"First time at this CVS! Went in to get a prescription filled, they were kind and professional"
"Went for a vaccination, had a very bad experience, Dr"
"Wouldn't let me purchase a prescription at 5 mins to closing time with a coupon"
"the pharmacy staff has a terrible attitude, is not quick or timely in any matter at the drive thru, might as well go to the walgreens that is right next door to avoid waiting 30 minutes for a simple prescription!! I’ve never had this terrible service at any other CVS, yikes"
"Most irresponsible Pharmacy ever"
First time at this CVS! Went in to get a prescription filled, they were kind and professional. Took less than 10 minutes for a new prescription fill. Recently renovated the inside was very clean, organized and welcoming. Plenty of products to choose from, will definitely go back. Photo area inside as well.
Went for a vaccination, had a very bad experience, Dr. Ashley doesn’t have basic decency or proper bedside manner, She was rolling around with her chair, while administering the vaccine. she doesn’t have a respect for personal space, felt so uncomfortable with her disgusting behavior. Worst experience.
Wouldn't let me purchase a prescription at 5 mins to closing time with a coupon. Told me they were closed and to come back tomorrow while others were still getting served. They had my prescription on the counter but would not sell it to me and told me they were closed. Ridiculous customer service.
the pharmacy staff has a terrible attitude, is not quick or timely in any matter at the drive thru, might as well go to the walgreens that is right next door to avoid waiting 30 minutes for a simple prescription!! I’ve never had this terrible service at any other CVS, yikes.
Most irresponsible Pharmacy ever. Delayed my Child’s prescription and upon calling a month after ordering their response was someone must have deleted the prescription. Pharmacist didnt even sound sorry after the third time of reaching out to them.
I’m done with this store! I used the self check because there was a long line. An employee stood watching me check out. If you don’t think people are honest close the self check and have the employee at a register! Then she instructed me to
I scheduled a minute clinic visit at this location. I waited in my car until they called for me to come inside. That’s when I met Anne! She is the most friendly nurse practitioner I have ever met. Being a nursing student, she was so excited
Disappointed in how this CVS pharmacy has gone down hill. The pharmacists used to care about their patients, but I feel like they don’t anymore. I get it. Pharmacy is a tough business. They are asked to do near impossible tasks like giving
This store is the worst!! Pharmacist's will not give last names to identify themselves. Poor human care and quite rude. Can't understand why they treat patients so bad!! Never go here if you want the correct prescription's!!!!! 1 star only.
I have been a customer for over 10 years in Avery Ranch and will take my pharmacy needs and shopping back to Walgreens or HEB across street because of the Poor customer service. The pharmacy technician was so CURT and RUDE to me this am in
Avoid this place for anything. Waited in line for 30 mins for vaccine with appointment and after checking in online , they cancelled the appointment. We also need to checkin at the counter for unknown reason. For that no one was at counter
Pharmacy staff were rude and ignored me waiting to speak to someone in order to pick up my prescription for about 20 minutes. Then it took them 45 minutes to gather the prescription despite having been notified that it was ready for pickup.
I switched from Walgreens across the street to here due to the pharmacy staff. I go in to pick up my medicine right before close because I go to work before they open and get off right before they close. I walk up to the counter and as the
Terrible, I went to the minute clinic and was 2 mins late to my appointment. She was in there with a patient already, I waiting patiently for 30 mins and then knocked on the door. Finally she came out, their computer crashed, and it took 5
Went to CVS @ Avery Ranch - west Parmer Lane today, 1/20/24 @ 5:45 to buy an Uber cash gift card and was very disappointed with one of their staff (man). He is very rude and he had a very negative attitude towards me!! He kept asking why I
Ruth at the pharmacy was extremely stern and rude in her behavior this morning 10/19/2022. I and my wife went to the pharmacy to collect COVID prescription since both of us were diagnosed positive. She asked us to wait for 30 minutes while
This place used to be good, but I won't be going back. On the phone they quoted me $40 copay for a brand name medicine. When I got there it was such a mess. They said they couldn't even find my prescription in the system even though I knew
I had to change the location of where to pick up my prescription and the male pharmacist that I spoke to said that he transferred it and that it should show up within 30 minutes of our call. I called the new location today and they had no
I really truly like this location. Have never ever had any issue of any kind and I really appreciate it being in my neighborhood. I can't say the same for Walgreens. I had to go back today because cvs was out of a can of butane (not their
I tested positive for Covid at the urgent care across the street (literally 1 minute away) 25 mins before CVS closed. Urgent care said they would send anti-viral immediately and let them know I was coming. I was in line at CVS 20 minutes
Manager Shanda Pena needs to be fired, I didn’t get the ECB I was supposed to from a deal so I asked for a refund, she stole my manufacturer coupon and said it was “against policy” to return it, that’s a lie, that is cash your company is
Very bad customer service, impossible to get through the answering system to get hold of the person to talk. They keep sending text about my medications, call to my doctor about 3 months supply, BUT I didn’t ask for that. I ask so many
This is the absolutely worst CVS location possible, and it is a shame that they have closed the other 2 locations nearby at 183/Avery and 620/Oconner and consolidated it with this Avery/Parmer location. Absolutely terrible in every way
I'm only giving this 5 stars because of one great employee experience with Symone. I come to this CVS often to get random things for my daughters but today, I was waiting in line and there was a lady who kept trying to get Symone to do
Been a long time customer here and have been satisfied until recently. Customer service is so hit and miss now. As others here have said, some of the personnel here have a poor service demeanor. They seem bothered being asked questions
I usually love them, but Kim in pharmacy is either incompetent or a bigot. This is at least the 5th time she has put in wrong codes on my meds and refused to check her work, blaming it on me, my Dr, or my insurance. After two trips
i pick up regularly from this CVS location. staff is generally very fast and friendly, which is why i come to this location and not the one closer to my house. recently i had a bad experience. the pharmacy tech helping me with my
Worst pharmacy ever. Long lines, slow and rude service, pharmacy calls unanswered. I reported this all to the store manager the last time I was in a couple months ago to no improvement. I'll be transferring my meds elsewhere.
This CVS is so nice and I got help from an employee named William, he was so kind and helped me find what I was looking for! He was very funny and had such a great attitude! I will be coming back to this location.
Don’t bother going to the pickup window. They ignore you for more than 5 minutes while a homeless person yells at you from the bushes. I went inside to complain and got a blank stare and a weak apology.
There are only 2 rooms for seeing patients. One has been dedicated to COVID testing. If you come here for something other than COVID testing, you will wait forever. There are far better options.
Poor customer service, the store associates seem bothered when asking for assistance. Not friendly, including some of the management, have an attitude, not not very professional, and are rude..
Nasty attitude with pharmacy staff. Couldn't get covid test confirmation online for my child. Parked car where it says. Called the number to call and it says they had technical difficulties.
This review is for the pharmacy only. They filled a prescription to an egregiously incorrect dose and said everything is fine in our system. Be careful and check your dosages from this CVS.
I went to buy Nizoral Shampoo since i have coupon, the price for this item at HEB is 31$, whereas CVS is selling same item for 41$. They are displaying high price tags and giving coupons
Nancy was extremely helpful finding an unusual item. Not the least expensive store but if you become a CVS member and buy CVS branded products, you can really save money.
The up front employees at the front of store was very nice, nice attitude, very pleasant atmosphere.. the PA and the nurse were down to earth at the minute clinic..
This place is a SCAM. If I could give them negative stars, I would do that. I tried making a COVID appointment online and entered my insurance details.
Always a "thumbs up" when I need something quickly and especially healthcare products!
The young man working here around 4pm was quick, nice, and very polite!
