The main pharmacist/manager here (mid 40s white lady) is the most rude, condescending, unprofessional, unkind person I’ve ever dealt with. At a pharmacist of all places, I was hoping to be greeted with kindness or at least patience. This lady has the most attitude and makes you feel terrible for even being in her presence. One time I showed up at the pharmacy for an urgent med at 6:54pm and she turned me away saying “they close at 7”. Next time I went with a prescription from Mexico and she said “I don’t understand what you want” after scoffing and laughing at my request with her colleagues. She should not be working with people of any kind.

I would truly give this place 0 stars. DON'T get your prescription filled from this location. I got there the day of my surgery to pick up meds, (I was aware of their 1:30 pm - 2:00 pm lunch closure) it was noon and they were closed. When I asked someone at Target about what's going on I was told that they had no idea and that it hadn't been open all day. I get it life comes up and that may have been the case, but the lack of responsiveness and the fact that people generally are coming to a pharmacy to pick up important medication and no one was there left me quite frustrated.

Horrible staff, someone wrote that they were recording their medication over the last few months and were provided less pills than the prescription was meant to have. Well I have experienced the SAME THING. They haven't done anything to resolve the issue and have side stepped my questions, stating "their count matches, so go get another prescription from my doctor." You're kidding right? That's the biggest joke of a response, I've ever seen. These people and this branch should be investigated. Report them to corporate. My advice is to avoid going here at all costs.

Updated 8/25: I am reporting this pharmacy with the NABP for failing to communicate basic messaging. Anton is the most callous and uncaring health professional I’ve had the misfortune of interacting with. He made me feel unwelcome and pathetic. He was also out of compliance and didn’t ask me about my medication. I typically have good experiences, but Anton changed that! I am taking my prescriptions elsewhere and not stepping foot in here again. —— My original 5 star review: Friendly people and excellent service. Thank ypu Dr. Alma!

I have been tracking my medication over the last 3 months and found that they were shorting me of my medication. When I confronted them about it and gave him the opportunity to see what was going on, all they said was " it matched our account." I AM MISSING OVER 6 DAYS WORTH. This isn't the first time, last month there were three missing, and the month before that there were two. Someone is getting bold, and they don't even bother looking into it. Avoid this place that all cost. UNBELIEVABLE.

If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars trust me I would. I called earlier this morning to have a medication moved to a different location and dealt with the rudest pharmacist ever. I asked for the simplest request and received the rudest answers to later be hung up on. Don’t get your prescriptions here. CVS please do better with training your staff on customer service.

My regular doctor was out of covid and and I needed the covid shot the pharmacist there was very kind came out behind the counter set and explained everything to me she even it's asked me if I needed a flu shot but I was going to get one for my regular doctor the following week very nice lady

After my mistake of showing up at the wrong location for my vaccination, the pharmacist was incredibly nice and helped me reschedule and get my shot right away at the new location.
