After some negative reviews I was a little sceptical but i found the staff a joy to deal with. The service was excellent from being given the choice of car to one of the staff bringing the car to us as it was raining. Overall very happy with the car, the service, the staff and the shuttle bus to T3.

Pick up was fine and straight forward. The document that shows all the car damage to check prior to hiring was very unclear, vague and missing a lot of damage. Drop off was extremely easy, the signage in the airport leading you to back to the car rental area is extremely clear and easy to find.

We return to England on a regular basis, so we usually hire the smallest and cheapest car. This time we got an upgrade . Our friendly assistant, Lisa at Budget Car Hire at Holiday Inn Heathrow, gave us an MG ZS. We're now driving up the M40 in luxury. Thank you Lisa, you're a star! …

Be careful! They will wait until you are back in the states and then bill you using their own currency conversion instead of just billing you in pounds and having your bank convert. This can cost you hundreds of dollars.make sure you are billed in pounds before you leave.

My recent experience with a Budget car rental service facilitated through the Uber app was exceedingly disappointing. Despite having rented a car just a day before without any issues, my second attempt was met with an unforeseen obstacle.

Nice and helpful staff, but be prepared for poor signage when returning your car. Instead of following the main Car Rental Return signs, be on the lookout for much smaller ones for Avis/Budget. If you follow the Avis signs you'll find it.

I often rent from Budget Car Hire and they have always been great. The shuttle service is efficient and I've never had to wait long. Check-in is usually quick and i appreciate that there is someone in the carpark

15th August 2022 -this matter still hasn’t been taken care of . I still owe a parking ticket for my rental after I dropped it off in the rental park park . No response at all from customer service or management

Hired a vehicle here on Sunday evening. Best hiring experience I have ever had. Really easy access from central London (far easier that city locations) Professional staff and great vehicle.

Love this rental location and the staff are always on-point. I hire many cars around the world; this location is a fluid operation for pick up and returns, the best in my experience.

VERY convenient if staying at an airport hotel. Right in and behind the Holiday Inn. I won’t take the hotel circular bus again though - take the Budget shuttle or an Uber.
