Like many others on here, I've had a bad experience with Brilliant Earth. I bought my wife's engagement ring and wedding band here back in 2019. After 2 years of my wife wearing her platinum wedding band (very sporadically...only when we leave the house), it split down the back. Brilliant Earth was willing to repair it, but also recommended an $80 service to repair the "worn" prongs. The jewelry just isn't high enough quality for what they charge. Do your research. Ordered a ring from the site and within 3 weeks it came in. I was looking around at numerous places in UTC and the service was impeccable here. I came in and typically they only do appointments, but Bryce took me into the private room and showed me anything I wanted. He then showed me the style of ring my now fiancé wanted and customized it and sent it to my email. When I was finally comfortable ordering, the email took me to a link to their website where I ordered the exact same ring. Their customer service upon pickup was excellent too!

We had an amazing experience with Molly George at the UTC location. We were looking for a wedding band for my fiance and a ring for myself. She was very patient with showing me grooms rings, knowing it was the first time I had tried on rings; thus needing extra guidance. She also walked us through what felt like 100 styles of wedding bands for my wife, and ultimately helped her find the ring of her dreams. So grateful for Molly's consultive nature and kindness.

The redhead working there is EXTREMELY RUDE. God forbid you ask her for help regarding protection plan question. She practically yells at you and tells you there’s nothing she can help with. I called Brilliant Earth customer service and the agent was WAYYYY more helpful than the redhead. And apologized for the lack of customer service provided at the store. If you have a bad day, don’t take it out on people.

My wife and I got married this past September and we chose Brilliant Earth to get our rings. The quality and price point of Brilliant Earth's products make it a no brainer for those looking for beautiful jewelry at a reasonable price. Shelby helped to size our rings and was incredibly personal and professional. Brilliant Earth couldn't come more highly recommended. Thank you Shelby!

Had the best experience I could of ever asked for. I worked with Molly and she could not of been more honest and caring the entire process. The entire La Jolla staff was amazing and made my experience amazing. The ring is a HUGE BONUS !!! My Fiance is in love with it and we will be back for more pieces in the future. Thanks so much

Had a great experience working with Molly George. She is very knowledgeable and explained what to look for in the diamond by going to actual diamonds and pictures online. I didn’t understand the characteristics before I went, but now I totally understand which will help me decide what diamond to buy. Definitely recommend her!!

Love my engagement ring… BUT!! Sadly I bent the band not long after getting engaged, so I had to send it in for repair. It’s been over a month now and I still don’t have my ring back. They keep pushing back the date, and now I’m getting married and won’t be able to have my ring for the pictures.

Employees were so friendly, especially Karina. She is very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable. Will definitely be coming back.

Showroom is very clean and nice. I absolutely love the ring my fiance got me from Brilliant Earth. It is so beautiful!
