Low prices - not! Got quoted one price got charged another. Got my unit and because they didnt do their job of getting monthly payment information tried to charge me late fees. They had sll my credit card information but instead of contacting me to say they didnt get the authorization lets just charge you late payment and get the authorization. When I signed up I specifically asked what was required from me to give notice and were units prorated when you left. The man rold me give a written 14 day notice and yes. I gave my 14 day notice. Clean my locker and asked when about my prorate. They said I needed to give a 14 day notice. I replied back that I did and showed them my email. They came back with, I apologize for the misunderstanding, I will clarify what I meant, you gave notice 4 days past your due date and moved out more than 14 days into your cycle, this is why there will be no refund. Wouldn't that have been nice to know at the beginning. Make sure you get everything in writing or better yet find another storage unit to deal with. Not worth the hassle!

This is an excellent facility that will easily meet and exceed all your storage needs. The onsite staff were always pleasant, readily available and extremely helpful. The facility was always clean. Equipment (carts, dollies, etc.) to assist are plentiful so you'll never have to wait to move any of your items. The monthly rental for the storage unit was competitively priced. If I have the need for a rental storage unit I'll definitely head back to Bulldog Self Storage.

Great people. That is why I chose Bulldog Self Storage. The storage property is clean with great access. Gates and codes worked perfectly. Having a spare lock key at the office proved to be a very good idea by staff. The space was priced better than others and I would use their space again. Thanks Everyone

I used Bulldog for a little under 8 months. I rented an indoor heated storage unit. I can't recommend them enough. Great service from all staff, the security gate, cameras,etc gives you a great peace of mind knowing your belongings are secure. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Excellent and friendly management at Bulldog. The owners were always available and helpful. The facility was always tidy with lots of carts to assist with move-in's and -outs. The price was reasonable. I can recommend them for your storage needs.

Great storage location and very friendly staff. Had two large, heated indoor storage lockers for a very decent price. We ended up moving out just due to it being for paper and files but would recommend for sure

Rose is amazing to me. She went out of her way to accommodate me when I couldn't sign the contract in person. I rented a storage unit for 2 years and never had any issues. I would highly recommend.

Accidentally left with the door open and the key on the ground, staff found it right away and locked everything up and called us, very thankful they paid wayyyyyy more attention than I did

A little expensive for storage these days but everything has been going up in price. This yard seems to be very secure and I’ve used this business for over 10 years with minimal hassle

Ive had a storage unit here for a couple years. Never had any issues, never had anything go missing or any problems with creatures. Staff is super nice and very accommodating
