I recently relocated to Charlotte this year. My agent always emails me on any new issues for my policy. He's very friendly. And my rates are reasonable for my budget. Allstate keeps in touch with me for promotions,speacial rates, etc. And they are always responsive/available re:concerns for my policy. Allstate is #1 to us.
