Hired a van last Wednesday, told it was $90 with a $300 bond as it was going on a debit card. Ended up being charged $US250 which resulted in $434 being held on my account. Then today, Sunday, before any of this $434 came back to my account I get a new charge which overdrew my card for the original $90 hire of the truck. This not only cost me $55, I've had no food for my family for 2 days thanks to an additional $134 being taken out of the card, and that apparently didn't even include the hire charge itself. Went to their office in Reynella to discuss the issue and the guy saw no problem with it. How about paying the overdrawn fee that resulted in your actions, it's the right thing to do and I hope not to have to go to Consumer Affairs to get this sorted, try throwing in an extra $50 for the money you've held for 5 days now out of line with our agreement.

If I could rate it -5 stars I would! The problem lies with whom is in charge of this site as my family hired a truck which leaked water through a dodgy repair job of some previous damage! That caused significant damage to which they caused so much headaches over that my mother in law simply gave up! This place is not even the cheapest for truck hire either! Simply put, avoid the place!

Urgh... Picked up the truck and made it to our destination only to find that the sack truck that I had ordered and paid for was not inside. Had to drive all the way back to collect it. Now Im stuck waiting for my bond to be returned and they tell me it could be 10 days.. not happy. Make sure you pay your Bond in cash otherwise you wont see your money for ages.

Easy place to find and staff easy to deal with. A little on the expensive side when you take out the insurance waiver excess cover, basically doubled the price of hiring the car, but all hire companies appear to do this now. Car was a little tired around the edges but comfortable and never missed a beat over 17 days.

Booking details were contract was ready and waiting staff member was polite,friendly and efficent explained.benefits of different insurance cover. He tben escorted us to van and.explained, use of tail gate lift and how to fill petrol tank if required. All up a pleasent experiance !

Price is good, service is amazing. The truck we hired was immaculate and had very low km's on it. Very thorough inspection performed and pictures of the vehicle provided before driving away, not that I want to move house ever again buy if I do I'll be back here.

We rented a brand new small SUV for a good price. It was clean & full with petrol plus staff in Adelaide city were super helpful, friendly & even called back the next day to answer a I had about excess. Highly recommend!
