I have been coming to this CVS location for a long time now since I live and work in the area. I have never had an issue until today. I have never been so offended before in my life! I went into the store with my husband. He went to the pharmacy and I asked the associate who was in the front of the store if I could use the restroom. She said that she did not know the code or have a key or something but another associate at the register said to go on back and he would page someone. As I walked to the back by restroom I heard him page for Oliver to call some extension. I waited for a few minutes by the door and soon saw a man in a white shirt and khaki pants coming toward me. I noticed his name tags said Oliver something store manager. I was thinking he was about to let me into the restroom, but he turned down an aisle pushing a shopping basket. I didn't say anything to him but I assumed that he was going to come back after speaking to someone in the front of the store. A couple of minutes later. My husband came back from the pharmacy. I was talking to him about his prescription when I noticed that Oliver was standing at the end of the aisle staring at me. I thought that was pretty weird but I didn't think anything of it other than the fact that I needed to hurry home because I apparently was not going to be able to use the restroom there, and it was starting to be an emergency. We walked down the aisle toward Oliver and he asked my husband what the problem was with his prescription. My husband replied to him and we continued to leave the store. Then Oliver said to me, "Be nice." I smiled and replied, "I'm always nice." He then said, " No, you be nice when you come in my store, or else you can't come in here anymore. And you know what I'm talking about." I was completely confused by his comments but what made his implications clear to me was the fact that he followed us out of the store walking no more than one foot behind me. I'm pretty sure that this man was implying that I was trying to steal or something. I could not believe what what was happening and I was totally appalled by the whole thing. I am absolutely not a thief and if this is the way he treats customers, then I will never go back to this store. Walgreens is just across the street and I'd rather shop there anyway. I am also filing a complaint with corporate.
Came to this location with an appointment for 3:20PM for the COVID-19 testing. Arrived around 2:40PM and there was only a few cars ahead of me. But I ended up waiting over an hour and when I finally pull up to be tested they said we do not do testing after 4PM. There was no mention of this outside the facility, on their website, email or text confirmation. If i had known that they stop testing on the dot at 4PM I would have been there early. But I probably would have been turned away for being there too early. Wasted my time and day. Did not even apologize for the inconvenience. There was over 3 cars behind me. What is the point of having an appointment when you arrive early and get turned away for something that is not even your own fault. I showed up on time, why punish me for something that is out of my control. CVS advertises they have over 1000 testing locations. That is a lie it should be 999 testing locations cause this place does not test if your on time and get to the window at 4PM because CVS employees are too incompetent apparently. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.
I made two separate purchases to get cash back. The first purchase the cashier gave me my two twenty dollar bills with my receipt separate. The second transaction she gave me the cash wrapped up with the receipt. I was too trusting and did not check my cash on the second transaction. I later realized after going to pay my mechanic that she only gave me two $10 bills instead of two twenty dollar bills. I guess that’s why you wrapped the money in the receipt. I guess you can sleep well cheating people but I am going to report this. I am a long time customer of CVS. I don’t typically go to this location only went there due to it being close to my mechanic. If you don’t know that is stealing. The manager has the nerve to say the register wasn’t over drawn. Okay. Keep being deceitful.
Super trashy. Every time you use SCO, you have someone tapping your screen to put your number first and saying “well Yall put the phone number last thats why its not working”. Lady, I’m not paying for your attitude and to make my disability already worse by trying to keep me anxious and not staying 6 ft away from me. They literally harassed me for trying to work out a legitimate couponing deal and wouldn’t move away from the SCO machine to let me think in peace. If they were worried about the theft in the store then by all means just ask for my receipt, I dont mind! But I don’t appreciate people breathing by the mouth heavily next to me and tapping the screen when IM purchasing something. That’s gotta be against policy or something.
This is the worst pharmacy ever. The level of incompetency and lack of consideration for customer service is appalling. As someone who works in a customer service job, I can’t imagine shrugging my shoulders and telling people there’s nothing I can do just because I’m too lazy. It’s even worse when the job entails providing people’s necessary medication. Y’all deserve to be sued for the reckless neglect you display regarding serious issues. I’ve never been this incensed by a series of interactions with a business in my life. Do your job and get people their medications on time.
Deserves zero stars!!!! Worst service. Always a Hassel getting anything on time or done properly. The staff is always rude. The waits are 60 minutes to 1.5 hours. Expects to spend your whole day here if you need your medications refilled. Even if you call ahead of time the staff is no help. Pack a lunch just to get checked out. The managers both pharmacy and store manager were unhelpful and choose to run such a horrible service. CVS has moved down the ladder in service and quality. Your service demonstrates your character.
Went to pick up RX,waited about 5 mins behind a car. It had just turned 130 as we got to the wimdow, Which come to find out is their lunch. Would not have been a problem but the way we were talked to was absolutely rude. We did not know it was their lunch, all she had to do was say I'm sorry can you come back later we are closed now. But she just stated rudely we're closed for lunch and turned around. We were left speechless.
Store opened late. Personnel arrived 2 minutes before opening time. Customers are sitting in the parking lot waiting for the store to open. Three cars so far. Down to two, now 7 minutes late opening. Cars are coming and going. This is terrible and unacceptable! Ten minutes after opening time, store still closed. Decided at 12 minutes after since the store never opened and others had come and gone.
This store is full of racist people at night i was there a couple of weeks ago and the cashier didn't wanna sale me my items for no reason and then she called her manager and she told the manager to not sale me anything and as I'm asking her why is she doing this she tells the security to take me out if the store because i attempted to record what she was doing, horrible service.
This is the WORSE CVS EVERRRR! I’m changing all my prescription. It’s always 30min-1hr to pick up a prescription drive thru or inside. NO customer service skills. Everybody goes to lunch at the same time in the pharmacy. That’s means if you waited 30min and your next up, you have to wait another 30min for them to come back from lunch. That don’t deserve the one star.
Been coming here for 2 years almost 3 now. It's your typical CVS but the staff really makes it stand out! I am always greeted at the door and they talk to me when I check out. This store really wants to be a good neighborhood pharmacy and I appreciate the service they provide! Thank you!
I come here often since it’s the closest CVS and there’s always been the nicest cashiers! Seems pretty understaffed however and if there’s a line it will be a while before you reach the counter. There’s always only one person at the cashiers. Not very efficient.
I dont know what happened, but within the last 2 years this CVS has become terrible. Every prescription my doctor sends either isnt available; isnt filled or states its ready for pick up only to not be ready.
This medicine have to be prepared its only dust i dont know if the lady is New or what but this medicine have to be in liquid it took me 2 days to get this medicine only to not be prepared bad service

Pharmacy customer service sucks. Always tired and rude and rolling their eyes. Why even work. Don't like your job then quit.

Chad was very helpful over the phone with my questions on my son's medication
great costumer service, Mr Oliver and the others employees are nice :-)
Wins the award for slowest most mismanaged pharmacy in Houston!
The parking lot is dark. Other than that it's a typical CVS.
This store is not open 24 hours as listed in Google Maps.
