I got in contact with Ola. Ola let me know where I stood and what I could do to try and get something similar sooner. Ola did all the work I just had to pick, then Ola got me the soonest delivery date possible. Ola even noticed I needed new hoses that would have prevented the install if it was missed. Ola really did fix a situation where I was thinking of cancelling my order and going somewhere else. I give 4 stars because clearly the staff for the Brick are not all Ola, but should be.

I came into the Brick looking for a specific fridge and dishwasher. I was met by a friendly and efficient sales person named Money. He listened to what I wanted and did not try to upsell me on products I was not interested in. We discussed the pros and cons of a few dishwasher models and his honesty and transparency with the selections was refreshing. He was very quick to process my order and his communication of all the information for financing and deliver was clear and comprehensive. He was a fantastic person to deal with from the moment I walked in. I would highly recommend seeking him out, he is very competent and friendly!

Pedro did a fantastic job for us! Super knowledgeable and so calm as we kept asking question after question. When it came down to two choices after getting to the right colour, our final choice was not in stock at the store nor in Winnipeg; but he found it in Calgary. We were given choices for warranty and delivery, made our decisions, and paid the bill. We were able to get right of refusal, if it was not a good seat. WOW! Update. Tina had told me that if I paid off my purchase in a month I would receive a percentage back she left out that it would be store credit. She also said she would call me in about a month when they have their one day VIP sale and refund me the difference between what I paid and the VIP sale price. It’s been almost 3 months and haven’t heard from her. They tell you whatever will complete the sale. Not impressed at all and will not be shopping there again. Tina was amazing!!! Today I went to the Brick on St.James Street to buy a brand new bed and frame. I entered the doors and was immediately greeted by James. He asked me what I was looking for and I told him I need a new bed as I haven't bought one in over twenty years. He guided me to the beds and I tested six -seven different ones until I found the right one. He was professional in every step of looking, testing, and purchasing. Friendly, accommodating and excellent customer service. Pawan was so professional and really accommodating as what we specifically needs, after showing and explaining so many options, she gave us time and freedom to decide, I thought this is so important. One thing to improve, the guys in charge in assisting us to load the item to our car were in a hurry, asked for a cardboard to protect my car, they said The Bricks has no cardboard, I don’t think this is true, something for you to think of and improve, still part of your service. This was by far the best shopping experience I've ever had. The staff were all so friendly, offered drinks, gave my son a balloon, a stuffed animal, had events going on inside for kids, and free hot dogs out side! The staff were knowledgeable and I was surprised how quick and smooth everything was. The staff got us a deal, as well as told us about upcoming sale events since we are looking to buy a couch. I am super pleased and would give an extra star if I could just to emphasize the good experience that I had here.

St. James Location- this was a great shopping experience, the staff were extremely friendly which allowed for everything to go smoothly. There was great variety and deals and the staff were more than happy to point you in the right direction. James gave us an amazing service with great deals for mattress and a coffee table. I checked out The Brick in Winnipeg, Manitoba at the St. James location looking for a sofa bed and coffee table that pulls out. I had the luxury of being served by Christine as she answered my millions of questions and accommodated every need. The prices are amazing, the staff is friendly (Herry was super friendly), and I am going home with both the items I wanted! 0% interest for 6 months and I get to pay whenever I want instead of automated payments. We went to another store before coming to the bricks at St James. We met with Harkrishan very professional, calm and friendly guy. He greeted us in our language and we did had a good laugh. He was not pushy or tired even when I was indecisive . I was able to get my couch, love seat, dining table and some other items at a good price. Also had one of my delivery waived. Harkrishan customer service was awesome! I will definitely recommend Harry to my friends….

Ordered a fridge a month ago. Was given a date for delivery. Was told that I will be contacted. Today, the delivery date, nobody contacted me. Called up the store and was told that the fridge will be coming next week, and the original date was just an estimate. Suggestion: If the delivery date is not what you told me, maybe let me know at least a day or two beforehand. Very frustrating. The after-sales customer care experience is very poor so far.

Tina, Her customer service relationship was well explanatory wish makes me to understand every process of my purchases. She has courtesy and shows empathy too. She tries as much as possible to answer all my questions with patient and clarity. The way she outlined my bills and purchases shows that she's the best and needed to be promoted. They have all furniture needs, i went looking for a desk and they didn’t have much selection. From when i walked in i had a sales associate follow me from when i walked in. didn’t say anything, followed me about 15 feet before me around the entire store. after doing a lap we then greeted me, i told him i was browsing, we continued to follow me after i said i didn’t need help. i left feeling uncomfortable and he followed me outside after.

Our sales person was Leah and she was great! Greeted us immediately upon entering the store in a friendly manner but did not make us feel pressured into buying (like lots of sales people do at these types of stores). She was knowledgeable, kind and didn’t push us to get anything we did not want or need. She was efficient and handled everything quickly and got us our washer and sent us on our way within like 45 minutes :) great experience

Went to the St James location 2x and Roy T. was very helpful for both times even when we were just looking around the first time. The level of assistance he provided was the same as when we were ready to buy. The second time we went, he was off but he made an effort to go to the store to assist us and we ended up buying the furnitures needed for our new home. This was by far the best customer service we have experienced in years :)

I bought beautiful furniture for living and dining room and I was lucky to be assisted by Pawan Sidhu. She was very professional and advise all the styling we need. She was very enthusiastic and spread her joy to get our stuff to a new home. We got the Flexitiy card so We could finance everything for a small fee. I had a really bad experience from The Brick a few years back, said I will never be back. But somehow, I was drawn back. Christine helped us out picked what we needed, she was upfront and honest ( unlike the last experience ). Gave us a good deal so we said yes. Never up sold us with anything. Definitely worth checking out and asking for her. Furniture looks sturdy and would outlast the warranty. Good prices too.

Joe at the St James location was extremely helpful and made my shopping experience enjoyable and simple. I came in to buy a pullout couch and he helped me find the best one within my budget. I visited 3 other furniture stores before returning to The Brick and was joking with my friend that I wished Joe had come with us to help. If I am ever in need of furniture again, Joe will be the man I look for!

I believe his name was Money. He was very helpful for me and my roommate as we were buying our first pull out couch. He showed us a few good options and then gave us some privacy to test some out and discuss what we liked. We found him at the end and he was very patient going through the transaction with us as it took a bit of extra time. We’re very excited for our couch to be delivered soon!

After being ignored by5 different sales people we were finally taken great care of by another sales person. He was new and didn’t use the usual pushy sales methods. Had a great experience and will only deal with him from now on and will highly recommend him to our friends. We bought two mattress a coffee table, couch and bed frames. Very bad products. Be careful when you buy warranty coverage. Even though the sales person says fabric damages are coved warranty department denies your claim. Waste of money to buy the warranty.
