Everything was fine with my prescriptions. However, I was told my prescriptions would be ready in 30 minutes, and they took almost 2 hours. Only reviewing to point out how horribly rude the pharmacy clerk, Rosy, was. She immediately made my friend and I uncomfortable, she was loud and condescending with other customerd, and even the way she spoke to her coworkers was abrasive. When she said they were not ready yet, she asked if I get text alerts like I was stupid. Yes, I usually get text alerts, but I decided to come anyway after and hour of waiting, because I was told it would only take 30 minutes. Thank you very much, Rosy. Hopefully a word will be spoken with her. She should not be working in customer service. The pharmasist was very nice, he checked me out. I'll probably be going to a different cvs to avoid awkward rude experiences while getting my monthly prescriptions.

I went there to take passport pictures. The little girl not sure if she was even 18, she was really not helpful. She was acting like a robot. She totally ignored helping me to print pictures, the usb was not working and she did not care to assist me with it. She refused to apply a coupon on my passport picture. She said i should bring the coupon printed so she could keep it in her records where the coupon clearly mentioned a barcode to use for cashiers. Lol. She needs more training in customer service area. Will never visit this cvs again. Thumbs down!!

Just went into CVS to print photos at the instant photo booth where they refused to provide the USB Cord for me to be able to use their photo printer. The manager- who I was told was OLLAI, who may or may not be the actual manager, told me it was her decision because other people have been stealing their cords. I’ve been assumed a thief here. Not the greatest feeling. I’d reconsider visiting this place because they will assume you’re going to steal products that should be provided for services they offer. Very disappointed in the customer service

Horrible!! Staff is incompetent, rude, snobby, bad attitude. Need to raise the ceiling to accommodate their turned-up noses. They entered me in their system twice, and not only can't fix it, but still unable to find me every time I come in. Always screwing up my prescriptions, either forgetting to refill or refilling too much. Any register you happen to stand in front of is always the one they choose not to use, despite all the signs. Can't seem to grasp the concept that I'M the customer!!

Went in to get some otc meds while I was deciding what I was going to get this lady walked up to the counter. How the guy treated her was totally unprofessional. My mouth dropped how she came up and as she asked if he transfer was ready and he said "No" so rudely. He was talking over her trying to dismiss her. I only filled one medication there (not by choice my insurance made me) and they messed that up. I would never come back to this CVS.

Pharmacy staff is very rude, when I called to ask a question about the cost of my prescription the lady didn't even say hello. She just started asking me questions and then gave me the price and hung up. I am still giving them 2 starts because I am able to get my prescription filled and she did answer my question. Just surprised at how rude they were.

My CVS my rear end... my son script was called in and apparently this location does not carry it. Thats not a problem the problem comes in is no offer was given to assist in finding other CVS locations. So I called several locations before finding someone to help at another location just to meet a rude pharmacy mgr at the 77042 Target location

Im upset at myself for NOT reading the reviews before visiting this location. Guy at the window dont know what he is doing. Had me pay for prescription that was actually free with my medical card. NOT COOL had to go back in for a refund. The whole pharmacy team is unprofessional and dont have the knowledge and expertise to perform their job.

DENIED RESTROOM TO MY PREGNANT WIFE. All women who have been pregnant know the horrible need to always need to use the restroom. Yet she was denied by the pharmacy attendant and then the front-end attendant. True incompetence at this location. Do not by any means make this your local pharmacy, take your business down the road to Walgreens.

Every time I go to my CVS pharmacy the wait is only a couple of minutes. If I come unexpectedly they rush to accommodate me and are so kind and friendly! Additionally, the pharmacists are knowledgeable and have given me helpful advice! Chris is a great resource for customers and he’s never too busy to answer any questions I have!

I changed insurance, don't use CVS anymore, have informed CVS of this, canceled my scripts online, but yet they STILL keep calling me to fill past prescriptions. I've told them about this 3 times, but it doesn't seem to do any good. Also, I've now been on hold for over 20 minutes to tell them once again to leave me alone.

Worst most inconsiderate pharmacist. I arrived 10 min prior to closing to pick up script for 10 month old baby. Once I got to the window they put a cardboard to indicate they were closed. The least they could do is warn you to come inside before you don’t make the line in time. Awful

Pharmacy - filled hald of my prescription written for 60 pills, but instead of 30, I recieved 18 pills. they would not fill the remaining 30 on site that day. the reason for filling only half of the prescription was that it would have cost $70 or 60 instead of $35 for the 30.

Pharmacy is the worst...when my doctor send my prescription And I am sick and I went there 4 hour later after I left my doctor office I was told it’s not ready yet and it should take another day or so I will say CVS should close this location or hire new stuff

I miss a real live person checking out my purchases. One gets to have a rapport with them and feels like a valued customer, not a check it out yourself person. CVS just saves $ by not having a employee do that, does not consider how the customer feels.

Pharmacist was extremely rude and condescending. There was an issue with my written prescription and she talked down to me like I was stupid and offered no direction to get the issue resolved. Will not be returning to this pharmacy ever again.

First time here and they sold me expired milk. Went in on the 18th at 9:30pm to get some milk. Didn't notice till the next morning that the milk best by date was 2 days prior (2/16).Why was this still on the shelf? Absolutely Disgusting!

I very much dislike this location pharmacy. None, and I mean none of the pharmacists or pharmacy techs are friendly. Wait times are long. Wait times for the drive thru are especially long. But truly the staff are miserable and it shows.

Manager on duty black guy came in just to load my money was to lazy to count ones I have worked at cvs and Walgreens there’s no such thing as we have to many ones when there’s a safe in the back and a money counter

I worked for this cvs location back when it was a 24hr store and as being apart of the team at that time everything was running smooth and great and til this very day I still go to cvs in fortworth TX

I am trying to return what i bought 2 days ago but the cahier said i can return but i am not getting any money back. Really??? the manager was rude and he didnt even assist me.

This store never opens on time. I've been this westheimer and wilcrest location several times in the morning and doors are always locked past the opening time.

I checked the store circular for coupons and was able to load it to my cvs card. I used self checkout and it was easy and applied my coupon with no problems.

The drive through takes a long time to get through, and their online portal doesn't work most of the time. This location is almost as bad as Walgreens.

Ok shop with a variety of goods and services, like flu shot. I had to wait longer than normal to ask direction for a product at the pharmacy though.
