I don't like this car wash service at all! i have been thru other express-like or computer-like car washes in the past where the car comes out decently clean and more so dry. But these buddy bear car washes (on Deluxe wash) do not do any justice to the car. You are rushed thru the tiny car port and by the (short time) you come out the car still has a bit of dirt, the car is not dry fully, and one time i had a soapy film on both my mirrors, but then the water still left on the car runs down the doors and grabs the remaining dirt, and now you're left with dirty streaks of dried up dirty water. Save your money and stress and just go to anther car wash i'd say.

Though this place normally has a weight no matter what time you go here the staff has always been helpful and they try to keep it moving as fast as possible a little in the fact that the vacuum seems to be always clogged due to other customers trying to vacuum things that are not meant to be vacuumed if you ask a staff member they will gladly help you unplug the vacuum buddy bear all around is the best automatic car wash place that I have found and Since there's not many of them located within a small radius I would suggest going to this one it's a regular stop on my list

I purchased the monthly express deluxe wash. Every since I paid with my credit card. On every visit I must wait for the attendant to came out ause their pass. It a waste of my time. And it's inconvenient. No one answered the customer service phone. A woman named Marcia Rodriguez. Does not do any customer service. I reached out to Buddy Bear for a month no results. Poor Customer service .

Great car wash: vacuum on each side of the car for ease, super friendly attendant at pay station and the best part is that your pull onto a moving track. No more bumping and scraping of your tires on those guides!!! Only downside is the front and back of my car were still a little dirty because it wasn't pre washed by attendant inside wash - but now I know!

Good car wash place and very reasonable prices. Building and some of the equipment looks old and may need to be updated because the amount of soap that comes out is very variable at times and the tire shine at the end is inconsistent on each tire. But good overall for the price and they offer unlimited car wash per month packages

The car wash was great I use them all the time. But I paid 2x in one month for the monthly fee. My 30 days was not up. I found my receipts after I paid again. The manager has yet to contact me or credit my acct. He is never there when I come back to speak with him.

Vacuum doesn't work, carpet cleaner doesn't work, they don't have a brush available for manually cleaning the carpets (as usually seen in others Buddy Bears). Terrible attendees, not friendly at all... Do not recommend, go another car wash.

Car was still dirty and dripping wet. Was told it won't dry because they have been fixing the blowers. Okay well offer to wipe down cars to make up for it. She was too busy eating Pringles to even go over the back with the brush.

Every time I go my car gets washed clean. I enjoy the different types of wash it has and how they have tire shine. I have never had any problems at this car wash and the line is always moving. No complaints yet.

This place is horrible!!!! I pay for a membership and most of the time is closed... it says they close at 8pm and they are always closed by 7:30pm what is the point of me paying for a membership???

Good place to get a free vacuum for your car even if you don't want a wash. Car came out nice. Just have to dry it off yourself.. prices are good also..

Allowed to get a wash then come around and told they turnt the vacuums off still 40 min till closing that’s bad business won’t be coming back.

Nice price but wish this location had more room to wipe down your car and vacuum after. People get blocked in a lot and generally full.

Great automatic car wash but the plus in the men and women to help with the end process. Drying and tire shine for a reasonable price

10 dollar wash or better i recommend but you still have to wipe it down , the blowers are not that strong. Hey free Vacuum
