Brushhour - A Washout of an Experience I recently decided to give Brushhour's at-home car wash service a shot, especially their 'Luxury Sport Car' service. My enthusiasm was swiftly quashed when they missed the appointment. Josh, the local crew chief, cited "rain" as the reason for their absence. While I recognize the unpredictability of the weather, this occurrence underlined a significant issue with the company – a stark lack of customer-centricity. Any established business knows that unexpected issues will arise. But, the true mettle of a company is shown in how they handle these setbacks. Instead of offering constructive solutions or alternate plans, Josh decided to plunge straight into their terms and conditions. His tone was not just unhelpful but also condescending, which unfortunately seems to be a recurring theme with Brushhour if other recent reviews are any indication. As the face of the local crew, Josh's primary concern appeared to be sheltering behind company rules rather than addressing and understanding customer grievances. For a service as simple as a car wash, I was met with undue frustration and inconvenience. The real essence of a service isn't just in the product but in the experience surrounding it. Sadly, Brushhour doesn't just falter in this regard; it utterly collapses. Potential customers should be wary: it's not just one isolated incident but seems to be a pattern of poor service recently.

I lost $139. I have used Brush Hour before and hired them to come again. They called the day of and cancelled, due to an emergency. Fine! Then we rescheduled, I completely lost the email, and I needed to cancel. I called 3 days before, didn’t get a VM or a person. The phone refers you to the website help page, which refers you to the phone, and I gave up in frustration and forgot to try again the same day. Then I sent a message via instagram 1 hr into the 48 hr notice period. No response. I follow up with another message via Instagram the following morning. I get a response the night before they’re supposed to come, saying they will look into it. The morning of they show up - I say it’s been cancelled. They debate with me and then in the 10th minute I say ok service the car, and then they say they can only wait 9 minutes!! Unreal. I’m somewhat at fault here but clearly not solely at fault. Be a reasonable company and refund my charge. This is just bad business.

Tried Brushhour on my brother's recommendation. Josh did an amazing job with our detail! Looks and feels like a brand new car. Excellent attention to detail - got out deep stains in seats, sand from summer beach trips, dog fur, and the stink of dirty gym bags. Couldn't have been more convenient. Josh arrived on time, was communicative, and our car really does look and feel brand new! Looked for other detail services, and cannot beat Brushhour's service, convenience, or prices! 10/10 recommend. We plan to use Brushhour more often to maintain our car's cleanliness and with this level of service, they couldn't make it more convenient! It was also a big talking point with our neighbors who all asked for Brushhour's contact info - I guess our car made for a great before and after ;)

BrushHour Car Detailing truly deserves its five stars. From the outset, Josh exemplified great customer service with his excellent communication prior to booking. He arrived right on time, showing a high level of professionalism and respect for my schedule. The quality of the detailing was nothing short of remarkable – my car was returned to a state that closely resembles its original showroom shine. The convenience of their service cannot be overstated; it saved me a trip to the car detailing shop, which is invaluable. I am thoroughly impressed and intend to continue using BrushHour for my future car detailing needs. They come highly recommended for anyone looking for top-notch service.

i’ve been getting my car cleaned by brush hour since the company was created and honestly have never been disappointed. DJ is phenomenal and i’m pretty sure i’ve recommended them to everyone I know (they’ve also loved the results). as small business owners ourselves, me and my husband can always appreciate their punctuality, communication, and quality. i’m always worried about car washes bc all our cars are luxury vehicles but DJ has only given the utmost attention to detail and I couldn’t be happier with the results! definitely trust and love the service. 5 stars from me

The Brush Hour Company has provided me with the best detailing service that I’ve ever received. The pricing is affordable, and definitely worth it. What I love most about BrushHour and DJ, is that the work is always consistent, which is what made me become a returning customer. DJ is very professional, communicative, as well as time efficient. I really love the services that BrushHour provide. For a small fee, they come to you with all their equipment. Their one stop drive-to-you service is phenomenal. You could never be too busy for a car wash with a service like this. I was able to have my car professionally serviced while I was in a meeting with my client. 1 star - poor customer service, condescending staff, not thorough. The guy that washed my car is great and was the only positive i took from this experience, I wish corporate had the same positive and impressionable energy....total waste of my money and time for a company to claim to have 4.9 star service...highly disappointed and wouldn't recommend them to a dog!!

My experience was so professional and convenient. Brush your came to me and completely detailed my car outside of my place of business. While I worked my car got detailed. No additional time taken out of my day and I was able to drive off and go straight home from work with my car looking brand new. This is definitely something I plan to do every season

1 star - displayed very poor customer service and was very condescending with their responses. Not thorough and rushed my service. Very disappointed. My god sister had a terrible experience at this establishment as stated above. There are proficient ways to give the information and ways to be efficient while still maintaining excellent service.

DJ was amazing at his job! He was fast efficient and my car has never looked cleaner! Took a chance on booking brush hour and am now looking forward to having them come by monthly to keep our car looking fresh which is much needed with little ones! Brush Hour is the only company I let clean my car. I refuse to go to a car wash. As a busy mom of three kids, Brush Hour has saved me from ever going into a car wash with two toddlers. They do an amazing job and my car feels like new whenever they come wash my car at home. The detailers are kind and go above and beyond. Thank you, BrushHour!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Was a big convenience to me because I had my children . I loved that i was able to just be home with the kids while your car is being cleaned right outside your home. And considering i have kids so you know how messy cars can get. My car now feels, looks, and smells like a brand new car!! Don’t walk to book him, RUN!!!!

The service was really easy to schedule and I only had to pull the car out of the garage! I didn’t even hand over the keys, though I could have, and I got to stay in my sweatpants the whole time. Next time I’m going to get the luxury detail so I can get my upholstery shampooed but the car looks great in less than an hour. Thanks DJ!

The overall experience was seamless and the car looked as good as the day I had driven it off the dealer lot. I paid additional for removing pet hair and Josh did a great job. I was pleasantly surprised, considering I have a husky and she sheds a lot. I will definitely be using their services again.

Super affordable and even more convenient! The technician was extremely thorough and kind. I had spots I couldn't ever get out myself that he cleaned. I would absolutely recommend brush hour! Excellent service provided by BrushHour, as usual. The service they provide is convenient and high quality. BrushHour saved me a few months ago… An entire gallon of pink paint spilled on the carpet of my vehicle. BrushHour was able to get this out with no signs of it ever happening.

Josh did an amazing job with my SUV! He payed close attention to detail and was able to eliminate a small Oder I had on my driver car seat. Josh made my SUV look good as new. I recommend the Luxury Super Sport detail. I really love the refreshing scent my car now has! Thank you

OMG. My car is SO clean. It’s a 2016 CRV and I have a child who likes to eat in the car, so you do the math. They were communicative, professional, and incredibly thorough. Worth every penny and so nice I didn’t have to figure out leaving my car somewhere for several hours!
