I initially found this company via U-Haul. I booked the appointment for unloading a trailer and contacted Boy Wonder Logistics to setup the date/time. I was told to "cancel" my appointment with U-haul because "they take 15%" and to pay the company via Zelle, to which I agreed at $100/hr. I cancelled my reservation with U-Haul. The unloading took exactly 1 hour. I was then told at $100/hr that my total would be $200/hr. I didn't argue and paid the $200 via Zelle. I then received a charge from U-Haul for $200 because as soon as the appointment is booked (even if it was cancelled) the payment is processed. I had to contact U-Haul to ensure my $200 would be returned. U-Haul had to report this company to management. This company owner is a young scam artist. I contacted the owner about the problem and he was well aware that U-Haul returns his customers money to them within 5-7 business days. This is an "under the table" scam for someone who doesn't want to pay taxes and I reported them to the BBB after they were rude to me when I called them about being charged $400 when my total should have been $100.

Initially I was happy because they were able to handle a short notice move and when they arrived, they were cheerful and funny. Unfortunately, the joke cracking, talking about personal dating stories, and NBA championships left them not listening to instructions and working slowly. I hired them because my back was injured and because they were so slow, I ended up moving all the lighter boxes myself. At the end I was happy to just be done with the move, but they wanted cash payment/venmo and wouldn't give me a receipt. They also used a uhaul truck, wanted me to reimburse their gas, and I had to provide a handtruck (or they'd bill me for renting one from uhaul). The worst part was at the end, I found one of my pieces of furniture was damaged thru the foam and wrap on it. When I showed them pictures, they denied it was them! In short, totally unprofessional, and I would have been better off having my friends rent a uhaul and help me.

I wish I could take back the $120 I tipped for showing up on short notice to put towards replacing the 42 inch flat screen (which was double bubble-wrapped) you destroyed with your haphazard packing job. You literally shoved this tv between 2 pieces of furniture and this was the result. Overall: Movers were a little too easy-going, never really broke a sweat… took them 4 hours with 2 movers + 3 of us helping to load up a completely pre-packed, staged, and ready-to-load 1 bedroom apartment into a 16 foot truck. Amateur work by amateur dudes, and now I’m out $500 and a TV with no recourse because they request payment through Venmo and have no contract to protect customers against their sloppy work. Might as well hire 2 of your friends to pack for you. If you’re a potential customer - go with a professional company that isn’t just a dude taking Venmo payments and hiring his friends for help.

Robin saved our bacon two weekends ago when the moving company we had booked completely bailed on us halfway through loading our truck. He and his associate were the first company we called willing to even come out. They came out, finished loading our truck quickly and professionally (in the pouring rain no less), followed us to our destination and unloaded us with amazing speed. They even broke down an old desk we wanted take to the dumpster in about 10 minutes (which the former moving company had flat refused to even touch). I cannot say enough good things about Robin. He is awesome. I would recommend him to anyone.

A real moving hero! Robbin came through on short notice when other movers were booked. We didn't plan on it being the hottest day ever on record in Portland, but that didn't slow him and his team down. When we realized an item was going to be too big, Robbin was able to network and get extra hands on the job SAME DAY. A pleasure to talk to and spend a day on this project with. When they arrived they immediately went to work unloading 3U boxes. I was impressed With their work especially since I live on the second floor and they had to carry heavy pieces of furniture upstairs. No complaints. They were very efficient and professional. I enjoyed talking to them. They even offered to put my bed together. Very pleased. Would hire them again and I highly recommend them.

Our first time using Boy Wonder Logistics was a great experience. We asked for a two-person crew for 4 hours. Robin and coworker showed up on time, quickly loaded the truck, followed us to the new place and unloaded it into all of the appropriate rooms. Done in under 2 hours! They were very courteous and careful. We would highly recommend Boy Wonder Logistics for any move, big or small.

I luckily found these guys through U-Haul. Easily one of the best moving services I’ve experienced. Had a last minute move situation and they were able to accommodate my move perfectly! They were on time and got the work done while having a great time. They took apart my desk, packed it for me, and put it back together when we arrived at our new place. Can’t recommend these guys enough.

He told me to cancel the uhual service and pay him through zelle... I was charged 200 from uhual then 200 from him for an hour of work... hes running some shady under the counter work behind uhuals back.
