We had a hail storm this March 2023, which hit our roof severely. Rudy, the project manager of Buiditect, came over our house after finishing his work at our neighbor's in April to ask whether we wanted to have our roof inspected. After his due diligence, his company attempted to persuade our insurance, Allstate to cover the damage. Allstate rejected the request twice, not one. Well, at first, we thought it was that was it. However, Buiditect requested independent adjuster and finally got our roof coverage approved. Late this August, the work started in an extreme condition (110 degree F). It took the team longer than expected (2 days instead of 1 day) but Buiditect did an amazing job and they had two project managers on site all time and paid close attention to every detail. The crew members were all hard-working and listened to our feedbacks. Overall, we are really happy with the results.

These guys are EXCELLENT. First of all you need to know they work with you to make sure your insurance pays what they should. Mine fought me and denied and denied until it was proven that the roof was their responsibility to cover. That was HUGE. Nobody advocates like they do. Then, the day it was replaced, they showed up before 7, had materials there the day before, and completely replaced my roof, as well as adding a necessary diverter, fixed some so that the ice and water didn't run off on to my ac. Plus the fixed water damage on the inside! They took pictures for me to show me all the work they did and had a project manager there that I could talk to at any time if I had questions or concerns. What a great company filled with some great people! 5 STARS!

Builditech did an outstanding job on our new roof. We are very pleased with Kendra and her customer service skills. She remained professional throughout the entire process. She was very easy to work with and always answered all our questions throughout the entire project. Kendra was very thorough when providing information to the insurance company. She was able to provide necessary information and pictures in order to get the claim approved. The crew arrived and worked diligently for 1-1/2 days to complete the project. They were professional and keep the yard neat and clean. We have had friends and family compliment us on our new roof. We have also made referrals. We are pleased to recommend Builditect Roofing to anyone needing a roof replaced.

We sustained hail damage from the storm this spring. Lexxy with Builditect Roofing was with us from the moment we submitted the claim, with the adjusters, both times, because the first office adjuster saw no hail damage. Lexxy again walked the roof with second adjuster and our insurance adjuster reconsidered and agreed we had hail damage. We had our roof replaced along with gutters and a few other things in our yard. She communicated every step of the process and was always willing to meet us around our work schedule. I can’t believe the experience was so easy and positive. I would totally recommend Lexxy and Builditect Roofing if you need your roof replaced, especially with insurance claims.

We were contacted By Builditect Roofing Company to inspect our roof, Their Rep Gatlin Kelley came out and inspected the roof. He was great very professional. We could have went with another company but in this day and age great quality, honest and integrity is rare. Gatlin walked us through the complete process, at no time during the process did we felt pressured. I'm glad I let Builditect Roofing Company replace our roof

You have an aggressive door to door solicitor working for your company! He had the audacity to argue with me when I told him he’s soliciting and needs a permit to do so. I also have a “no soliciting” sign on my door. Putting your BUSINESS CARD on my doorbell and advertising your company is soliciting! The fact that he persisted, argued, and talked over me was disgusting and disrespectful. Stay off my property!

I spoke with Lexxy for all of my roofing needs and she was such a huge help. Very professional and knowledgeable and managed to repair my roof in a timely manner for a reasonable price. all in all a great company that id recommend to any friends! 10/10 quality
